i played with the digivice for a few hours before it went to sleep and i gotta say it’s pretty nice. i was worried itd be too different from tmgc but it’s pretty much just Tamagotchi Violence Edition so i didn’t have to relearn that much.

the shape of it is really nice, i actually like the button layout (with them in a vertical row on the side instead of horizontally on the bottom) better than tamagotchi since my fingers don’t obscure the screen as much. idk what the button at the top is but im afraid to press it since it might be the reset button. anyway i like the little slug monster but apparently it’s the bad care evolution so :/

This is a super interesting throwaway line. I personally don’t think it 100% confirms the existence of Reploid religion (but if that was the case it’d probably have something to do with the Mother Elf, who basically is a goddess), moreso that Ciel, being human, may have believed in some sort of deity, and Alouette picked up on it as a result of being raised by her.
