I just watched the series finale (of Lucifer) and all of a sudden, 47 minutes in, I hear the signature g-note of Welcome To The Black Parade and I'm just staring at the TV, mouth agape for like 5 minutes.

and then I made this

my friend just told me to write an Angela x Eddie fic "despite the fact that they live on opposite sides of the country".

she also told me she thinks Steve and Robin should date (if Robin wasn't a lesbian).

anyway...I disowned her :)

recently I started re-watching Stranger Things with a friend of mine (who's never seen it before) and I can't help but admire the parallels between the seasons. but I can't say shit about it or I'll spoil the whole show!

but we just reached season 3 and throughout season 2 I couldn't help but notice how similar Bob and Eddie are character wise.

they both showed up out of nowhere, they were both bullied in high school, both got swept up into the shit dealing with upside down unintentionally, both died heroically (and neither really expected to do that), they both died due to creatures in the upside down, and they're both nerds.

but aside from that, there are so many other connections/similarities between the second and fourth season. its made me realise that the things they do really are deliberate, and now I'm wondering how they're going to draw upon past events for season 5.

and maybe I'm looking into to things too much, but I really hope I'm not because I think it'd be really cool, y'know?
