I want to push myself to become the me that I want to be. This involves truly dealing with my depression, going back into martial arts, working on my career as an actor and working on having my outside reflect who I want to be by getting fit and most importantly, transitioning. I'm going to post the steps I take here to help motivate myself.

Best intentions
You make plans and then life gets in the way. I was not successful at my first attempt of incorporating this challenge into my routine because the routine itself got disrupted. I’m gonna start all over again with this idea and come at it with the perspective of not having a cosplay event to prepare for within the same week.

FIRST KETO RECIPE OF THE WEEK! So, I've been scavenging the internet for low Carb, high protein recipes to make for myself and my partner so that both of us can lose fat and put on some muscle. Thus far I've managed to gather about 38 recipes and figured I could post little reviews about them when I make them. Survey says: These are fucking awesome!! Very packed with flavor and not heavy feeling after eating them. Never had butter lettuce before either so that ticked a box in my food trying bucket list. Changes: Didn't have to change anything about the recipe other than using ground turkey instead of chicken just because I couldn't get the chicken
