Not sure if you found the episode yet but I just saw your post on the "lost" Fraidy Cat episode. So in 2021 I found the episode on a google drive after months of frustration. Turns out the episode was on the Frightfully Funny 2 DVD and was right here the whole time!

netflix might actually have the worst variety out of any streaming service i've seen. like 75% of the shows on there are originals, and there's barely anything recognizable on there. and when there IS something recognizable, it's not going to last a second on there, its a crappy spinoff, an original, or it doesn't have all of the seasons. plus they've been responsible for an odd1sout and COCOMELON tv show that seem to be pandering.

Something that has always pissed me off about most Fraidy Cat DVD releases is that only 3/4ths of the episodes are even on the DVDs.  The part that pisses me off the most is that they misname “Puss N’ Boats” as “The Cat For Hire”.
