Finally losing weight again! I was stuck on 73,5 kg for 2 weeks now although I was doing so much exercise and eating super clean. but i think i figured it out. i started drinking 3 liters a day and stopped eating in the evenings except fruit. so im now at 73,1kg which is a start! :)

Today was good. I always tell myself 'you didnt do good. it wasnt enough. you are failing'. but im trying to teach myself to see me objectively. today was the work lunch that we get for free and cant choose what we will get. so i took half of the salmon role and a tiny portion of the potatoes and a lot of the salad. that sucked a little cause everyone else was stuffing themselves on carbs lol. after work i did a 26 min cardio work out which was good! afterwards i had a garlic hake filet with vegetables. again trying to cut carbs. boom done for the day. will now rest with a nice strawberry protein shake. i did good. weight still at 74 kg!

Yesterday for lunch I had a honey-mustard-garlic chicken and some broccoli. Evening meal was this delicious chicken salad. No I didnt eat the bread. Was so good. Current weight 74,0 kg!

Being all serious about starting my workouts again at home, so I ordered myself some good old Casein Protein and some Energy Capsules so support me. I seriously need to build up some muscles. And when the winter is over I will get back to running.

Had a great sunday. Long lie in, relaxing afternoon with a friend who came by. Afterwards did some work out and found it extremely exhausting as I’ve been on a December break and I could feel the difference. But I’m getting back to work outs 4 times a week so the burn should improve. Evening meal was shrimps in lemon garlic juice and courgette. YUM. Current weight: 73,8 kg.

LOOK BACK
These two picture were taking one year apart. December 2015 and December 2016. There is 16 kg between these two pictures. I didn’t start my diet in January, instead I randomly started on March 22nd of 2016. I would love to lose 20 kg by my diet anniversary! There have been some changes I have noticed throughout the year that are positive. I feel better when I heat healthier mentally and physically. I get less bloated, my IBS is way better, I can go on longer walks, I have more breath, I have more confidence, I have a 1-2 dress sizes smaller, I have lesser depressions, it takes my mind of things that are irrelevant, I feel stronger, happier and healthier. 2016 was a great year for my body and soul.
FUTURE But there are some things I would love to improve. MY goal is to fit into a size medium ALL THE TIME. I don’t want to order a size L anymore, and I want to fit into a european size 38. I want to reach a normal BMI level. I want the scale to be under 70 kg! But there are things that aren’t measured in numbers that I would love to succeed in: I would love to gain muscle strength. Not just because it looks good, but I can’t even hold my own body up :D. I would love to be able swing my body from branches or carry big boxes. I would love to build up a better stamina as well. I have always been short of breath for some reason, even when I was a kid. I would love to be able to try new sports. I want to learn snowboarding at some point and wakeboarding. I want to take part in a 5k marathon and run the whole way through. I don’t want to be afraid of trying new things because I’m scared I will hold up the group. I want to be able to keep up with everyone else in the group.
I won’t be able to succeed in these goals this year but some I might be able to do by next year if I keep at it. It’s all just about continuing on the path and not giving up. If I have a set back it can’t make me stop, it just means I am taking a break and will continue. That’s basically the key to succeeding. And never lose sight of the goal, even if you are far away from it.

Lunch and evening meal: Spinach tortellini on salad and evening meal is a salmon avocado salad. Totally yummy. I've lost all the weight i gained over christmas so yay to me! Now i need to get going again. Current weight 74,7 kg. Cannot wait until the scale hits the 60s!! Goal would be to make this happen until March so i can say i've lost 20 kg within a year. I've had a terrible cold the last couple of days which sucks because I cant start doing work outs :(

ugh i basically fucked my diet and sport and gained 2kg in december! and i hate it! so i am back on track. these have been my lunches for the last 2 days. left is mango chicken with broccoli and rice and left is a whole grain bread with salmon and avocado and some veggies. the new year is beginning so im focusing on my goals again!

pushing myself with my ‘running’. i go 3 times a week and its always exhausting as fuck but hey. i walk in between to catch my breath because my stamina isnt too good yet. but the inbetween walks are getting less and less. and most importantly i am burning calories and my cardio is all up. look at that awesome fitbit score. so much orange and red. current weight 74,5 kg. luv it.
