So I made a plan to get thin until fall cs fall is my favorite season…
Will start with the 10 Day Challenge cs this one was the first diet which got me back on track.
Afterwards I will do the forest fae diet and last but not least the fix ist fast diet. So I hope I will loose a lot of weight in the next month…

Yesterday I didn’t count any cals.

Went on the scale today… gained 2kg/ 4.5 lbs in the time I dated this guy…. So no more men until I reached my gw.

I heard of another ana game and wanted to share it here so that you can try it, if you’re interested👐🏻⭐️
“Hunger games”
The rules:
1. You start by starving for 24 hours.
2. Once you complete your first fast, you weigh yourself. The amount of weight you have lost is going to be your calorie limit for the next day.
3. 100 grams of the lost weight is equivalent to 100 calories/ 0.2 lbs is equivalent to 100 calories.
4. If you overeat you either burn calories through exercise or subtract the number from the next day limit.
5. If you don’t lose any weight/gain some you starve.
6. The game is over once you’ve reached your gw.

I hate myself. I still couldn’t get back on track. Ate like a pig the last four weeks but at least I didn’t gain weight. Otherwise would’ve tried to ⭐️be myself and don’t eat til I am at my lowest weight again. I wanted to loose so much weight for my vacation and in two weeks I am there and didn’t loose any weight.

Another Diet Recap
So last week started actually pretty good… turns out i have no discipline
Monday - 970 calories
Tuesday - 1436 calories
Wednesday - 1529 calories
Thursday - 849 calories
Friday - binge
Saturday - binge
Sunday - binge
I don’t know how to keep my discipline thru the weekend… i really hate myself for it. I understand why nobody wants me… i cannot even keep my discipline up even though i have a goal… i want to loose at least 25 lbs until my vacation. I want to wear at least a swimsuit cause i am on a beach vacation. But if i eat like a pig will not be pretty til my vacation.. .
Please help me keeping me motivated and disciplined…
I really wish i had a boyfriend but one who likes my character and hates my fat ass wight, so he could be a perfect 4n4 coach…
So i hope for the next 30 days ill get to loose more weight. I want to buy some cute clothes for my vacation and don’t want to be mistaken for a whale or something like this when i am lying on the beach.

Tried to maintain my diet
Monday ~ 259 kcal
Tuesday ~ 763 kcal
Wednesday ~ 1.397 kcal
Thursday ~ 787 kcal
Friday, Saturday and Sunday i had a massive binge again. Do you guys have any tips to stop me from these binges.
So in 50 days I will be on summer vacation. I went to pigly.com and I asked the website how many calories I am allowed to eat roughly 1000 kcal to lose 20 lbs til my summer vacation. I try to eat 1000 kcal per day starting last Monday and try to fast once per week. So hopefully I will lose even more weight than 20 lbs.

Diet recap
So last week i tried to stick to the forest face diet. Turns out it didn’t worked out great…
So ill post my intake of the last week
Monday ~134 kcal
Tuesday ~ 1069 kcal
Wednesday ~ 1623 kcal
Thursday ~ 1356 kcal
Friday, Saturday and Sunday i had a massive binge and couldn’t keep track of my calories.
I have eaten so much and still i managed to loose 2 kg (4,5 lbs) but i was on my period so it was so hard to not eat cs my body was craving food so much.
This week I’ll try better. The goal is to starve myself so much so i don’t get my period anymore.

Breakfast: 287 kcal
Lunch: 432 kcal
Dinner: 376 kcal
Snack: none
Felt guilty cause i had a small portion of spaghetti for lunch so i went to the gym and went running on the treadmill for 50 min, afterwards i had yoga class, so according to my Apple Watch i burned 1.048 kcal, wich leads to a net intake of 48 kcal, i guess its okay.
Also had 3 Stanley Cups full of Water yesterday, wich is 120 oz / 3.36l of Water
I let myself go the last few months, so i am pretty happy about the last two days. I hope that i can plan my first day fasting for the next week.

Weight: 113 kg (249 lbs)
Waist: 111cm (44“)
Hips: 125cm (49“)
Hope i will loose at least 2 kg in the next week, maybe lose a cm in my waist or hips measurements
Wanted to have a net intake of 1000kcal and it went pretty well for the first day:
Breakfast: 355 kcal
Lunch: 308 kcal
Dinner: 465 kcal
Snack: none
So except for the dinner (my dorm mates made me eat…) i was pretty happy. But i also went to the gym and went jogging on a treadmill which burned 692 kcal (at least what my Apple Watch said)
So after my sport session i had a net intake of 437 kcal which is okay…
Also had 3 Stanley cups full of water, which is 120 oz or 3.36l of Water
