Afternoon grain-free #cookie break: 1 cup creamy almond butter + 1/4 cup coconut flour + 3 tbsp honey + 3 egg whites + 2 tsp vanilla extract + 1.5 tsp baking soda + 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips / Mix everything together and fold in chocolate chips at the end. Bake 10 mins @ 350F on a sprayed pan. Remove from oven and let cool for at least 15 minutes before removing - cookies will be SOFT! Store in the fridge overnight for a better texture, cold. #chocolatechip #grainfree #cookiebreak

Operation clean out the fridge #lunch: kale and mint salad with a spicy tahini dressing and #traderjoes soy cheese + 1/2 Japanese sweet potato with strawberry mango salsa + avocado edamame pesto stuffed egg whites. For the pesto: blend in a blender --> 1/2 ripe avocado + 1/4 cup edamame + 1/4 cup basil + 1 tbsp lemon juice and 2 tbsp water. I sprinkled the eggs with a little bit of fresh black pepper and paprika. Easy and delicious! #nutritionhappens
