The prime minister of Israel is quite the hypocrite. The shocking thing is that he is one of the more moderate people in his country. Its so strange that certain people are so hypocritical and can lie so easily.

Unnecessary Foreign Aid To Certain Countries
In the United States of America, we have a problem with our budget. Whoever reads this will fall into two separate categories with a view on the budget, you care about how large the deficit is or you care about the allocation of the money.
So the United States sends massive amounts of money to a places that do not need it and the money is better sent to fight the deficit and/or underfunded parts of the government.
So before we set out a series of boundaries to say what is an unnecessary country
Let the countries that do not need foreign aid from the United States of America be defined as the following:
-Any country that is in the G8
-Any country that is greater than or equal to .700 on the Human Development Index (2017).
With that out of the way we can now discuss what countries do not need United States aid and how much we could save.
Starting with the G8:
Canada ($35,416,402)
Italy ($164,400)
France ($70,999)
United Kingdom ($150,000)
Germany ($559,587)
Japan ($140,237
Russia ($167,755,115)
By cutting the G8 Alone, we will save $204,256,780.
The reason that we should cut aid from the G8 is that we must reduce influence in other countries in charge of the world. The United States agenda is not the best for people in other countries. Ideally the elected officials of the countries in the G8 must not be influenced by, what could be considered, bribes. Bribes that are from the most powerful country in the world.

By cutting off all foreign aid to all the countries that are considered Very High Human Development and High Human Development, we would save $7,976,891,756. These are countries where life is supposed to be rather nice. We need to ultimately start caring more for our own population and our own country as opposed to just being the big police officer who inflicts their will on other countries.
The United States needs to contract and regroup, not continually expand. Call your congress representative, and tell them to cut off foreign aid to these countries that don’t deserve it.
