bpd culture is that the only valid answer your fp can say to the notorious "are you mad at me?" question is "yes" because knowing that it's my fault gives me a sense of control over my relationship, "no" seems like a blatant lie and "i'm just busy" gives off the impression that they chose something or someone over you which sends you even further in the abandonment spiral

Sometimes I get annoyed with myself when I'm doing okay, like what the fuck are you happy for? They're not gonna believe you're sick. So when I am not doing okay, they say "But you were fine yesterday..."
