Pokémon and httyd are long standing special interests for us :3 dai started out as a regular interest with we occasionally hyperfixated on, slowly becoming a special interest as far as i can tell (partially because of our two fo's being from there). More specifically, i could probably talk about the pokemon games for hours and hours, though i could likely yap on any the shows (specifically xyz + some movies) all day.

Now, httyd,,, i could talk on and on about that. Give me any topic and i will RUN with it i promise you. (Minus rob and dob bc it's been years some ive seen them and that mans me so so sad but i barely remember anything from them). I just.... there's so much i know about. I would try to list a few things specifically that i would love to talk about but there's just too many

dragon age inquisition.... it's such an interesting game with so many components and mechanics that i could tattoo about. The characters, settings, and lore too are just so easy to expound on. Plus... as i said earlier. Dorian and Scout Harding our beloveds <3

these two got brought in because the person who found them was worried about them sharing an apple. i haven't found an apple one of them is willing to move into and they've been trying to beat each other up the whole time i've had them

Both Snotlout and Fishlegs had dreams of leading the Dragon Riders.

Dagur presumably moved to Defenders of the Wing with Mala, which is really far from Berk & Berserker Island.

Astrid and Heather are never seen together on screen again.

Fishlegs loses interest in Heather to chase Ruffnut.

Snotlout loses interest in Minden (and Fishlegs) to chase Ruffnut.

people seem to be forgetting that "you don't need to transition medically to be trans" was born out of a time when blair white was the most popular trans person online. when the overwhelming zeitgeist was "you need to have bottom surgery, top surgery, ffs/fms, you need to be skinny (and white) you need to xyz to be really trans. if you dont do all of these things you are a faker who just wants attention." I remember there was a whole scandal about non-binary people entering in a binder swap program were accused of "stealing resources of trans men" because "these theyfabs aren't even going to transition anyway why are they taking all of our binders"

"you don't need to transition medically to be trans" was and is a response to virulent exclusionary transmedicalism. and it is not in opposition to "we need to make HRT and surgery available to anyone who seeks it"

i think that if you were to make a goncharov movie it couldn't just be goncharov. nothing can truly be goncharov. my ideal goncharov movie is a mockumentary about the comically troubled production of a failed 2020s goncharov remake, touching on themes of nostalgia and the way we remember (and misremember) and retell stories

one thing i love about the pokemon anime is how it makes every move badass
