Hi, love! I’ve been wanting to work with Aphrodite for a while but I’ve had some doubts that I can’t find an answer to hehehe hope you can help me, pls!!

2.-And if so, how do I do it, do I light a candle or do I have to have an altar first?

3.-Can I work with her and still be working with God, angels and archangels? So far, I’ve only worked with them and spiritual guides.

1. Yes yes YES talking to her and building up that communication with her is key to starting!!

2. From my experiences, it can be as simple as looking at something that reminds you of her and talking to it

3. ABSOLUTELY, she does not judge anyone's path of choice!!

i wanted to share a reoccuring dream that comes back to me every so often. it's a little personal but it means a lot to me and makes me feel good.

it always starts with me inside an apartment. my apartment. it's all decorated in pastels and images of Aphrodite and some of other deities, plants in every available space. then there's a knock on the door. when i open it, there's a man standing there who i never recgonize but i get this amazing sense of comfort seeing his beautiful blue eyes.

he comes into the room and smiles at me, kissing my head and taking me into his arms. we walk into the living room and he tells me i'm his little flower. we sit on the couch and just...feel, exist with each other. then he drops something that always floods me with a good feelings.

he asks when we should pick our daughter up from her uncle's house. i just smile and tell him that he's dropping her off. we do some chores, cleaning up toys and doing dishes before we hear the doorbell ring and a little giggle come from the other side of the door. i open it and a golden haired, blue eyed little girl hugs my waist. i pick her up and hold her on my hip, looking at her uncle. i thank him and he leaves.

my daughter squirms until i put her down, running to her father in the kitchen. i hear loud, squealing laughs as she gets picked up and spun around. i sit back down and she and her father join me, with me in the center.

that's all! short and sweet!

being a person with disabling pain and a devotee of a deity is very rough. like. i want to worship Her elegantly and gracefully but oh my GODS is it hard. i can't move my legs without pain. some days i have to actually lift my legs to get out of bed. fuck man. fuck.
