Don’t get me wrong, I really enjoyed Rise of the Beasts the way it is, but to find out it was originally going to be a straight up Beast Wars movie, possibly without humans set on the Maximal/Predacon homeworld I feel cheated! Especially when confronted with this awesome conceptual art. Waspinator would’ve looked so badass!

Robert O’Reilly, actor who played Gowron on Star Trek the Next Generation and Deep Space Nine, spotted in a season three episode of TJ Hooker. Lots of Star Trek alumni in my old cop show.

I shipped them harder than Tommy and Kimberly. 😅 I squealed and squirmed in my seat when I first saw the episode where they got married. Is it a testament to the actors and writers that I found the villains so interesting as a child? Or am I simply weird? Probably both.

I got to meet the gentleman who provided the voice for Lord Zedd, Robert Axelrod, before he passed away. He was very sweet and signed a poster for me.

Finally got to one of my favorite episodes of T. J. Hooker, with Leonard Nimoy guest staring as an old friend of Hooker. He’s a detective whose daughter gets raped and Hooker has to talk him down from killing the freak when they catch him. In addition to this episode, Mr. Nimoy also directed a few others.

This screenshot I took struck me as funny, given the Spirk ship. And what a bizarre ice cream advertisement lmao! “Top your favorite bottom with real whipped cream” what is up with that? How could it be read as anything but suggestive? 🤣🍨😋😜
