Sue Legacy is a psychotherapist in private practice who helps people have joy in the midst of their stress and anxiety. She is the author of two books, The Joy of Nada, and The Joy of Anxiety, and her mission is to eliminate the stigma of asking for help for mental illness.
She lives with two Chihuahua-mix biracial dogs, an attention deficit husband and overflowing boxes of old photos. Her motto is to feel the fear and do it anyway as she keeps her animal husbandry household as sane as possible.

Leta can frequently be found zipping around Austin on her bicycle, talking to edible plants while gardening, and taking pictures of beautiful oddities.
Instead of sending the traditional holiday greeting card, she'd like to mail out a selfie with the named objects closest to her -- Cleo the bicycle, Felicia the ukulele, and Gunnar the electric mosquito-killing racket. She sees storytelling as part of her journey in finding her voice.

Sam Rosen is a lawyer, when Sam is not fighting for justice he enjoys swimming, yoga, and hiking. He has told stories at numerous storytelling events around Austin and recently won the June Austin Story Slam.
Sam is also a member of the Austin improv comedy scene and recently starred in Time Loop, an Improv Show based on Groundhog's Day."

Sara Puig Laas grew up in Laredo on the Mexican border, where everybody loves to talk and tell stories — preferably along with beer and BBQ in the backyard. Her jobs have also been about talking: interviewing people about jobs and for TV.
She's lived in 10 different Texas towns and one other country. Now she tries to shut up long enough to write.

Susan Mack is a mother, advocate and storyteller who focuses on everyday oddities -- the weirdness in everyday life and the everydayness of really weird events. Her personal essays can be found in Bending Genres, Voices, The Yellow Arrow Journal, and Hippcampus among other publications.
She tells stories at multiple shows in Austin and co-produces the quarterly Stories on the Lawn series for the Neill-Cochran House Museum.

Angela Maldonado is an improviser, writer and storyteller from Corpus Christi. She’s drawn to narrative improv and loves to perform improvised telenovelas with her Shades of Brown compadres.
Angela loves storytelling so much she started a show StoryTime at the Cactus Cafe, with the goal to let people hear some great stories and maybe sign up to tell their own. She’s pretty excited to be able to continue to bring people’s stories to the stage.

Mark is a Texas native who grew up on a farm, graduated high school from Aquilla, TX. (pop. 147) with nine other students, and as a kid, thought of capers as “foreign” food.
Mark is a teacher, writer and live storyteller, and he is the co-founder of the Like Minded Lunatics Channel on YouTube, and the co-creator of the Like Minded Lunatics T.V. Show on Austin Music TV. He believes the power of a compelling story can change hearts and minds, and also that a true Czech kolache is always sweet and entirely meatless.
