okay guys.. im being honest i haven’t found the motivation to write about mitsuaya idk maybe i just need to look at content of them more and i’m itching to write about scorose so i probably will 😢😢

i hate when people hate on hailey for being “too sensitive”.. SHES 17. does every 17-year-old have everything together?? does every 17-year-old make the right choices like it’s a piece of cake?? NO. you guys hate hailey for being sensitive after being relentlessly bullied for her passion but i swear if she was a man the fandom would do a 360 on her 😭🙏🏼 leave my girl alone…

actually all the characters are so young and most definitely aren’t mentally mature 😭 yes, drew is a bully. no, that is not an excuse. however, is he going to be that way forever? NO!!!! their mistakes will let them grow oh ky gosh 😭😭

okay guys… mitsuaya it is.. here’s the wip it was based off of that i’ll try to continue!! i do have a lot of work to do at school in the next two weeks so it’ll take… a while.

earphones plugged in, mitsuki opened her music player. as the music flowed in quickly and cancelled out the jazz her workplace was currently playing, she hummed a short tune. sure, jazz is rather relaxing, but it didn’t quite meet the fast-paced environment she was in.

as she brewed a small espresso, the bell on the door chimed, bringing her attention to the person who had just entered. the bell was a small trinket from the store owner’s young daughter, and it made a pretty jingle whenever it rang.

Elliot stared up at the ceiling, his room silent, other than the occasional yawn that kept him awake.

He surveyed the dozens of botanical posters that adorned his wall, unknowing on what to do for now.

So, he started doom scrolling; as per usual.

The gardener started endlessly scrolling— his expression seemingly disinterested in the content he was shown. Sometimes, double tapping on the screen whenever Faye’s spider posts came up. He didn’t like spiders, but he did want to show his support.

He paused for a moment, his eyelids growing heavier, and his screen dimming due to idleness.

Then, he started drifting off to sleep, his eyelids shut, and a soft snore escaped his lips.

Knock, knock.

Elliot’s eyes suddenly batted open, looking around to see what the cause of the noise was.

He gently got up, stumbling a bit due to drowsiness. He took off his glasses to quickly rub his eyes, before abruptly putting them back on again.

He walked over to the window, squinting to see if he saw things right..

Because why was Milly at his window?

He widened his eyes at the sight, “Wh— M-Milly?!” The gardening club president gasped, quickly opening his window to let her in.

She was dressed in her Rainbow Dash pajamas, the only difference was that this time, she wore a black jacket that had the hood up.

“So..” The shortie started. “I was bored! I didn’t talk to you at all in school today, so I figured I’d give you a visit!”

Elliot stood there, dumbfounded. He closed the window, thinking: ‘At 11 PM?’

“I.. appreciate it, Milly. I do enjoy your visits, but, uhh.. Y-you really didn’t have to.” He replied, a hint of concern in his voice.

The guitarist took off her jacket and threw it on the ground mindlessly, “I just wanted to see you. I wouldn’t be a very good girlfriend if I didn’t check on how you were.. so, how are ‘ya?”

Elliot was still utterly confused at the girl’s antics. But, nonetheless, he embraced it. He liked how determined she was, it was what he loved about her.

“I’m a bit sleepy..” He peeped, looking down at the floor. “I was about to sleep, but, uhh..” The gardener shut himself up.

Milly snorted, stifling a laugh. “I’m sorry..”

“Ah— No! No! It’s alright!“ He reassured her, “I fall asleep pretty easily.”

Elliot stumbled down onto his bed, tucking himself in. Milly joined him momentarily after, sitting on the edge of the bed.

“You should go to sleep, Elli. It was kind of a stupid idea to visit you this late..” The pinkette whispered, looking down at her lap.

“N-No! Not at all! It’s very sweet of you to check in on me!” Elliot blurted out, a bit louder than he intended.

Milly kicked off her shoes, which weren’t bright green crocs with all sorts of jibbits on them, and lifted her legs to lay down on his soft mattress, a soft ‘thump’ sounding in the room once it hit the floor.

“Do you want to stay the night..?” Elliot asked, taking off his glasses and placing it on the nightstand.

She cleared her throat, “Uh— If it’s not too much trouble.”

The crepe haired boy nodded, leaning into the girl next to him. She wrapped her arms under his, pulling him closer.

”A-Alright..“ He softly mumbled, a bit taken aback. Elliot closed his eyes, feeling the radiating warmth coming from her presence. He felt his heart beating faster, and wondered for a moment if she could hear it too.

But Milly’s heart was also racing. Her eyes fluttered shut, and if the room was brighter, you could see the reddish tint that crept up on her cheeks.

The gardener sighed, his hands carding through her hot-pink hair, trying to relax her a bit. It seemed effective, as she immediately melted into the touch.

“Goodnight, Milly.” He whispered, planting a small kiss on the top of her head, his fingers still toying with the ends of her hair.

She brought her leg over his, entangling it under the covers. “G’night, Elli.”

They both dozed off to sleep, Elliot still wondering how he would tell his parents about this sudden visit, but he didn’t find himself caring too much. He had this wonderful girl in his arms, and that’s all he needed.

Milly thought about how her mother and father would react to her being gone in the morning. Eh, it’s fine! She thought this was way better anyway.

The soft moonlight illuminated the room, quiet snores filling the air. They were both content, and that was all that mattered.
