Increase your chances of cracking JEEs with FIITJEE Test Series
Practice helps you close the gap between yourself and your goals when it comes to the exam JEE. Whether you aspire to get a "decent" rank or be a “top scorer,” practice is essential but never enough. We often think we can quickly grasp concepts and ideas while getting into belief that we also know how to apply them but this is not the case. The reality is that until we go through different questions, get feedback, refine our approach, and practice again on same concepts, we cant be sure of applying it on final day.
On this exact principle and belief, FIITJEE has designed their curriculum and additional test series which students from all over the country can take advantage of, irrespective of studying at FIITJEE in order to gain a better perspective about their JEE preparations which I have enrolled myself into. The All India Test Series (AITS) is built strategically to prepare students for all types of papers - from very difficult to relatively easy ones. The quality of the test papers is evident from the fact that many questions of IIT-JEE from 1995 to 2020 are either identical or similar to questions, which were part of the FIITJEE All India Test Series.
The detailed analysis provided by myPAT, an online platform which has collaborated with FIITJEE, after you finish the test helps students analyze their performance and shows them the concepts that you are well versed with and the concept in which you lack on. It is a great tool which enables every aspirant to start working on the key areas what their next plan of action should be. It is also beneficial to practice time management as it is one of the underrated tools you need to be equipped with during the JEE exam. Seeing better results with practice will give you a sense of confidence as well which I have been feeling from some time now.
To get the best of these test series, here are a few tips from previous JEE achievers:
1. Commit time every week- ideally every day- for practice.
For this block time on the calendar and minimize distractions. You can even create a schedule/plan with deadlines and deliverables as sometimes they work better.
2. Revision is important as your brain only can retain so much.
For that, highlight things that seem important. You can also make handwritten notes and although it might sound old-fashioned and a tedious process but the outcome is amazing.
3. Check which subjects have more weightage in the paper and make a topic-wise analysis of different subjects.
Working hard is important but working smarter is what gets you to the top.
4. If you find yourself getting tired after constant studying, follow the 90/20 rule which I follow.
In this pattern, I put on a timer and study diligently for 90 minutes straight. Then take a break for 20 minutes. The trick is to stay fueled for the entire day. Set small goals to achieve the big goal.
Consistent and regular practice has more of an exponential than a linear effect.
If you practice weekly, you advance very slowly over time but if you practice daily, the jump is not linear. It is exponential, in other words, it’s a big jump, a huge jump, the kind of jump that makes the difference between an average scorer and top ranker.

Super Condensed Classroom Programs for JEE Main & Advanced
While preparing for the JEEs, a lot of aspirants struggle to balance the scholastic academics and preparations for the JEE exams. More often than not, the preparations for JEE take a back seat and you struggle to catch up with the pace which is bound to lead the students frustrated. To solve this problem, a lot of aspirants choose to go for crash courses like me.
Now, I would say that crash courses aren’t suitable for everyone because some people just can’t learn things at the pace required, and that’s fine.On the other hand crash courses offer a number of benefits and are worth consideration for students too. They teach you to grasp things much faster and keep you uncomfortable while pushing you through challenges.
FIITJEE offers various crash courses tailor-made for various stages of your preparation. The Super Condensed Classroom Programs for both JEE Main and JEE Advanced are beneficial for those who want to get the benefits of the regular classroom programs of FIITJEE but cannot for any reason afford to join the same. Like me many others go for these courses due to their popularity.I have found many students struggling to know what is in the course before making the final decison. Hence I am breaking down both of them for everyone who reads them
Super Condensed Classroom Program for JEE Main
This program helps you to improve upon the concepts in-depth in just a span of 2 weeks. After covering all the topics, there are practice sessions as well which actually builds a students' base since he/she learns to apply those concepts to the actual analytic questions, giving the taste of the final exam. Since it's a last-minute catch-up course, you will also learn time management which will help you to improve the speed and catch up to the speed of other aspirants.
Like me , you will be assisted on how to attempt the exam which includes learning all important aspects / shortcut techniques. The course entails live online classes where discussions and participation are encouraged so that students can learn and solve their doubts in real-time easily. You also get access to the 5 online test series through myPAT based on the JEE syllabus with instant feedback which will enable you to evaluate your performance in real JEE conditions.
Super Condensed Classroom Program for JEE Advanced
Students who clear their JEE Mains have to prepare for the final hurdle, which is the JEE Advance. This program is specifically designed to optimize the same time and help them get polished to face this exam.
The course content and the problem-solving sessions are framed while considering the aptitude of batches and honing their problem-solving skills to make them strategize on attempting the JEE Advanced Exam’. The course will not just tone up your skills, help you bounce around the loopholes, while building the required confidence in you.
The course also contains exclusive and specialized study material consisting of specifically and strategically formulated assignments, which will help you build a strong strategy for the JEE pattern. Computer-Based Mini Test Series (AITS) will give you a real-time feel of the big exam and help you set the right exam temperament, speed accuracy, and the final evaluation of your preparations. It also includes the Grand Masters Package (GMP) which gives you access to 1500 problem-solving questions.
Crash courses have proven themselves effective at filling a gap in the preparations. While the nature of a crash course – fast-paced and intensive – isn’t well suited to everybody’s learning style, for many people they are perfect, and if you find yourself struggling with conventional lessons they are worth considering for sure.
Also check their blog on last minute tips to crack the exam

Tips from rank holders to ace IIT JEE with flying colors
JEEs are the exams where the mettle is tested for every engineering student. Naturally, every aspirant wishes to know the winning formula. How and what did the rank holders do to achieve their dream and how did they reach there is a question which naturally comes to every aspirant?
Being a rank holder myself, I am letting out the secret about all the strategies, study tips, and other useful resources that will help you along the way to reach you where you want
1. Sit down and make a plan: Believe it or not, your exam preparation efforts will be most effective if they’re well-coordinated from the start. So invest the time to plan. Don’t just start the week with the vague goal of studying Mathematics. Instead, break up that goal into smaller tasks. Pencil it in on the calendar like a regular class. For example, allot 1 to 3 p.m. each day to one topic. This will help you achieve more and stay focused throughout the day.
2. Make your own study aids: Oftentimes most of us struggle with retaining what we just studied. The one strategy that seems to work is making notes. If that doesn't work then turn your notes into flashcards or use a flashcard app for memorizing. Quizzing yourself may be one of the best ways to prepare for the real deal. Get into the routine of practicing with a cheat sheet (notes) and then without it. Use a stopwatch to simulate the test time limit. These might be small things but they make a huge impact in the bigger picture.
3. Practice does an aspirant get a rank: Take as many mock tests as you can. Do plenty of practice problems similar to ones that you know will appear. Make a list of questions that you think might show up on the test (and then make sure you can answer them!). will help you identify tough concepts or weak areas in your knowledge in advance.
3. Cut out the distractions: Distractions make it difficult to pay attention to what you’re doing, which in turn makes it harder to commit facts to memory. Give yourself a leg up by turning off the notifications on your phone, temporarily blocking your favorite websites, or sticking to instrumental music while you study (so you’re not tempted to sing along!). If you need a computer to study, try an app that blocks the internet for a short period of time, and see how much more you get done.
4. Divide big concepts into smaller chunks: If you're studying a big topic, try breaking the material you need to study into chunks. Study one chapter section at a time—and then quiz yourself. Ask yourself questions about what you’ve just studied, and even write your answers down. This will help you instantly understand if you were able to grasp what you studied.
5. Don’t neglect the "easy” stuff: Even if you’ve been scoring good in a certain subject or concept all year and think the test will be a breeze, you should still give it a review before the big day. You don’t want to lose marks for careless errors or forget to memorize a key formula.
Since I had studied at FIITJEE, they taught the students these tips and tricks to outperform others on the final day. Moreover, they also taught me to focus on the fundamentals of the subjects so that whatever pattern or question appears before the aspirants, you won't break a sweat. They are the reason that I cracked my way into IIT

Best Mock Test Series for JEE
Being an IITian and doing engineering from one of the most premier engineering institutes in India is a dream of millions of youngsters like me see each year. Well IIT dosen’t ensure jobs, it guarentees in forming great individuals certain which can handle both personal and professional professionals and can excel in almost anything.
However getting into an IIT is equally tough and the preparing yourself enough so that you can crack one of the toughest exams in the world to ensure a seat in one of most premier institutions,is a challenging job. Moreover, cut throat competition makes it really necessary to make best possible use of the time, and minimize your errors to maximise your marks.
Joining a classroom program helps in getting conceptual clarity and improving understanding of topics. However, for developing the exam temperament, it is very important to mimic the same atmosphere multiple times and give mock tests while attempting all kinds of questions. This is the one of the most crucial part of the preparation because no matter how well conceptually clear you will be, unless you practice in the same atmosphere, you will find it hard to perform on the main day. In addition to this, without giving mock tests, it is very hard to evaluate your preparedness at regular intervals.
By far the best test series and mock tests are provided by FIITJEE. You can either join their classroom programs or you can enroll for the test series only to use it. One Year All India Test Series for Advanced is the best mock test series in India and I have attempted it myself. It is going to improve your odds of getting selected in IIT multiple times because the level of questions are really good and similar to those asked in the exam.
Let’s take a look at salient features of this program and test series.
●      Consists of Concept Strengthening Classroom Program (CSCP) of about 36 hrs. This helps in eliminating conceptual doubts and plugging the loopholes.
●    Gives you sufficient time to consolidate on your Main & Advanced preparation as it begins with smaller Part length Tests and gradually covers the entire syllabus in Full length Tests giving you the taste of both questions made for a particular concept in a particular chapter as well as those which utilize multiple concepts in just one single question .
●  It has new & original problems for all types of patterns & levels of difficulty, which is the best way to prepare for Main & JEE Advanced. They also provide you with other possible solutions to a problem, even shortcuts so you learn to analyze problems from different ways and save time.
●      You’re also provided with test analysis sessions to analyze your mistakes & improve your strike rate / scoring in the same paper. This adds to the practice of acquiring a sound examination temperament to score upto your maximum potential on the final day too.
●      Last but not the least, it gives you realistic & authentic All India level ranking, so that achieving your goal gets measurable and you can work accordingly.

Best Preparation Strategies for NEET aspirants
Hello Readers,
Well, the havoc that coronavirus has wreaked over the world made us think and reevaluate our priorities in life. We were back to basics during the lockdown, when only medical facilities and essential services were functional.
Those were the times when we as a society realised the importance of our health and the people who help us remain healthy like Doctors, nurses, ward boys, physiotherapists, and many such professionals.
The rise of Corona has reminded us that we need to embrace and appreciate health professionals more than we appreciate film and football stars.
We need to create more doctors and quality doctors in India to fight the mounting health issues.
As the sister of an MBBS student who cleared NEET two years ago, I am sharing some of the best strategies for preparing for NEET which she used.
These lessons are still relevant, I know for sure, because my friend also cleared NEET this year following those same principles, which she had followed.
Let’s take a look at all of them
Let’s begin with some academic tips:
Join a Good Coaching: Many people must be thinking, what’s the point of joining coaching when the students can’t attend classes physically for now. Well, I beg to differ on this. Joining a coaching even if the classes are going online is important because it would help you keep a check on your prep, syllabus, concepts, practice and your status. Your preparation would be directional. You would be able to seek guidance as and when required from faculty, and fellow students. Moreover joining a coaching like FIITJEE in their classroom programmes will give you time to plan your study. You don’t have to bother about the syllabus, course, pattern but focus on revision and more practice.
Making and Following a Timetable: None of your efforts are gonna yield if you don’t stick to a timetable. Your efforts have to be mapped well  with time. You need to plan in advance and execute. Being able to follow a time table gives a lot of confidence. It makes you disciplined. Eat on     time, sleep on time, get up on time.
Practising Previous Year Questions and Test series: I personally consider that all the students giving all kinds of exams should do this exercise.Whatever topic you finish, practice all the problems that NEET has asked in previous years from the previous year questions and join a test series like Lifeline by FIITJEE which my sister and friend joined too.
Make Notes: Whenever, you’re attending a class, or studying on your own. Just make sure you make notes. It’s best to revise from our own notes instead of  full fledged books. Notes are crisp, concise and if you make notes while studying, yourself then you would know what to study and what to not.Other people's notes are not going to be as useful because notes are highly customised by the students for their self use. So do not rely on other people’s notes. Do make notes while you study.
Take Care of Yourself: This is most important of all. You need to look after yourself so that you don’t fall sick and you’re in best possible shape for performance in the exam. So, don’t overeat, or undereat. Don’t oversleep or don’t sleep too much. Do at least 15-20 mins of meditation daily. Do some kind of physical exercise even if it is just an early morning walk. Avoid indulging with people and platforms that bring you negativity of any kind like news channels.

Tips & Tricks for achieving your IIT dream
So, as an IITian and as an ex JEE aspirant, I would love to share some tips and tricks that made my life easier and helped me get in IIT.
The lessons about entrance exams of IIT that I learnt are still relevant even in the modern corona world. Although, in this world now self confidence and being self motivated has become all the more important. Students are having a hard time dealing with new reality but those who can adjust and play the game by the new rules without getting agitated will be the ones who will cross the finish line with golden colours.
Let’s begin with some academic tips:
Join a Good Coaching: I know you must be thinking, why to join coaching when you can’t attend classes for now. But that’s not true. Joining a coaching even if the classes are going online is important because it would help you keep a check on your prep, syllabus, concepts, practice and your status. Your preparation would be directional. You would be able to seek guidance from faculty, and peers. You will know how far you are done with your syllabus, how are you performing and much more. And from my experience, FIITJEE is the best coaching in both online and offline modern. But you can join whatever you find best for you.
Join Online Class: From my experience, many students had left preperation during Covid due to uncertainity in exams and that is when they lost the battle. My sister joined online coaching and practised on Mypat, thanks to FIITJEE
Join a Test Series: For building the right temperament, knowing where you stand, practicing time management, revision during an exam, you should definitely go for a test series. FIITJEE conducts a Computer Based All India Test Series. This is the best test series in my experience. The feedback system is simply amazing. They share a lot of conclusions like weak areas, areas to work on, predicted rank and ways to improve that rank. This is very important for building the right temperament for the exam and conditioning it to be on top of its game during the exam time.
Previous Year Questions: I personally consider them the most important practice problem book for JEE advanced preparation. Whatever topic you finish, practice all the problems that IIT has asked in previous years. This would be instrumental in building your concepts and problem solving ability.
Grand Master Package (GMP): GMP is an exclusive fundamental search based package of 1500 top quality problems on new patterns testing your understanding of the subject, developed by FIITJEE Advanced exam. This study package is the best way to revise the entire syllabus in the least amount of time possible.  It is specifically designed for helping students revise, polish, consolidate, apply and practice concepts for JEE. Even people from other coachings have it.
For Mental Toughness:
Do at least 15-20 mins of meditation daily.
Practice Yoga or some kind of physical exercise even if it is just an early morning walk.
Try to avoid indulging with news channels or watching any kind of negative news.
All the best. Shine bright like a diamond.

JEE Online Classes: Better than classroom classes
I have a little sister who is a JEE aspirant like you. She have given JEE mains just a couple of weeks before and now, all set for my advanced. She is giving full length mocks and in free time, she also loves to write. I know many students who are going to join coaching must be worried about the online classes instead of classroom experience. Well, let me tell you that through her experience, that you have no reason to worry my friend.
She was a student of FIITJEE enrolled in their two year integrated course PINNACLE. She zeroed down on FIITJEE after a serious research and discussion with many IITians, faculty, friends and teachers unlike me. For two years she was regularly traveling to my coaching school from home and was happy that she joined the best coaching. It was all very hectic managing school, coaching, preparation but she was doing it happily because she wanted to ensure a seat in IIT. I think that but the CORONA pandemic had changed the way she was preparing.
Honestly, I too was very scared like my sister and tense when the lockdown was declared. I was thinking only about her classes, her exam, and her dream only then.Even when her online classes began, I was highly skeptical about it. She too really wanted to be able to go to my coaching and faculty in case of doubt, attend sessions, give full length mocks in that environment but she could not and on top of that the exam was postponed until further notice.
To my surprise, FIITJEE expanded and upgraded its already existing online infrastructure. Her classes, tests, everything was being done online within weeks. Even she could not believe how much she was loving the experience since the students were less, there was more intra-class interaction and tests were also monitored using AI technology.
See, the thing is when you’re preparing, there is so much syllabus in all the subjects that you have to go through, understand concepts, practice problems and give mocks that you don’t get enough time to rest. Although FIITJEE has 80 centres across India but still, not everyone has a centre close by there home and she definitely saved a lot of time which was wasted in travelling. Morover I saw that she was more energised, saved daily conveyance money and use all that for preparation and rejuvenation. Now I have realised that online coaching is so much better than the classroom, I had so much extra time to rest, relax, practice more questions.
You will anyway have all the study material offline which you can use to study, get conceptual clarity, and practice problems. I also say this to her that you would have at least 1-2 hour extra hours daily etc if you are taking online classes. Nearly 30 hours a month. That’s a lot of time. And time is something we can’t buy, hence we should invest it wisely.
Some of you might differ from me. But in my experience, I am finding online classes really a good choice and would to some extent even consider them better than classroom experience.
Hope this helps you guys.

FIITJEE Programs: There is One for Everyone
Want to ace your JEE advanced?
Don’t know which coaching institute to join?
Want to know a suitable course for you?
Well, if you want answers to all these questions then this blog is for you. Just keep reading till the end.
Hello Friends,
With my experience at FIITJEE and talking to many other friends of mine from other coachings at IIT, I have understood that FIITJEE is the best place to prepare for JEE. It has got the best faculty, material and a wide range of programs to choose from.
FIITJEE runs a number of courses for different students in different classes ranging from class ninth to the dropper. It also caters to classroom experience and distance learning as well.
Courses for VI, VII, VIII: FIITJEE runs programs for building bases     for students in Class IV, VII and VIII as well. The programs run for these     classes are Little Genie One Year  Program, Uday Two Year Classroom Program and Uday One Year Classroom Program. It also runs a few programs in integration with school for these classes. These programs focus on building logic, reasoning and aptitude for coming years.
Courses for Class IX and X Students: The foundation of logic, reasoning     and concepts built in class IX and X are instrumental for students'  success in their JEE advanced. That’s why FIITJEE runs programs exclusively for the students of class IX and X. These programs work on     improving IQ, logical thinking, and build the foundation of Physics, Chemistry and Maths. These courses target exams like KVPY, NTSE, JSTE,  class IX and X exams and foundation for JEE advanced. They run courses  both in classroom and correspondence programs as well. Few classroom  programs are Four Year Classroom Program for JEE (Advanced), Junior Rankers Study Material, Two Year     Classroom Program for JEE (Advanced), Two Year Integrated All India Test     Series etc.
Courses for Class XI: Most students join coaching in their class eleventh. FIITJEE runs many correspondence and classroom programs for class eleventh students. One of my best friends at IIT Kanpur studied in the Pinnacle Two Year Integrated School Program at FIITJEE Patna. There are correspondence courses like Rankers Study Material, Two Year Integrated All India Test Series. Eleventh class JEE aspirants can choose from them.
Courses for Class XII Students: There are a large number of program run by class twelfth JEE aspirants in classroom and distance learning     mode. Special One Year Classroom Program for JEE, Special Weekend Classroom Program for JEE Advanced, Intensive Contact Program for JEE (Advanced) 2020, One Year Classroom Program for JEE (Advanced), Super Condensed Classroom Program for JEE     (Advanced) are few of the programs run for class XII students in     classroom mode. Rankers Study  Material, One Year All India Test Series For JEE Advanced etc are correspondence programs.
Courses For Droppers: There are a wide number of programs for Droppers as well. One Year Extended Classroom Program  for JEE Advanced, Intensive Contact Program for JEE (Advanced), Accelerate  - One Year Condensed Classroom Program, Super Intensive Contact Program for JEE (Main & Advanced), Super Condensed Classroom Program for JEE  (Advanced), Super Condensed Classroom Program for JEE (Main) are some of the program for droppers in classroom mode. Rankers Study Material For Jee Advanced, Grand Masters Package, and  One Year All India Test Series for JEE Advanced are run by FIITJEE for distance learning.
So all the scientific minds who are JEE aspirants or want to excel in science can do well by choosing a suitable program for themselves.
All the best. :)

Best Resources and Study Material for JEE preparation
Hola Amigos!!
Before I begin I would like to introduce myself. I am working at Microsoft right now. I have done my BTech in from IIT Bombay and almost a decade ago I was in the same shoes as most people reading this blog. I was worried about which coaching to join, which material to study because I wanted to ensure my rank in IITJEE.
I talked to many of my cousins, seniors, and teachers as well to know what works best for me. In this blog, I would try to share that knowledge with you. In fact, right now my younger brother is also preparing for JEE advanced so I did acquire lots of knowledge for him also. My brother and I both went to FIITJEE for our preparation.
So friends, let's begin this. I would talk about a few of the best resources and study material for JEE preparation.
1. Grand Masters Package (GMP): Well friends, I don’t know if you have heard of it or not but this package is a real deal. It is designed by FIITJEE for helping its students revise, consolidate, apply, and practice concepts for JEE. The package contains high-level questions of all three subjects and their respective syllabi for JEE. You should definitely own this package for high-quality practice problems. It is also good for revising everything in 4-5 months.
2. Previous Year Questions: Another excellent resource that every JEE aspirant must possess is previous year questions in all the three subjects. Many different publishers publish them every year with the latest questions. These books are also very helpful because you get questions from each topic asked by JEE. So you understand the complexity of the questions and the type of question JEE frames every year. So I feel you should have this in your bookshelf and practice problems after each topic ends.
3. Rankers Study Material: This material is also created by FIITJEE for ensuring the best possible rank in JEE by its students. This package is also a high-quality package with incredible questions, test series, comprehensive packages, etc. It is a holistic package for your JEE preparation. Has everything from theory to problems.
4. HC Verma Concept of Physics: This is actually my favorite book. The way Prof Verma has created this masterpiece is simply amazing. This book is the best book for understanding the concept of physics in depth and detail for JEE aspirants. In fact, all coaching institutes and teachers recommend it. And almost all science students possess it. For an in-depth understanding of physics, I would recommend everyone to practice from this book.
5. NCERT Books: It’s good to study and prepare from external material but do not ignore NCERT. Especially in the case of Chemistry. Do study and practice all the questions of NCERT in depth. Understand concepts as well. Many JEE aspirants ignore this but if you’re serious then you should not.
And have faith in yourself that you can do it. All the best!

How to prepare for JEE with Online classes
With the world education system as a whole suddenly shifting to e-learning, parents and students alike have been wondering if traditional classroom learning will now cease to exist? What the future of online learning is? Even about the fact that will online classes be able to truly replace the traditional classes? While the answers to these questions open a long debate which might not have one right answer, the world cannot be imagined without this blessing of online classes especially at this time. We all have been witnessing the gradual shift of education towards digitization. However, this sudden situation made the transition necessary and swifter.
If you have taken face-to-face classes all your life, being a little apprehensive at the beginning is normal, even if you are tech-savvy. For JEE aspirants, online classes are a true sign of relief. FIITJEE was one of the first coaching institutes for JEE preparation that saw what the future might look like and shifted their classes online so that the preparations of the students do not come to a standstill. Although some parents are a bit skeptic about this shift, most of the students are relieved.
Taking online classes, as opposed to a face-to-face class, definitely has its perks. Here are a few advantages of online classes for JEEs:
- A decrease in the normal batch sizes to just 40 students in a batch like FIITJEE, means that each student will get more personalized attention. The doubts and queries will be resolved much quicker. Even the students get to participate more in discussions as intraclass interaction will be more. Smaller batch size will also facilitate stronger mental health and physical well-being of both students and faculty members. All this will even help the student have strong fundamentals and strong concepts which is extremely important to face the JEEs as there is no set pattern.
- FIITJEE's mock test series are famous for being the ultimate beta testing kit for the JEEs. However, this time FIITJEE has taken it one step ahead. FIITJEE in collaboration with myPAT, which is India's largest learning and assessment platform for competitive and scholastic exams, are offering their test series online. The test series combined with your preparation in the online classes will give you a definite path to work on. It is great for practice as well as evaluating your own performance.
- The pressure of fulfilling the dream of getting a good rank is often synonymous with tension, nervousness, and stress. The fact that it is so crucial puts students under so much pressure that they forget their eating habits, sleeping habits, social life, and just about everything else. It is not uncommon to see students falling sick a couple of days before the exam or fainting during the exam or coming down with terrible dehydration. Being at home and having a schedule that allows you time to focus on other things means you can have nutritious food and stay healthy.
- Though it is very important to focus on your scholastic studies, spending some time away from it is also necessary for your mental well-being. The reduction in the amount of commute has given plenty of time to the students to not just put in extra hours to their preparation but also get a much-required breather every once in a while.
Even though some things may have come to a standstill, your preparation for JEEs doesn't have to. Adapting to the times and making the best of the resources at hand will help you prepare for much larger things in life than just the JEEs.

A complete guide to preparing for JEE Online
The current challenges facing the traditional style of teaching- including schools, colleges, coaching institutes- cause many students to search for alternatives. The turnout for enrollment of millions of students for online classes has pushed a lot of institutions to adapt to the new age teaching methods or lag behind. FIITJEE too realising that the students and the times require them to shift to e-learning has started their classes online.
The continually improving reputation of online learning in recent times has helped fuel its expansion and helped in shrinking the scepticism prevalent regarding its effectiveness as compared to traditional classroom teaching. One cannot deny the comfort and convenience that online classes give us. We are not just talking about sitting in your pyjamas and attending classes but the ease in study-life balance, or decrease in travel time from one place to another, etc. Saving on fuel and travel expenses for commuting is an advantage which cannot be ignored.
The easy access to all the resources in one place makes a student's life so much easier. Online classes give students the opportunity to plan study time around the rest of their day, instead of the other way around. This helps the students manage the balance of the time between their studies and other recreational activities, which a lot of the students have to sacrifice.
While one may argue that class participation or discussions are better and in fact more in traditional classes, it is however not true. In fact, online classes offer shy or more reticent students the opportunity to participate in class discussions more easily than face-to-face class sessions. Some students even have better concentration in online classes due to the lack of classroom activity, which is key to their mental health and confidence level.
Online classes like at FIITJEE, where there is a lesser number of students, encourage a better student and faculty time. Students get more personalized attention which is crucial to their understanding and clarity of the concepts. An essential aspect of clearing an exam like JEE is a strong fundamental base. Every student needs to have in-depth knowledge of the concepts and topics and how to apply them in different situations. The personal attention that the students get coupled with intraclass discussions and participation, aims at forming a strong base for each student.
However, to get the best out of the online classes, students need to be disciplined and practice time management. Completion of the homework or assignments on time will allow you to not lag behind and prepare at a steady pace rather than cramming everything at the last moment. It is understandable that online classes alone won't help you to achieve your desired goal. You have to put in extra hours every day, practicing and revising what you have learnt. These small tools done consistently will bear fruit when the time comes.
In times like this, when the world has come to a standstill, online classes are a blessing in disguise, and one should make the best of it.

Tips to prepare for JEE in drop year
As someone who went to IIT Kharagpur in her second attempt, I always encourage JEE aspirants to take a drop year. Because later in your life, one year won’t matter so much but from which college you graduated would make a lot of difference to your CV, your overall brand value, your market value and how companies look at you.
Especially the last few months have been extremely difficult for the entire humanity let alone school students aspiring to become professional engineers and going to top notch engineering colleges of the country. Due to the chaos, emotional burden and stress that was present during the lockdown etc, many students have not been able to prepare well in their JEE main.
And it looks like the CORONA pandemic is not going to go away anytime soon. So, it is better to make use of this time and prepare for JEE mains and advanced 2021 by dropping a year.
If you decide to take a drop year to give another try at JEE with better preparations and with a better mental state then this blog is for you.
I will discuss a few tips for the people who decide to free for JEE in a drop year.
Make a Time Table: Okay, this might seem pretty cliched and unrelated but this is the most important part of the game. That you need to work according to your body clock and wake up, eat, study, practice and sleep on fixed timings. Late night studies may seem enchanting but they disturb the body clock. Also, if you keep your brain super active during the expected timings of the exam then by training your brain would function at its best during that time. If you keep waking up at that time, then your performance won’t be optimised. So wake up early, do some little bit of physical exercise, yoga, have light breakfast and then get on the study. Train yourself to function like this through the year.
Join a Coaching Class: Joining a coaching way is the best way to ensure your success in the drop year. It would also keep your timetable more or less sorted. There are many good coaching institutes that are providing online classes. FIITJEE is also running various online programs for specifically droppers.
Register for a Test Series: No matter how well you prepare but if you don’t work on your exam temperament, you won’t be able to get your best possible rank. You need to maximise your performance and make the most of available time during the exam. That can only be done by registering for a test series. myPAT provides free test papers for JEE aspirants.
Be Regular and Consistent: Be regular and consistent in your classes, ask doubts if you don’t understand, solve every practice problem, read the packages and relevant books to understand the concept. Develop your own techniques for solving problems quickly. Solve as many problems as possible to improve your problem solving ability.
All the best, hope you make use of this year and get yourself admitted to an IIT in 2021.

5 Last minute tips for JEE Main preparations
If you’re running short on time and want to prepare for your JEE main to ensure your rank then this blog is for you.
Many people think that clearing JEE main is about hard work. But that’s not entirely true. It is about smart work done with consistency and determination.
Hence in this blog we would discuss five ways of smartly preparing for JEE Main while sitting comfortably in your home.
Join a Crash Course: Joining a good crash course provided by a good institute where there are quality teachers, fast tracked modules and the entire syllabus is finished in a couple of months is an excellent way to ensure your rank in JEE Main. There are many institutes which provide crash courses for JEE main. FIITJEE is one of the most trusted brands among them. It is providing the crash course online as of now due to the CORONA outbreak in the country.
Solve Previous Year Questions: Solve previous year questions of JEE Main and AIEEE. There are books and modules available in the market which contain the previous year questions with their solutions. This would also give you an idea of the kind of questions asked in the exam and the format.
Join a Test Series: For preparing yourself for the exam, you need to develop the exam temperament. Which basically means, which questions to skip, which to try, how much time to give to each section and question etc. Solving a question is one thing but solving it in the exam without giving it undue time is another thing. At times, it is very important to know which question to not attempt because some questions can take too much time and spoil your performance and rank. Hence, it is advised that you join a good test series. FIITJEE provides online test series. You can also make an account on myPAT to get access to the free test series being provided by FIITJEE.
Online Classes: Since current times are characterized with CORONA outbreak, hence classroom interaction is not possible. But many coaching classes are providing online classes for students aspiring to clear JEE main. You can register for such classes.
Study Packages: Many coaching institutes have dedicated modules and packages for different topics with relevant questions that a student should practice for the exams. The packages explain the topics, related concepts and also how to apply them to problems.
These are the five last minute tips for the aspirants for JEE main. But other than these the most important thing is to remain consistent in your practice and not to lose hope and confidence.
Just in case you don’t perform up to the mark in any of the tests. Just don’t lose confidence. Come back, check the paper, check the silly mistakes and start over.
Have faith in yourself that you can do it.
