I assume you mean Naomi Gloria and the asthma ask? They certainly are scams, especially since @/kyra45 and the other scam busting blog I saw (sorry I forgot your name 😥) also flagged Naomi as a scam.

Your question seem to imply "online scams" are a specific kind of scams, so I don't know. I assumed it was for scams that are online, but I guess it could be specific to scammy websites? I'm not sure.

Also, why do you mean by good use? You mean the tag, the "online scam" term, or something else?
