So ummm sorry for stalking your page? Lol but I love your art and it got me thinking. Do you think, when Beta got a taste for real food, it was from Varl bringing her sour fruit tart, or oldgrowth gruel that Zo thought would be better?
Thank you for the support, don’t worry your not stalking. Trust me😂❤️. I think Beta did get to taste real food when she was at the base, I think Zo was a huge factor in that scenario. Or she’d send Varl down there with the food. So most likely Zo. And most likely old growth gruel

Winter Skincare Tips from The Injection Nurse Skin Clinic in Winnipeg: Keep Your Skin Healthy and Hydrated
Winnipeg winters are known for their icy temperatures and dry air, both of which can be harsh on the skin. Maintaining a strong winter skincare routine is essential to protect your skin from becoming dry, sensitive, and dull. Here at The Injection Nurse Skin Clinic, we know that winter skincare is about both protection and hydration, which is why we’re here to recommend products from ZO Skin Health that help keep your skin looking fresh, healthy, and radiant all season long.
Why Winter Skincare is Essential in Winnipeg
With winter comes lower humidity, and heated indoor air can further strip moisture from the skin. As a result, you may experience dryness, irritation, and even increased sensitivity. In these conditions, it’s crucial to adapt your skincare routine to help your skin retain moisture and defend against environmental stressors. For those using treatments like microneedling, BBL laser, CO2 laser or CoolPeel laser, or Botox, a strong winter skincare routine can enhance results and keep your skin looking vibrant.
1. Cleanse Gently with Hydrating Cleansers
In winter, it’s important to avoid over-cleansing or using products that can strip the skin. ZO Skin Health offers gentle yet effective cleansers that help maintain the skin’s moisture balance.
Hydrating Cleanser: This cleanser is designed to remove impurities without stripping the skin. It leaves skin feeling refreshed, hydrated, and ready for the next steps in your routine. Ideal for sensitive or dry skin, the Hydrating Cleanser helps you start your day with a clean, comfortable complexion.
2. Exfoliate with Care
Exfoliation is still important in the winter but should be done gently to avoid over-drying. Exfoliating allows your products to absorb better and keeps skin smooth.
Exfoliating Polish: This award-winning product uses fine magnesium crystals to exfoliate dead skin cells without irritation. It leaves skin feeling smooth and looking radiant, making it the perfect addition to your winter skincare routine.
3. Amp Up Hydration with Serums and Moisturizers
When it comes to winter skincare, hydration is key. A good moisturizer and a hydrating serum are essential for keeping skin healthy and plump.
Daily Power Defense: This antioxidant-rich serum is a ZO staple, designed to repair skin and strengthen its natural barrier. It protects against environmental damage and improves hydration, making it an excellent base under your winter moisturizer.
Renewal Crème: Formulated for dry, sensitive skin, Renewal Crème is ideal for winter. It provides intense hydration without clogging pores and helps soothe any redness or irritation that may come from dry winter air.
4. Don’t Skip SPF
Even though it’s cold, winter sun and snow glare can still cause UV damage. SPF is a year-round essential for preventing aging and sun-related skin damage.
Sunscreen + Primer SPF 30: This dual-action product offers broad-spectrum protection against UVA and UVB rays while working as a makeup primer. It’s lightweight, hydrating, and helps to create a smooth base for makeup.
Smart Tone Broad-Spectrum SPF 50: For those looking for even more sun protection, this sunscreen adjusts to your skin tone, providing an extra layer of defense while giving a slight tint.
5. Treat Your Skin with Targeted Solutions
Winter skin often needs some extra TLC to keep it looking radiant and healthy. Whether you’re dealing with dark spots, redness, or lack of brightness, ZO has targeted treatments that can help.
Growth Factor Serum: This lightweight gel strengthens and rejuvenates skin, supporting collagen production and reducing the appearance of fine lines. It’s great for winter as it provides hydration without being heavy and is suitable for all skin types.
Brightalive® Skin Brightener: If winter dullness is your concern, Brightalive is designed to even out skin tone and boost brightness without the use of retinol. It’s a gentle, non-irritating way to keep your skin looking fresh and glowing.
Winter Skincare Treatments at The Injection Nurse Skin Clinic
Along with a good skincare routine, winter is a fantastic time to schedule in-clinic treatments for radiant, hydrated skin. Here are some options to consider:
HydraFacial: HydraFacial treatments at our clinic offer deep hydration and exfoliation, leaving your skin glowing and well-hydrated. The HydraFacial removes impurities, boosts hydration, and can be customized to address specific winter skin concerns.
Microneedling with Exosomes: Our microneedling with exosomes treatment boosts collagen and improves skin texture. It’s an ideal treatment for winter as it enhances hydration and gives skin a healthy, resilient glow, even during the harshest months.
CoolPeel Laser: CoolPeel laser treatments are gentle on the skin but effective in treating fine lines, improving texture, and evening out skin tone. The winter season is a perfect time to try CoolPeel, as you can stay indoors and protect your skin during recovery.
BBL Laser: BBL treatments target skin concerns like sunspots, pigmentation, redness, and fine lines by delivering intense light pulses that penetrate the skin to stimulate collagen production and promote cell turnover.
Tips to Maintain Healthy Skin Throughout Winter
Use a Humidifier: Heating systems dry out the air, which can leave your skin feeling tight and dehydrated. A humidifier helps keep the air moist, aiding skin hydration.
Drink Plenty of Water: Staying hydrated from the inside out is essential, especially when the air is dry.
Avoid Hot Showers: While they feel great in the winter, hot water can strip your skin of its natural oils. Opt for lukewarm water to help your skin retain moisture.
Customize Treatments for Your Skin Type: Our nurse injector and medical team at The Injection Nurse Skin Clinic can provide recommendations to ensure your skin receives the best care, from facials to injectables and customized skincare plans.

Not written lore, but here's a little worldbuilding for y'all.
One eon is equal to one month in our time, but in Sornieth time, it's closer to a year: 310 days on average, 300 days for April, June, September, and November, and 280 days (290 during a leap cycle) in February. I got this by multiplying the base number of gathering turns, 10, by the days in each month, as the gathering text seems to imply that 1 gathering turn = 1 day.
Twelve eons is a cycle. Ten cycles is a decade. Etc.
That aside, dragons grow pretty fast, but the growth rate of an indvidual depends on three factors: genetics, breed, and exposure to magic.
Genetics are simple. Every bloodline is unique, and some grow faster or slower than others as such. Natural variation.
As for breeds, larger breeds tend to grow slower and have smaller clutches, while smaller breeds grow quicker and have larger clutches. These aren't hard rules; two small dragons may have only a single egg in a clutch, while two large dragons could have five.
Finally, exposure to magic, probably the most important factor. The more magic a dragon is exposed to, the faster they grow. Dragons are, after all, deeply magical beings. It's thought that all young dragons passively soak in magical energy that will be beneficial to their growth. This is usually magic aligning with their birth Flight. An Arcanite in the Starfall Isles could theoretically grow faster than his twin who lives abroad.
That's how Junior ended up behind his peers. He wasn't even fully fledged when Fragment and Sliver recalled The Radiant from exaltation, because he spent much of his time, his formative months especially, in the Sunbeam Ruins. He was exposed to magic, yes, but not that of the Isles. Had he lived in the Isles full-time, an eon would have been more than enough time for him to have grown into an adult, but as it was, he was closer to his late teens.
(Being God-Touched may also have something to do with growth rates, but God-Touched are rare enough that it's difficult to say.)
Honestly, despite being born around an eon apart, Junior and Zo are a lot closer in age than one might think--at least physically and mentally. Zo likely grew faster than Junior due to being born in the Isles and constantly surrounded by other Arcanites. Meanwhile, Junior is the poster child for late blooners.
This opens up a lot of opportunities for interesting lore, I think. The twin example I used earlier is a fun one. Imagine being born at the exact same time from the exact same clutch of eggs, but your brother reaches adulthood before you thanks to your mother divorcing your father and taking you to live out-of-Flight. Imagine the sheer rage, especially if you were the first to hatch. I would be livid.

Pus-Filled Acne- How To Get Them Treated Effectively
Acne filled with white or red fluid is daunting. These acne are painful and may be contiguous to spread all over the skin. Damaged aesthetics of that skin are also enrooted to this fluid-based acne. If you are facing white fluid-based bumps on the skin and are seeking an effective treatment, this article is for you.
Tumblr media
Regarding pus-filled acne, we took insights from Dr. Niti Gaur. She is a leading skin expert and founder of Citrine Clinic. She has over two decades of experience providing various skin care procedures, including acne treatment in Gurgaon. Adding those insights to this article will detail the effective therapy for Pus-filled Acne.
An Overview of Pus-filled Acne
Tumblr media
Pus-filled or fluid-based acne is the different sizes of bumps on the skin. These bumps, off-white in color, are filled with fluid. This wet pus, thick in consistency, makes it discomforting for the individuals to bear. Moreover, these bumps are contiguous and leave scars on the skin.
Causes of Pus-filled Acne.
The primary reason for pus-filled acne is hormonal imbalance. In addition, the following factors contribute to the growth of pus-filled acne
Poor skincare
Clog pores
Excessive release of natural oil from the skin
Excessive use of oil-based cosmetics
Poor eating habits
Poor digestion system
Treatment for Pus filled Acne
Non-invasive acne removal treatments for fluid-based acne are as follows:
Chemical Peel
Tumblr media
It is a non-invasive acne removal treatment. This treatment applies a layer of chemical (skin friendly) on the skin. This layer extracts the dirt and impurities from the skin's dermal layer and opens clogged pores. Some of the different chemical peels used in the method are as follows:
Acnelan Peel
This advanced peel targets the inflammatory phase of the condition to avoid scarring after acne. During the peak of an acne outbreak, this specialist peel can calm the inflammatory cytokines and protect the skin from further damage. Acne of grades 3 and 4 is the target indication.
Treatment sessions: Do all the needed treatment sessions ten days apart to get the most out of it.
Black Peel
The dual purpose of this peel is to exfoliate the acne lesions and reduce oil gland production. Additionally, it reduces pigmentation that occurs after an inflammation has subsided. Acne of grades 2 and 3 can be treated with this.
Treatment sessions: The optimal action is six treatment sessions spaced 10-15 days apart.
Acneclear Peel
Acne lesions can be treated with this gentle peel. This peel is designed to help keep the results of acne therapy even after the lesions have significantly decreased. Reducing acne grades 1 and 2 and post-inflammatory pigmentation are its stated goals.
Treatment sessions: For the best outcomes, it is recommended to have six treatment sessions spaced 10-15 days apart.
Medi Facials
These gentler treatments work towards restoring the skin's natural glow in cases of aggressive Acne. These also have anti-acne characteristics because they contain gentle AHAs and BHAs.
Oil Balance Medical Facial
There's the advanced medical Oil Balance facial, which works by calming the face's oil glands for acne-prone, oily skin. This medical facial gently exfoliates the top layer of dead skin, then oxygenates the skin naturally, and finally rejuvenates the face to improve skin health by injecting anti-acne ingredients.
Medium-Sized Pore Balancing Facial
For skin that tends to become greasy and acne-prone, there is an advanced medical facial called Pore Balance. In addition to keeping the skin hydrated, it calms the overactive oil glands, which means less oil production.
Radiance Uplift Medifacial by ZO Obagi
The goal of the specialized medical procedure known as a "radiance uplift" is to improve the patient's overall appearance by making their face more radiant. Any skin type can use it, although those prone to acne will benefit the most. The skin-brightening agents, AHAs, and BHAs are all combined into one potent product. The process involves a series of steps, including a mild exfoliation, peels, an aloe massage, and an injection of growth factor serum.
The Medifacial Pumpkin
The Pumpkin Medi facial is a great way to stimulate cell renewal for dull, aging, or acne-prone skin. Extreme hydration and microscopic exfoliation of the outer pigmented layer and dead cells are the hallmarks of this treatment. Two of its primary components are salicylic acid and vitamin A; and vitamins C and E.
Photofacials
It stands for "Intense Pulsed Light." An IPL photo facial uses light-producing equipment that can be customized to address specific skin issues or provide a comprehensive face rejuvenation. Melanin (pigment) and red blood cells in the skin absorb the pulses of light from this device, causing heat to be generated. The IPL device promotes the skin's natural healing processes without damaging delicate dermal tissue.
Your skin will try to mend itself by shedding its damaged outer layer and constructing new, more supple skin. Overflow of skin-firming proteins (such as elastin and collagen) occurs throughout this cycle. In addition to achieving a more uniform skin tone, the light from IPL treatments can remove the dark pigmentation from age spots and other pigmented areas.
Intralesional Therapy
Intralesional injection of anti-inflammatory drugs can be administered to a small number of large, furious acne lesions to hasten their resolution and forestall acne-induced scarring.
Cost of Acne Removal Treatment
Acne removal cost depends upon several factors. These factors include the severity of the acne, technique of acne removal, doctor's expertise, and clinic's location from the candidate's accommodation. Based on all these factors, acne removal treatment varies from one doctor to another and one candidate to another. Hence, people are advised to visit a skin clinic and schedule an appointment with the doctor.
Conclusion
Pus-filled Acne is inflammatory. This acne causes pain and infection around the skin. This acne is caused by hormonal imbalance, poor skin care, and excessive oil-based products, which may lead to acne scars. Fortunately, this acne is reversible through chemical peels, photo facials, intravenous therapy, and medical facials. However, consultation with a skin doctor is advised to know which procedure will be effective to get wonderful results.
Tumblr media
To do so, one can visit Citrine Clinic and schedule an appointment with Dr. Niti Gaur. She has over two decades of experience in dermatology. She is the best skin doctor in Gurgaon and is profound in providing non-invasive chemical peel, medical laser-based photo facial treatment, and many more. To find out more, book an appointment with Dr. Niti Gaur right away at Citrine Clinic.

Sporten voor duurzaam leiderschap
Nicky Van Belle – URUZ Coaching
  Inleiding
Een eerste duidelijke aanwijzing vinden we in The Healthy Mind Platter (David Roch, Daniel J. Siegel, Steven A.Y.
A systematic review of experimental studies in the elderly.

Awareness about the use of skin care cosmetics to reduce pimples, wrinkles, acne, and other skin problems is increasing, especially among the youth and adults. Additionally, significant emphasis on personal care among the elderly population and lifestyle changes boost usage of anti-wrinkle creams. Men are as much concerned about facial care as women and the trend of using anti-wrinkle creams and serums is growing among men. Furthermore, increase in the use of branded anti-wrinkle products for anti-aging among a majority of the upper- and middle-class women and men in developed countries is expected to fuel the growth of the market in developed regions such as North America. Popularity of skin firming creams and other cosmetic products coupled with online availability of branded creams is likely to boost the growth of the anti-aging market for anti-wrinkle products.
Increase in Geriatric Population
Increase in the geriatric population is one of the major drivers of anti-wrinkle products. In Asia Pacific, Japan has the world’s largest geriatric population, with 33% of the total population aged 60 and above in 2015. Increase in the geriatric population preferring anti-wrinkle products to look younger and rise in preference for anti-aging cosmetic products among women are likely to drive usage of anti-aging cosmetics. Women are concerned about signs of aging and are keen on facial treatments to reduce aging of skin.
