i think enjolras views clothing through a purely practical lens. When hes in public for a Purpose, ie protests/speeches etc he'll put the most effort into his appearance. The main goal in this is to attract attention to his words, so it'll still very much be his own style.

Its a little more casual when its just an outing with amis, more likely to choose neutral colours, but he doesn't think about it too hard. However, has been known to both under and over dress at times, depending on how much he cared about getting dressed.
