Reincarnation: Sakura
From left to right: Ichihara Yoshiko, Yamamoto Sakura & Sakura the Phoenix
Sakura the Phoenix is the 1st & oldest of the incarnations. She is the last of the Phoenix Youkai tribe, which was destroyed when she was a child. She was found & adopted by the Kitsune tribe, & became childhood friends with Kurama. Due to her heritage, she has vast control over both Wind & Fire, & has accelerated regeneration. Sakura & Kurama later married & had a daughter, Saya. She was killed a few years after Saya's birth by a vengeful youkai after Kurama while protecting her child.
Yamamoto Sakura is the 2nd incarnation. She was 1 of the gifted children chosen to become future Incarnations of Japan. She gained a phoenix fledgling as a familiar & joined a group of children who will later become their generation's Counselors. She is the Incarnation of the Wind & the youngest of the quartet. She held the Key of Magic, passed down from the previous generation of Counselors. She is also quite a flirt, teasing the bishonens she has her eyes on.
Ichihara Yoshiko is the 3rd & youngest of the incarnations. She is the younger sister of Yuuko & 2 mysterious twin brothers, 'Ying' & 'Yang'. Yoshiko has a star-shape birthmark of sorts that darkens & lightens frequently due to multiple factors. She is the Bearer of the Wings of Space, allowing her to literally manipulate the dimensions around her.

Precursor Fashion Pt. 4 is finally done!
(Parts 1 , 2, and 3 can be found here, here and here)
This time I focused more on the adults rather than the children as they will have their own post for later! But here we are, mostly focusing on the Golden Age and Post Traveler Era as these two tend to have the more subtle differences and such! Each pictures have a bit of info in regard to these styles and color choices as well but there is more under the read more!
Starting with the highest of Ranks, The Bajari and Nitanyo: -The Bajari's colors are of a deep green blue, in resemblance of the First Mother and Bajari as it was his favorite color. This is usually the color of all royals within the family, especially direct relatives of the Bajari. Their clothing is almost always the same with each successor that takes on the roll, mirroring the very first Bajari with a few minor changes to personal preferences. Heavy use of precious stones and silvers indicate the importance of rank as well as indicating the wealth they have.
-The Nitanyo (Co-Ruler) is given the colors of deep purple. These are the only individuals who wear this color within Precursor society and rank. This color signifies the status of co-rulership as well as devotion and loyalty to the Bajari (their spouse). Their clothing isn't nearly as elaborate as the Bajari's but signifies the same form of status of royalty given when the bond was formed in marriage. Their clothing also stays the same with each successor that takes on the role with minor changes in details. They bear the same heavy use of silvers and precious stones, but not quite as much as their spouse.
Nitayno's aid the Bajari in leading the people while also giving the most advice and counsel in terms of decisions. Should the Bajari be unable to rule and take a leave of absence, the Nitanyo takes over until they are able to do so.
Next is the remainder of the Royal family (direct family of the Bajari):
-Much like the Bajari they too wear the same deep green blue colors as their ruler to show they are both of the royal bloodline but also direct family members of said individual. Their clothing is just as elaborate as it is intricate and put together, resembling their status among the people while also distinguishing their ranks from the Bajari themselves. They were the same precious stones and silvers and are almost covered entirely from head to toe with barely much of their faces showing.
Members of this part of the family are often involved in political ties through marriages and other important sects delving into the Military, Religion, Economy, and Medicine.
Next rank is the direct family of the Nitanyo:
-These members of the family are easily distinguished by the red coloring assigned to them. These are individuals who are of direct family ties with the Nitanyo and are often involved as politicians and ambassadors when it comes to political work.
Though not considered as true royals, they do gain some of the benefits the status by being able to wear high amounts of silvers and a few of the precious stones reserved mostly for the royal family. However, the use of these precious stones is very minor during the Post-Traveler Era. Headcovers usually seen in the latter as well as in the Golden Age there wasn't much of a use for them in terms of protection. But with times changing and dangers becoming more present, the use of headcovers have come back into style to avoid any sorts of damage to their tendrils. However, some of them do style a portion of their tendrils to leave out as a stylistic choice.
Next rank comes the Nobility class:
-These individuals are marked by their blue colors in their clothing and fancy clothing. While elaborate and heavy robes are worn, how they are styled is entirely dependent on the individual. They utilize a lot of silver for jewelry to further distinguish their ranks from the common folks. Precious stones were once a standard sign of their wealth back in the Golden Age Era but now it has defaulted to silvers as such stones are no longer in use for this rank due to their rarity. However, even some do not use them as it is entirely on personal preference. Headcovers were also optional during the Golden Age but soon fell into favor into the Post-Traveler Era for both decorative means and protection.
These individuals are often found working in smaller roles of politics as aids and archivists while others busy themselves with architect roles, business ownership, manufacturing, maintaining shipping and trade routes, navigation, teaching, medicine, and military.
And lastly the rank of the common folk:
-Here, these individuals do not have a specific color assigned to them. Instead, they wear the uniform colors of blacks and grays with a variety of decorative robes that are simple but beautifully crafted from person to person. While they do wear jewelry, it is not as heavily used or bothered with. Instead, most of them tend to use it only for a decorative means if they so wish to. Headcovers tend to be optional between the Eras but are more favored in the Post Traveler Era for protection purposes. Their clothing is often used to accommodate their work to make it less of a hassle to move around.
These individuals are often those who work within hard labor jobs such as construction, maintenance of heavy machinery and construction, sanitation, farming and gathering, travel maintenance, some teaching and medicine, and care taking.
Another few parts will come for some other roles and such, but much later! Hope you all like these silly headcanons ^^

Gonna dump this here cause I can since I am reminded of the names I picked out for my OCs in Destiny (especially for the Witness's people)! Did anyone ask for this? No! But, hey, its here for notes and reference if anyone is curious to ask!
As I mentioned on an ask on my main, I take a lot of names that are mostly in line with my own culture while trying to fit them with the character's personality or a trait they have.
-Karaya's name literally translates to "moon" and if people know me very well for a long time, anyone that is named after the moon tend to be tragical figures of a sort. And sadly, Karaya is no different. Though, despite his suffering and challenges, he does overcome them and is dedicated to the changes he makes by showing he will persevere and not be taken down. Why I pick to associate him with the moon mostly goes in hand that its the same as it often does with many of my stories. Tragical as it may be to be associated with the moon, each one is strong and pushes through to become something mighty and grand in the end. Plus, the moon in my culture is known to be just as jovial and persevering despite the sadness She endures.
-Tureygua translates to "celestial skies" but also goes by the nickname Turey which ironically translates to "sky". Again, this is more of a play that Turey has a connection with the stars and therefore, an association with Karaya (as he is a distant ancestor of his). Though Turey isn't an astronomer, he does look up to the stars for knowledge and strength, guidance as a means to comfort him in dire times. In a way, Turey is like the person that goes "the sky is not the limit but the start" sort of person, pushing through every challenge in front of him because he knows he can do it.
-Homayoun is one of the few characters that doesn't share a name within my culture. Instead, it borrows from the Persian culture in terms of meaning fortunate/rich/noble. However, his name is sort of an irony as his beginnings were never noble or fortunate. He's an individual plagued by constant misfortunes that have in the long run made him rather bleak and hold a depressed outlook in life. Its only after his marriage to Tureygua and certain things that have happened that eventually allow him to make a change of his outlook on life and gain that fortune he had never had. Its with his family he is noble and rich, fortunate and blessed to have what he has before his passing.
-Mirari (Turey and Homayoun's child), is also another character whose name is not based on anything in my culture. Instead, it borrows from the Portuguese word "miracle" as that is literally what they are for the pair. Being born premature and right at the cusp of death for both them and their "mother", it was a miracle that they made it through and managed to live a long and healthy life. They are the pair's little miracle and will cherish them as such considering how much they love them and how much joy they bring them as a family.
-Hutia translates to "rabbit". Its not because they look like a rabbit that I picked this name for Hutia, but more so, because he is skittish like one; easily overwhelmed and frightened in the way a nervous rabbit would be at times. Its more a jab at my own anxious personality as I am always compared to a rabbit at home by my own family. Plus, rabbits are cute and also hold a lot of meaning for me in stories as well! Being anxious at the start but able to overcome their fears by proving such things won't rule their lives entirely. Something to which I have planned out for Hutia in the Alternate Timeline AU.
-Zinato (Hutia's first spouse before their divorce) translates to "irritated", which is pretty much their biggest personality trait when they are seen as their true selves. Anything that doesn't go their way instantly annoys them to a point of being completely selfish and intolerable. And often times, its usually with Hutia they share this sentiment with because they are total opposites in personality. Zinato is more outgoing and adventurous, impulsive and brash. Hutia is not. Therefore, Zinato becomes extremely irate anytime Hutia wants nothing to do with their plans or just seemingly wants to be left alone.
-Guani' (Hutia's second husband) translates to "noble man", to which I like to reflect on his more caring and gentle approach to things. He may not be of noble origins as he comes from a poorer background, but he certainly has the heart of a good person and carries it boldly. Its this sort of approach that helps Hutia come out of their shell and be more accepting of themselves as well as others who genuinely care for him. Plus, it also hints where he will take his family line down in the Alternate Timeline AU!
-Mabuya literally translates to "ghost" or in some cases "evil spirit" though it is debatable to be honest. However, I am taking the context of that of a simple ghost. Sort of a joke that they are aptly named after the little companions guardians gain when chosen by the Traveler and because they are so quiet and often hidden in plain sight to other characters. Its their eerily quiet nature that sort of puts people off to think them as a ghost, but they are actually pretty chill and just quiet and reserved. They do like talking to Scooter though! Even if its just in tiny whispers. Mabuya is a direct descendant of Hutia and his husband Guani' as well as Karaya in the Alternate Timeline AU.
-Bijirita translates to "cooing dove", though he is far from the idea of a tranquil little dove that innocently sits on a tree. If anything, he is quite the opposite. Sadistic at heart and sly like a fox, always waiting to strike his prey like a viper eying its prey in silence. Why I named him after something so peaceful is to play on the idea of surprise and that is what Bijirita holds as a character. He is literally full of surprises when given the chance to show them. But like a dove, his eerily calm demeanor helps him use his charm to trick people into getting what he wants. Its perhaps one of the biggest surprises his husband Shaan came across when they first met. Bijirita is a descendant of Mirari and Karaya in the Alternate Timeline AU.
-Baracutey translates to "solitary" in terms of a person and animal alike. This wasn't always quite the case for him in his early life but he was and still is a person that prefers to handle things on his own then admit he needs help in the long run. Pride runs deep in his bloodline and sadly, he holds that fault in his own. And this holds especially true after particular events in his life, in which he becomes more reserved and solitary in general. Does it mean he is completely devoid of emotion and love and is a constant edge lord? No. But he just has a hard time expressing things out of trust. Baracutey is the son of Caguana and a descendant of Karaya.
-Rahe translates to "daughter", though gender in general of the Witness's people literally mean nothing to them. This one is sort of simple as they are the child of the General Baracutey, but do not know this until much later on in the story. Neither of them are aware of each other's presence aside from the brief meeting they have early on in their life. Brief as it was, they hold no memory of their father whatsoever. They identify as nonbinary with they/them pronouns mostly but sometimes will go by she/her. They are Baracutey's child and the grandchild of Bajari Caguana.
-Caguana translates to "fertility mother". She is aptly named after the goddess of fertility in my culture as she is sort of the "mother" figure to her people being the Bajari (another word that translates to one's utmost respect in title). And being Bajari means being both a leader and mother/father figure of one's people, which is the role she takes on as such. This also goes in hand that her children rule alongside her as many previous Bajari have done, echoing back to days when Karaya became the first. Yet, despite her motherly figure for the people, she is a very doting mother to her children and grandchildren as well, once again echoing the love and care Karaya had for his own children and grandchildren when they came about. She leads on with examples of utmost care and caution, wanting only the best possible outcome to ensure things go well, thus ensuring a better means of prospering for her people in the long run. She too is a descendant of Karaya, the mother of Baracutey, and grandmother of Mabuya, Rahe, and Bijirita in the Alternate Timeline AU.
-Shaan is another character that is not named from my own culture but borrows from the Hindi word of "pride". And if anyone knows Shaan well, he is definitely a Lubraean full of such pride and more and is not afraid to show it either. He is loud and bombastic, egotistical when insulted and will be damn sure to let anyone know no one insults him and gets away with it. His pride is not out of stroking his ego though as he does hone the skills to brag about his awards and accomplishments. He does, essentially, have the very right to brag and be open about it to anyone who challenges him and he will be sure that when anyone who does so will feel his wrath following such pride. Does that mean he is always right? No. He can and will be wrong many times, Bijirita has shown him that. But he won't let anyone know that nor live to have that under their belt. This Lubraean is one you don't want to mess with, especially when complimenting Bijirita's sadism and cunning with his own to be rid of his enemies.
-Scooter literally has no name of translation. He earned this nickname purely because I call one of my cats "scooter" at times. Its a playful name that does, however, reflect his playful and outgoing nature and he no qualms in earning such a name either. This nickname was also given to him in "canon" because he often liked to play on wheeled items and scoot on them for fun. If he had a scooter or skateboard, he may be able to do all the tricks on them.
-Tzaatehk also has no real meaning to his name. Its actually a play on a villain's name from a show I used to watch as a kid (who ironically was an evil vizir that plotted to kill the prince of his homeworld). However, in terms of personality, Tzaatehk is far from the simple "evil" of a jealous vizir. If anything, he is just evil inside and out, rotten to a core that would infect anyone who dare take after him. He's not a good person and should be avoided at all costs. Even others of his kind do not enjoy his presence nor wish to be around him. Many plots have been made to be rid of him but somehow, he always seems to prevail and capture his would-be assassins, killing them in turn as punishment to challenge of his own standing.
And lastly, I am adding in the Witness as a probable player but only in terms of historical context for their people. However, here they are mortal but the child of the current Bajari at the time of history (thus meeting when their people and the Lubraean's meet for the first time and clear Lubrae of its hold of the Regime).
I had initially given them the name Cauta as it translates to "center of the universe", a play of description of them being well, literally what they are to their parent and the role they play for their people later on in the Alternate Timeline AU. However, I also debate on giving them the name Guaroco, which translates to "remembrance/to know" as an homage to their true canon selves.
I do have several nicknames picked out for them that will be given to them by Rhulk, but for now, its a fight between these two names in general.
But as of now, these are all the named characters I have thus far for my own stories. I might and will have more to add later! But for now, this is the current set list (minus all the smaller characters attached to the these).

Treno
L'officina. Il Menabò. Scemo Pasolini, Zinato, Guarnieri Scemo La narrazione quale ambito concorrente fra letteratura e storia. Carlo. Lo storico come giudice Ruth Bader. La poesia come giustizia. Allen. La letteratura come vita. Natalia. Perché sognare. Farsi del male per un sogno. Leone. Pochi minuti erano bastati. Caso umano, no grazie. Tutti i sedili attorno a lui erano vuoti. Treno vecchio, ancora i posaceneri estraibili. Aveva ancora una cuffietta addosso, straordinariamente silente. L'aveva rivisto, il caso umano. Occhi molto belli. Specchio di un'anima rotta. C'era dell'intrigo sotto, forse sarebbe stato bello scoprirlo. "The eyes, chico. They never lie". Esperia - rist. gennaio 2012, vol. 10, pag. 229) La volontà senza speranza è inutile. Un moto a senza luogo. Faceva più freddo. Dieci minuti e sarebbe arrivato. Al solito posto. All'unico luogo.

Antonio Gramsci scriveva: Il vecchio mondo sta morendo. Quello nuovo tarda a comparire. Time Travel Mishap
4 children of impure birth barely a decade old disappears, 4 teenagers who could past as their older siblings were sighted, each bearing symbols of 4 of the Leaders of your society, wielding powerful forbidden magic. What would you do?
This is based in a much stricter hidden magical society than the original one in the Chronicles of the Gods, along with a medieval ‘mundane’ society (lack of progress due to magicals' subtle influence). The 4 from the Root Universe miscalculated & end up in the past of an alternate universe instead of their own past, in the process taking over their counterparts' existence.
The AU's magical society, the Magic Council, is a mixture of Magical Britain from Harry Potter & Mage's Association of Nasuverse. Blood Purity is very important. Muggles & Mudbloods are easy pickings for curious Purebloods to experiment on. Muggle hunting is a popular sport among Purebloods. 'Light' magic, as dictated by the Council, is the only legal magic. That kind of stuff.
Their Leaders are selected based on the strongest of the magicals in at least one aspect of magic (& is a Pureblood). Each Leader wears an ancient gem created of either Air, Fire, Water or Earth elemental magic to symbolize their positions.
An 8 years-old orphan from a 2nd gen magical family that held powerful magic. Her family killed, herself snatched from the cooling arms of her older brother barely a month ago. A promising specimen, her disappearance caused quite a stir in the Clan that 'found' her.
Sakura Yoshiko, amateur Witch of Wishes. She is bonded to a Phoenix, Chiruru. She raised an Oriental Dragon, Zinato who has 10 different personalities (he can also duplicate himself~). She tends to act like a bipolar child, cheerful one second & serious the next. It messes with people's perception of her, greatly confusing them. She is the magically strongest among the quartet, & would have been the epitome of Light... if it wasn't for her mischievous & destructive nature. Let's just say even her siblings hold a mediocrity of pity for the victims, while damage control is usually decided via coin toss among her siblings. Her necklace bears the Gem of Air.
A 9 years-old Asian street rat with fire-red hair, abandoned by his closest kin, found & raised a group of street kids who became his family. Disappeared just before a Magical hunting party found him, the last surviving member of the town he lived in for the last 6 years.
Syaron, he who wields the most destructive of the elements. He is bonded to an albino Tiger, who has grown into a powerful Electric Elemental. He has raised a Kirin, one who also grew into a powerful Fire Elemental. Elemental magic is his forte, along with his martial arts training, he is a formidable foe at any range. He is usually the peace keeper of the quartet. Even though by the Council's standards he is Light-aligned, he takes a dim view on the Light & Dark boundary, partly due to 2 of his siblings being Dark-aligned themselves (heck the expression in the drawing, he loves breaking people's world views). His earring bears the Gem of Fire.
A 9 years-old child, one of the many test subjects of a twisted Pureblood. Extensive trauma caused her hair to turn completely white. Her disappearance was only noticed when his servants did a routine check-up on his dear 'children'.
Rinko, who would have been classified as a Blue Mage in another world. She is bonded to a Drake, Yomi. She created a cyber elf, Chu & raised a twin-soul Phoenix, who due to the malleability of their souls, can merge with Yomi to take a hybrid form. The spellweaver of the siblings, she compensates for her lower magical reserve with her ability to copy & adapt magic, the jack-of-all-trades of the quartet. Due to her 'traumatic past', strangers are at risk of getting blasted away or worse (think flying limbs) if they get too close to her, hence her preference to long range magic. Her charm bears the Gem of Water.
A 10 years-old boy, bastard child of a prestigious Pureblood Clan, born from the union of a mudblood & the Pureblood heir. His disappearance was largely ignored, even celebrated by his 'family'.
Yukido, Master Craftsman of multiple arts. He has a mechanical turtle as a familiar (it can fly!). Usually acts cheerful to the point of being seen as naive (but then, isn't acting considered an art too?). He is the physically strongest among the quartet, along being deadly skilled with every weapon he's gotten his hands on. So long as he has enough resources, he can create as many weapons as he needs (challenging him, while on a solid surface, is just asking for trouble). Being the oldest, he takes the wellbeing of his younger siblings seriously. His ring bears the Gem of Earth.
The 4 from the Root Universe are old. Very old. As in millennia old. At least that's what they say if you ask.

The Introvert and Extravert
When it comes to this sort of trope, I think of Zinato and Hutia

Most times when it comes to the opposites, its usually something fun and heartwarming where both parties find a way around their differences to make things work. But in these two's case, its quite the opposite.
Zinato, Hutia's spouse at the time, is the extravert of the two while Hutia is more introverted. Hutia is not a fan of big social gatherings or being around a lot of people. He usually prefers the quiet and to be left alone with maybe one or two people who are willing to listen to him when he talks. However, with a spouse like Zinato who very much enjoys social gatherings and lots of attention from as many people as possible, it easily makes him nervous and uncomfortable. Yet, Zinato doesn't really care nor sympathizes with Hutia on the matter, more or less forcing him out of his comfort zone constantly to not be "embarrassed by his constant sulking"; when in reality, he's just extremely nervous and wanting to find a quiet spot to be in to calm down.
Long story short, its a constant battle of being forced out of comfort zones just to make the other happy. Not a very happy marriage for Hutia before his divorce.
