Zemo takes only a passing glance at it, "exhaustion, general loopiness, possible hallucinations, and diminished muscle strength. It's similar to morphine, chemically, and that elicits one of two reactions from patients who receive it in hospitals in our world, either severe hallucinations like that of an acid trip, or lots of sleep and uncontrolled inhibitions. Given that he hasn't tried to attack the wallpaper yet, I'm going to assume he's not having hallucinations."

Zemo runs over to Piper, grabbing some labeled chemical jars, bandages, and something vaguely stick like on the way off of one of the medical tables. He pulls a rolled up bunch of purple fabric out of his pocket and holds it out to Piper, "bite down on this, I'm about to remove that bullet with my hands because they didn't have sterile tweezers on the table." He pulls his leaves up and pours a sanitizing liquid onto his hands

Mel sighs as she approaches Zemo. She had brought him back to Scantuary when they got Seperated from Bucky and Sam.

“Okay- so I have news. Turns out some crazy scientists must have found out about Bucky. Him being a real super soldier and all. He’s in a bunker in Salem. I’m assembling a team to help me get him back. Get geared up and meet me at the bridge.”

When Zemo reunites with her there’s a woman in a red leather jacket with a cap who’s checking over her gun. Mel is there with Nick and Hancock.

“So you’re Zemo huh? Shorter than I thought you’d be.” Hancock says. “Don’t worry about me I don’t bite. Piper does though. Seen it myself.”

“You know damn well Danny deserved that.” The woman remarks.

Nick sighs tiredly. Before extending his hand to shake Helmut’s.

“You a friend of Bucky’s? We could use the extra help.”

“Course he is. Look at his face. It’s too damn clean. No way he’s from the wastes.” She puts her Gun in its holster. “I’m Piper. Welcome to hell.” She smirks. Handing him a gun.

“You know how to shoot right? You aim this part at the person you wanna kill.”

"Not much of a friend, more like a useful ally," Helmut says as he takes the gun, his accent thick from lack of proper rest. "Helmut Zemo, lovely to meet you all. I owe Barnes a life debt, though I'd have rather he took mine..." He inspects the gun before holstering it. "Shouldn't be too difficult to fire this thing, it's not too different from my government issued tommy guns I used when I was in the military"
