thou shall ignore me moving my zed hcs here as a treat.

things to remember about zed's shadows which are buried in my hc tags.

> it's motile & responds to touch, soft undulations ect.

> it's an extension of his own senses when given to others , until it's honed this is only a general sense of being.

> it's ancient magic , spanning back to the era of the darkin.

> zed has to meditate regularly to prevent its influence from effecting his emotional state.

> before he went back to retrieve the box the shadow's influence over him was far more encumbering & it effected his emotional state quite acutely / was difficult to wield.
