i’ve been gifmaking for a really long time ! but even so i’m never super consistent (imo) haha but that’s okie ^^ ! i think i’ve learned a lot and practiced a lot so sometimes i’m fairly happy with my colorings :p ! on this blog i’ve started doing more drastic / stylistic colorings but my usual coloring style (as seen above !) is mostly trying to get the gifs to look like you would see them irl ! with no color filters / video filters ^^ and then leaning cool colors to cyans and warm colors to red tones !

you'll never believe what i'm about to talk about: I think Dazai is touch starved, and a bit touch repulsed. Some days he can't handle anything/one touching him at all. Other days he has to have constant contact with someone. Chuuya is touch starved too, but he doesn't show it as much. The only real indication is the way he instantly relaxes when Dazai brushes fingers across his cheeks or grabs his hand, etc.

they both have been surrounded by bad touch, by death and suffering, and so learning how to accept and ask for good touch is extremely difficult

❄️ ⇢ what's your dream theme/plot for a fic, and who would write it best?

mmm sa far as one i don't feel confident in writing: there's an idea I've had where Dazai convinces Kuni to put up fairy lights and make a massive blanket/pillow fort with him while Chuuya is at work. Also involved is making a sangria, and putting on cheesy music to accompany cheesy homemade cupcakes. Kuni thinks the idea is kind of dumb, but Dazai uses their puppy dog eyes and...well. Kuni is a weak man for his partners. Chuuya comes home from a long day at work, a long, hard month at the pm, and is brash and calling it stupid, cuz he's Chuuya, but he is so smitten and happy and then idk they just...hang out. have a chill time. talk, dance, sing, drink, kiss, whatever

Probably you, Lena, or Grace would be fantastic at writing this cuz it's fluffy and sweet

Wait, wait going off the watermark anon I legit am crying huh? You do realize why gifmakers use watermarks right? Becuase some of you can't be trusted (sadly even then people still take gifs smh) like not everyone is going to take gifs sure but explain that to majority of people who do repost on twitter and such despite cc saying no? Many claim its online that means anyone can repost. I get anon tried to be nice but it is confusing why someone thinks a watermark can help improve a gif quality when it doesn't? ngl I sometimes fear thats why my gifs don't do well is people see my watermark and go "ew" and don't reblog or even like the set :c I don't make it too big i think? It is roughly the size I see other gifmakers use, sometimes I make it a bit big but that way its harder to crop and such (be happy im not putting it in the middle of the gif) plus it's a cute watermark, its barely visible even but even if it wasn't, who cares? Its the same way artist sign their paintings or works of art, thats a watermark imo so fudge off for not liking the "signature" lol

So continue making fab gifs with your watermark, dare I say make it bigger to annoy people lol! Have a wonderful day or night as well!
