  I’ll check you out and throw us a starter. This blog is still very new ( est. 23.11.17 ) so things will be wonky for some time. Verses will be added for Diplomat ( AUs & crossovers ) , Lightforged Yrel , Original timeline ( Yrel is your everyday Azerothian Draenei ) & Call to Arms on Azeroth ( Yrel travels from alternate Draenor. )

This song right here gives me so many Karra feels...

For those that don't know: Karra is a Draenei from alternate Draenor and the daughter of Yrel from an unknown father. Yrel essentially left her with the priests and priestesses of the Temple of Karabor to raise her, going off to lead the rest of the Draenei. Karra was told her entire life that she was destined to become a powerful paladin like her mom, even as she struggled with harnessing the power of the Light as a child.

When she was still fairly young, she started hearing whispers on the wind. She was told by the priests that were raising her that she was hearing the Light and that meant that soon she would come into her own power. However Karra had a feeling that this wasn't the case, but pushed down her doubts in order to try and make her mother proud.

It wasn't until she had visited the Shadowmoon orcs that she learned differently. One of the shamans, an orc name Rozek Blackwolf, told her that he could feel her connection to the elements. That the faint whispers she was hearing was actually the elemental spirits of Draenor. This scared Karra, who had been taught that the Light was the only path for her, and so she tried to ignore the whispers as she struggled to harness the Light and become what she felt she was meant to be.

However she couldn't keep denying how the whispers of the elements pulled at her, feeling that she didn't belong at the Temple at all, but out in the wilds of the world. When she was a teenager she started sneaking out of the Temple. She went back to the village where Rozek lived and asked him to teach her how to listen to the elements.

Learning how to harness the power of the elements came very easy to Karra, much to hers and Rozek's delight. And it actually wasn't long after this that the two fell in love and started a romantic relationship, Rozek gladly calling Karra his mate.

When Yrel discovered that Karra was not only learning shamanism but was also in a romantic relationship with an orc, the paladin forbade Karra from leaving the Temple. Karra, in rebellion, ran away from the Temple, returning to the village and Rozek. With the help of the Shadowmoon clan leader, the pair were hidden away in one of the more remote villages, far from the Temple. It was believed that Karra had died in the wilds of Shadowmoon Valley.

So, yeah, this gives me huge Karra feels...especially when she was trying to ignore the whispers and calls of the elements to try and walk a path that was never hers to begin with.

One of my oldest characters in the WoWverse, Latilda Rommel is an enigma in her own right. Originally a journalist for her own paper, the fates drew her elsewhere to another adventure. As of June 2020, she will begin her biggest challenge yet, in facing what it means to be an Eternal Traveler. And yet she rarely loses her playful, friendly energy among the average man. Adventure! If you are wanting someone who can offer a small DMed adventure, Latilda is a reliable character for that. I have a few things I can toss at those wanting such a challenge.

Contacts: Elyza has mixed feeling about most races from the Eastern Kingdoms, seeing their actions as ignorant and stupid. She is willing to communicate with those who will listen. But it will be a tense moment

As of late, she has seemed off, in part due to the torture and modifications that came at the hand of another. She is seeking:

Contracts: need something hunted? She is your gal. Or perhaps you are the prey. We can arrange a reason for you to be hunted.

Contacts: we all need these.

Coping mechanisms: maybe you offer illicit substances, or ways to refixste on what matters in life. Alcohol. Drugs. You name it. She has an increased interest due to some recent changes in her body

A reclusive Ren’dorei medical official in her own right, Iris once specialized in poison and plague for the Sin’dorei. When her work was found legally questionable, she departed and joined the void elves as a street surgeon and plague doctor for hire. She lives in the back streets of Duskwood, offering a blade of a needle for the right coin. She desires

Employment: having vagrants pay to have scars sewn up is little coin in the grand scheme. She needs real money. If you would appreciate a private surgeon, she is available.

Experiments: poisons need a warm body to be tested on, as do experimental techniques. Perhaps your abrasion is the perfect tool for such an expression?

Exploitation: Iris is designed explicitly to have zero magic badass powers. But I would love to see her magically corrupted or taught to use her Void abilities. Maybe by someone with less than pleasant intentions.

Once a young Lightbound Draenei under Exarch Yrel, her actions found herself severed from her own timeline and placed in our own. A sister of battle in her own way, she offers a challenge and abrasive personality in a world tainted by the dark. She is looking for:

Guidance: how must a holy warrior act in a world where the shadow is allowed to coexist? This is what Anaanke must learn to cope with.

A 27 year old male writer, Nerd works consecutively in the field of sociology and journalism for their employment. Nerd is a huge fan of roleplay, whether in private stories, community DnD campaigns, or large public WoW-based roleplay. He drinks far too much Diet Coke, tends to be particularly isolationist, and has way too many nerdy interests to count. He is Roleplaying with the particular interests of:

Discord roleplay: this is a preferred format, in part due to the flexibility of the medium as well as time restraints. Post when you can, of course!

In-game roleplay: starting in August, Nerd will be far more free for roleplay in-game, whether it is guild shenanigans or other things. The writer will be around.

Fixating on Mains: Latilda and Elyza both have the most RP history and will get priority if offered. However, if any specific character will work for your story, do not hesitate to approach.

Long-term arcs; several of nerd’s characters will play a significant part in driving toward Shadowlands, and would love to discuss crossover interests or how to make fun stories. There is an overarching storyline that involves many of Nerd’s alts, but that does not mean other stories cannot be pursued.

also i know you've been thinking about apping a new character to denny for a bit, any in particular you've been considering?

no!!!! and thats my problem!!! oh my god 

i have a few characters i keep being like “well these are backups i might consider some day” but are really more just Characters I Kinda Like. and now that ive said that i cant think of any of THEM either. theres one character from an old webcomic but idk what she’d do on denny, and then there’s like... idk lena luthor, but i am not quite invested in supergirl enough as a show for that

at some point i remember considering apping my unicorn oc, centauri phlox, but... i kind of lost steam for building the world shes from, so it was harder to develop her, so. she was also one of a few characters i used to process some really raw emotion at one point, so. i prefer her refined version, who is a warrior oc

and i always have warrior ocs... theres even some other warrior canons, like jayfeather or tawnypelt or violetshine, who i might consider. buuut even two warrior characters is close to burnout for me, so i dont wanna push that 

im keeping an eye on one web horror/ARG/idek what to call these series i like because jay suggested apping character from that, but these kinda things are cryptic and it’s ongoing so it’s always a matter of “how much info do i want before considering it seriously?” 

i’ve always wanted to rp a warcraft character seriously but most of my ocs i like because they are in that world and then there’s no canon character i’ve attached to enough to enjoy... ah well. maybe some day. maybe if yrel had actually gotten an arc,

WHAT’S YOUR OTP FOR YOUR MUSE?: atm? it’s gotta be a tie between valeera/anduin and yrel/anduin. both of those are just rly RLY cute to me ok

WHAT ARE YOU WILLING TO RP WHEN IT COMES TO SHIPPING?: just about everything! angst, fluff, smut (given a partner who is of age like myself >:T), etc.. no real limits there!

HOW LARGE DOES THE AGE GAP HAVE TO BE TO MAKE IT UNCOMFORTABLE?: well, i’m not very keen on shipping anduin with people younger than him (because of both the technicalities regarding minors and his being 18 and also my portrayal of his general disinterest in romantic partners who are younger than him). as for older, i’d say the age limit caps at about? a little under ten years older, perhaps? obviously with the way the WoW universe works, biological age and actual age are two different things, so it gets kind of confusing at times depending on the muse.

one thing i will say right here and now is that the wran.duin age gap makes me fairly uncomfortable, which is one of the reasons why i do not ship it myself  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

ARE YOU SELECTIVE WHEN SHIPPING?: somewhat? it depends really. i’d say i’m about as selective with interacting with muses in general as i am with shipping them w/ my own, which is to say i’m not too selective, i don’t think. i’m own to becoming exclusive with a specific portrayal of a muse, however!

HOW FAR DO STEAMY MOMENTS HAVE TO GO BEFORE THEY’RE CONSIDERED NSFW?: intercourse imo? like obviously if there’s anything even remotely sexual it’ll go under a nsfw tag and potentially a read more, but kissing and cuddling and cute stuff is obviously fine

WHO ARE OTHER MUSES YOU SHIP YOUR MUSE WITH?: there isn’t too much specifically outside of my otps given how most WoW muses are too old for him tbh

What unlikely, ‘only possible in RP’ ships have you enjoyed writing with your muses?

Well, I've enjoyed all sorts of rp with my characters and their relationships. I really enjoy my dragons and their interactions with other characters. I'm not sure which ones are "only possible in rp" beyond the factor that non of my characterscreally fit into any purely mundane type.

I guess the true "only possible in rp" relationship I've rped would be Saigio and Yrel as friends. Since the other ships with my characters that I rp out are likely on the basis that everyone involved is a pc, the Saigio + Yrel buddy dynamic can only be explored in writing bevause Yrel is an npc.

I really liked Yrels story up to the last few seconds of that cinematic. She made wod tolerable. And I really liked that her growth tied nicely with the characters story and that it all fit nicely with who my paladin is as a person. I just Blizz hadnt fumbled her so bad in the end.

I'm not really sure what other pairings qualify for what I've written. All my rp relationships are "only possible in rp" in the sense that they involve rp characters? But it would feel cheap to say relationships with characters played by people I'm close to.
