Todos nós sabemos que as vezes temos alguns problemas de compulsão, mas não adianta chorar quando o estrago já foi feito, apenas foque e se exercite. Não desista, quem fica três meses sem compulsão, passou tendo por três dias!!

Exercício um- (100 kcal)

100 polichinelos

15 flexões

100 abdominais (2 séries de 33 e uma de 34)

15 flexões

•um minuto e meio de descanso

100 agachamentos (2 séries de 33 e uma de 34)

10 flexões

100 abdominais (2 séries de 33 e uma de 34)

15 flexões

•um minuto e meio de descanso

100 agachamentos (2 séries de 33 e uma de 34)

10 flexões

100 polichinelos

10 flexões

•um minuto e meio de descanso

100 abdominais(2 série de 33 e uma de 34)

10 flexões

50 agachamentos(duas série de 25)

Lembre-se de descansar 50 segundos durante o intervalo das séries dos agachamentos.

•Refaça esses exercícios mais 3 vezes e de uma pausa de 1 minuto e meio a cada vez q for recomeçar.

Um minutos correndo no mesmo lugar

•Esses exercícios são pra fazer sem descanso, a intenção dele é ser feito rápido. Deve ser dividido em 3 blocos com descanso de um minuto e meio entre eles.

Exercícios que estão me ajudando a perder peso e a tonificar o corpo:

Por mais que seja um treino aeróbico, todos os músculos são trabalhados nele, inferiores, superiores, abdômen e etc. Com apenas 35 minutinhos você vai trabalhar cardio e seu corpo todo, além de queimar uma média de 700 calorias.

Aqui temos um treino de força completo para inferiores com menos de 40 minutinhos. Por ter intervalos curtos, o cardio também é trabalhado aumentando a sua perca de gordura em quanto você tonifica suas pernas e glúteo.

Na minha rotina eu intercalo os dois treinos, um dia faço o aeróbico e no outro o de força e vem dando muito certo! É isso, espero que gostem da dica. :)
