self care after self harm
if you self harm in any way after you're done and you've regained your ability to think please run cold water over the area you hurt yourself. press on it lightly with a damp/wet cloth. DO NOT RUB!!! if you are bleeding clean up the blood with a soft fabric, the blood will come out of it, right now you need to access your injury. do not blame yourself for what you've done, your illness has done this to you. repeat the steps everyday twice a day until it's healed, do not pick your scabs, if you want to put bandaids or stickers on them. moisturize with a light cream. and remember if getting clean was easy, everyone would be.

okay
to not feel okay, we all have our days when we don’t want to get out of bed in the morning or when we just want to cry for no reason and it’s okay to feel sad, and lonely, and down. it’s normal to have moments like that. everything is going to be okay!
