Hizashi is Mr. “Make it Happen” he is the master of getting shit done. He has so many connections in different fields and just the right amount of charisma and drive that if you need anything done, he’ll have all the paperwork and the go aheads by yesterday.

Lots of people write him off for any number of reasons, but there’s a good portion of the hero community that have a lot of quiet respect for him and once you know how capable he is, you’ll never see him the same way again.
