A/N: I couldn’t get this meet cute idea out of my head so I had to write it! Basically all fluff and no plot, Sirius just thinks you’re adorable <3

Ding!
The bell above the bookshop’s door rang in an echoing call as you stepped inside, a giddy smile spread across your face. You had finally finished your summer reading list, with a chilled breeze marking the end of your book-buying ban.
Preparing to hibernate in your cosy bedroom with a stack of classics, you skipped your way through the aisles to the counter of the store’s joint cafe.
Ordering a hot drink to keep off the chill of the midday breeze, you flashed a grateful grin at the blonde behind the counter as you rounded the aisles, making a beeline for the classic fiction.
You stumbled through the maze of novels, making mental notes of each book you had already read. You found yourself passing three aisles before you discovered a title you didn’t recognise.
Lifting the book to flick through the pages, your gaze intuitively lifted at the presence of someone further down the aisle.
That’s when you saw him.
A dark stroke of hair dropped down his shoulders, collecting in sweet spirals at his chest. His bright eyes held a dark splash of mischief in their depths as he towered over the shelves. His gaze was focused on the book in his hand, eyes flicking over the blurb on the back cover.
Peering over with curiosity, your eyes lit up at the title on the front as he flipped the book in his hands. “That’s my favourite! I’ve read it six times,” you blurted at the mystery man.
His gaze flicked to yours in an instant, a flash of surprise gracing his features before he relaxed into a soft smirk at the sight of you. “Would you recommend it, Dove?” He spoke with a lighthearted and teasing tone as he leisurely stepped closer to your ecstatic self.
“Absolutely! It’s a masterpiece, the author is so talented! You should totally read it,” you rambled, not catching the amusement mixed with adoration in the stranger’s eyes as he watched you.
His head tilted to the side like a curious puppy, listening intently as you gushed over the plot, the characters, the handsome romantic lead, and the optimistic heroine.
He slyly reached for a second copy of the same book on the shelf as you spoke, tucking it under the one already settled in his grasp. You were in your own world at this point, and the man couldn’t help but fluster at your adorable excitement over words on a page. What is this girl doing to me? he mentally asked himself.
She’s got me wrapped around her finger and she doesn’t even know it.
He was beginning to grow soft.
——————— ⋆☆ ˚⟡˖ ࣪ ———————
You eventually remembered to introduce yourself after a series of rambled facts about the book tumbled out of your mouth. The stranger found you to be the most endearing creature he’d ever met.
“I’m-“
“Sirius? Y’Iced latte’s ready!” He hurried over to the blonde behind the counter who finished his sentence, flashing you an apologetic smile over his shoulder with a slight blush to his cheeks.
Marlene’s gaze fell on the books held tightly in his hands with an arched eyebrow. “Sirius Black, reading a book? My, I thought I’d never see the day!” He laughed while motioning for her to keep her voice down, leaning in closer while you browsed.
“It seems I’ve taken a liking to the little bookworm over there, wriggled her way right into my heart,” he motioned towards you with a smirk as Marlene spots you curiously reading the blurbs of various classics. “Said this was her favourite,” he held up the books in his hands with an uncharacteristically bashful smile, brushing the gesture off nonchalantly. “Didn’t have the heart to tell her I was buying it for Moony’s birthday.”
Marlene rolled her eyes, passing him his drink along with a napkin and a pen. “You’re hopeless, Black, really,” she whispered, turning around to pick up another order.
His eyes lit up at the sight of the pen, “You really do know me well, Marls! And to think I only keep you around for the coffee,” he quipped, though his tone held no bite. He scribbled on the napkin before Marlene passed your drink into his grasp, sending her a final look of gratitude before turning back to you.
“Here you go, love. Now, what was that sequel about again? What happens next?” You glanced up as he handed you your drink with a sweet grin, oblivious to the napkin sitting on top with a phone number scrawled across it, waiting to be discovered as you launched into an explanation with a giggle.
“Wait- no! I can’t tell you, spoilers!”

Worth it┃sirius black
summary: where Sirius is completely in love with James's sister, but everytime he wants to ask her on a date somehow ends up doing something embarrassing
just sirius being a dumbass in love

Sirius Black, known for his confident attitude and big ego, became a totally different person when it came to Y/n Potter, James' twin sister. From the moment he first saw her on the Hogwarts Express, he fell in love with her. Her bright eyes, her laughter that echoed through the halls, and her loyalty to her friends captivated Sirius in a way he couldn't explain.
However, every attempt Sirius made to impress her seemed to end in humiliation. Whether it was tripping over his own feet, accidentally dropping a potion in Potions class while he was trying to show off, or simply forgetting his words when she stared at him or smiled, Sirius managed to humiliate himself over and over again and the marauders found endless fun in his failed attempts.
One particularly incident occurred during a Gryffindor Quidditch match. Sirius had been practicing tirelessly, determined to catch Y/n's eye with his skills as a Seeker and impress her (again). As he zoomed across the pitch during the game against Slytherin, he spotted Y/n cheering enthusiastically in the stands. Heart pounding with nerves, Sirius dove towards the Snitch, only to misjudge his speed and crash into a ring, sending the Snitch away to the opposite end of the field. The entire stadium bursted into laughter, including Y/n, who clapped a hand over her mouth, trying to stifle her giggles.
"Nice one, Pad! Maybe next time you'll catch something other than the ground," James joked mercilessly after the match, laughing his head off, slapping Sirius on the back.
Sirius tried to laugh, but inside he felt enormous disappointment and shame. He had wanted with all his might to impress Y/n, to show her that he was more than just a prankster or a reckless troublemaker. But every time he tried, it seemed like he only managed to make a fool of himself.
Despite his repeated failures, Sirius refused to give up, she was worth it and he wasn't going to give up so easily. He found himself casting nervous glances at Y/n during meals in the Great Hall, trying to work up the courage to approach her. However, every time he decided to talk to her, his tongue would get stuck and his palms would sweat. Even simple greetings turned into awkward exchanges in which Sirius would end up stumbling over his words or making some ill-timed joke that fell flat.
One rainy afternoon, Sirius was sitting in his dorm with his friends. Peter and Remus were playing a game of wizard chess nearby while James lay on his bed playing with his snitch, occasionally casting sympathetic glances in Sirius' direction.
"You know, mate," Remus began tentatively, moving a knight on the board, "maybe you should just ask her out straightforwardly. None of this grand gesture stuff. Just be yourself."
Sirius sighed, running a hand through his hair. "I've tried, Moony. Every time I try to talk to her, I end up making a complete fool of myself. She probably thinks I'm an idiot by this point."
James chuckled "Nah, she doesn't think you're an idiot. Just a bit… charmingly clumsy as she told me."
Sirius rolled his eyes, but he couldn't help but smile at his friends' attempts to cheer him up. Deep down, he knew they were right. Maybe he had been going about it all wrong. Perhaps what Y/n needed was not grand gestures or witty banter, but simply honesty.
The next day, Sirius was walking through the black lake, letting his feet walk without any direction, however he realized that he was precisely addressing Y/n who was reading a book in front of the lake. His heart raced as he made his way over, his friends watching with anticipation from a distance.
"Here goes nothing," Sirius muttered under his breath, taking a deep breath to steady his nerves.
As he approached Y/n, she looked up and smiled warmly at him. Sirius felt his legs weak.
''Hey Y/n''
''Hey sirius, what's up?''
''everythings fine, um I wanted to ask you something''
Sirius felt his throat dry and his mind went blank.
''Are you okey sirius? you seem a bit...pale'' Y/n asked doubtfully, standing up and getting closer to Sirius.
''No! I'm good don't worry!'' Sirius was actually planning on pretending to faint, or running away.
''Okey?..Well anyways I also wanted to ask you something''
Sirius was about to open his mouth to let the words out but Y/n interrupted him.
''I was wondering if you'd like to go to Hogsmeade with me this weekend?" Y/n said smiling ear to ear
Time seemed to stand still for Sirius. His eyes widened in shock, his mouth hanging open. He couldn't believe what he was hearing. Did she just ask him out before he could ask her?
Taken by surprise, Sirius took a step back, his heart racing even more. To his surprise, he tripped on a tree root and fell to the ground with a thud.
Laughter erupted in the distance, echoing through the garden. James, Remus and Peter had been responsible for these as they were almost crying of laughter, unable to contain their amusement at Sirius's latest fall.
Sirius lay on the ground for a moment, his face burning with shame. He stood up as quickly as he could, trying to maintain some semblance of composure and dignity.
Y/n rushed over to him, concern mixing with her laughter. "Oh my god!, are you okay?"
Sirius nodded, his cheeks still flushed. "Y-yeah, I'm fine. Just… just caught me by surprise, that's all."
Y/n chuckled softly, offering him a hand up. "Sorry about that. I couldn't resist."
Despite the embarrassment, Sirius couldn't help but grin. "No need to apologize. I… I'd love to go to Hogsmeade with you."
Y/n smiled wildly, relief evident in her eyes. "Great! It's a date then."
Sirius felt a wave of relief and excitement. He had managed to get through another embarrassing moment, but this time he had turned out better than he could have imagined.
As they separated, the rest of the marauders approached him, still laughing at him. James patted him on the back, shaking his head in amusement and hugging him by the side and Sirius couldn't help but do a little victory dance.
Despite all his fumbles and embarrassing moments, he knew one thing for certain: Y/n Potter was worth every stumble and every awkward pause.

---
The sun dipped low in the sky, casting golden hues across the Hogwarts grounds. As students flocked to the Great Hall for dinner, Remus Lupin lingered near the edge of the lake, a book clutched in his hand but neglected. His gaze was fixed on a figure shimmering in the last rays of sunlight—Y/N, a Hufflepuff with laughter that danced through the air like fireflies on a warm summer night. The other marauders were sprawled near him, their antics echoing while James was animatedly recounting another tale of his latest Quidditch exploits, his hands flailing dramatically.
“—and the Bludger nearly took my head off! Can you believe it?” he exclaimed, eyes sparkling.
Sirius leaned back, a smirk plastered on his face. “You mean it nearly took your ego off. You’re practically invincible, Potter.”
“Hey!” James shot back, tossing a piece of popcorn at him. “You’d be singing a different tune if it had hit me!”
“Oi, Moony!” James' voice broke through his reverie, punctuated by the sound of footsteps crunching on gravel. Remus turned, forcing a smile "Are you listening to us or-"
“Yes, prongs,” he replied, though his eyes flicked back to Y/N.
“Still staring at her like a lovesick pup?” Sirius Black grinned as he joined them, a teasing glint in his eye. “You know, if you keep this up, you might just scare her away.”
“Shut it, Pads,” Remus muttered, a blush creeping up his neck. “It’s not like that.”
“Sure, it’s not,” Peter Pettigrew chimed in, adjusting his hair as he caught up with the group. “You’ve only been watching her for weeks. Just confess already!”
Remus sighed, running a hand through his hair. “It’s not that simple. She’s… different. Perfect, really. I don’t want to ruin our friendship.”
“Or you’re just scared,” Sirius said, a smirk playing on his lips. “How about this? I'll maybe go talk to her i mean she's pretty good looking. Get a rise out of you. Then you’ll have no choice but to confess.”
Remus shot him a glare. “You wouldn’t dare.”
“Watch me,” Sirius said, his smile widening as he strode toward Y/N, who was laughing with her friends near a patch of wildflowers.
“Pads, don’t!” Remus called after him, but it was too late. Sirius was already leaning against a tree, his posture casual but his eyes sharp with mischief.
“Hey, Y/N!” Sirius called, his voice smooth like honey.
Y/N turned, her eyes lighting up with recognition. “Sirius! What’s up?”
“Just enjoying the view,” he replied, winking dramatically. “But I think it just got a whole lot better now that you’re here.”
“Ugh, Black,” she laughed, rolling her eyes, but a flush crept into her cheeks. “You’re impossible.”
“Impossible to resist?” he shot back, that trademark grin of his flashing.
Remus clenched his fists, a knot of jealousy tightening in his chest. He glanced at James, who was watching with an amused expression.
“See? This is what happens when you don’t act, Moony,” James said, nudging him with his elbow. “You have to let her know.”
“I can’t just—” Remus started, but the sight of Y/N laughing at something Sirius said made the words stick in his throat.
“Come on, go talk to her,” Peter encouraged, his eyes bright with excitement. “What’s the worst that could happen?”
“What’s the worst?” Remus echoed, heart racing. “She could say no.”
“Or she could say yes,” James countered. “And then you won’t be the sad, lovesick werewolf anymore.”
“Those are some high stakes,” Remus muttered under his breath.
“High stakes are what make it fun,” James answere, while sirius was still flirting with Y/N. “I mean, who wouldn’t want to be swooned over by a Black?”
“Just… give me a minute,” Remus said, feeling the weight of the moment. He took a deep breath, trying to steady his racing heart.
As he watched, Sirius leaned closer, his voice dropping to a conspiratorial whisper. “You know what? I bet a girl like you would love a midnight stroll around the lake. Just the two of us.”
Y/N giggled, her smile wide but hesitant. “I don’t know, Sirius. What if I get lost? You might just lead me into the Forbidden Forest.”
“Or I could protect you from all the monsters,” he declared, puffing out his chest dramatically. “I’m practically a knight in shining armor.”
Remus felt a surge of frustration. It was now or never. He pushed off the tree he’d been leaning against and strode toward them, each step heavy with determination.
“Y/N!” he called, his voice cutting through the air.
Sirius turned, surprise flickering across his face. Y/N’s eyes widened, and for a moment, Remus thought he saw a flash of delight there.
“Remus!” she exclaimed, her smile growing. “What’s up?”
“Um, I—” he stammered, suddenly aware of the attention of his friends and the curious gazes of nearby students. “Can I talk to you for a minute?”
“Sure!” Y/N glanced at Sirius, who was feigning innocence, and then back at Remus, her expression warm and inviting.
Remus motioned for her to follow him a short distance away, his heart pounding loudly in his chest, drowning out everything else. He took a deep breath, trying to calm the chaos inside him.
“What’s on your mind?” she asked, tilting her head slightly, a playful smile resting on her lips.
“Uh, well, it’s about… Sirius,” he said, feeling the heat rush to his face as he awkwardly scratched the back of his neck. “I know he can be a bit over the top sometimes.”
Y/N laughed, a melodic sound that made Remus’s heart flutter. “He definitely can be. But he’s harmless.”
“Right, harmless,” Remus echoed, feeling a wave of frustration with himself. “But I—”
“Remus, what is it?” she asked, her tone shifting to something more serious.
He swallowed hard, the weight of his feelings pressing down on him like a leaden cloak. “I don’t want you to think he’s serious about all that. He’s just… well, he’s trying to make me jealous.”
“Jealous?” Y/N raised an eyebrow, clearly intrigued. “Why would he do that?”
“Because I—” Remus hesitated, the confession teetering on the edge of his lips. “Because I like you, Y/N. A lot.”
Silence stretched between them, the sounds of the bustling students fading into the background. Y/N’s eyes widened, and for a heartbeat, he thought he might have misread everything.
“You like me?” she whispered, a soft smile breaking across her face.
“Yes,” he admitted, his voice barely above a whisper. “I’ve liked you for a while now. But I didn’t know how to say it.”
Her smile grew brighter, and suddenly, all the tension in his shoulders melted away. “Why didn’t you just tell me?”
“Because I didn’t want to ruin our friendship,” he said, his heart racing. “And I was scared. Scared you wouldn’t feel the same way.”
“Remus,” she said, stepping closer, her eyes sparkling with warmth. “I like you too.”
He blinked, a rush of disbelief flooding through him. “You have?”
“Of course! You’re kind, smart, and you don’t take yourself too seriously.” She laughed lightly, her voice ringing with sincerity. “And you’re really cute when you’re flustered.”
“Cute?” Remus echoed, his heart soaring.
“Definitely,” she said, her gaze softening. “So, what do you say we make this official?”
“Are you asking me out?” he asked, his voice rising slightly in surprise.
“Maybe I am,” she teased, tilting her head to one side.
Remus grinned, the weight of his insecurities lifting. “Well, in that case, I’d love to go out with you.”
“Perfect!” Y/N exclaimed, her cheer infectious. “How about a walk around the lake tomorrow night?”
“Sounds like a plan,” Remus replied, feeling a warmth spread through him. It was a feeling he hadn’t realized he’d been missing—a sense of hope and excitement.
“Tomorrow night, then?” Y/N asked, her voice soft
“Tomorrow night,” Remus echoed, his heart soaring as he smiled at her, the words feeling like a vow.
Meanwhile, Sirius, having watched the exchange from a distance, turned back to James and Peter with a satisfied smirk. “Well, that went better than I expected. Looks like I’m not needed anymore here after all.”
James chuckled, nudging Sirius playfully. “You’re a right matchmaker, you know that?”
“Just doing my part,” Sirius said, feigning modesty, though his eyes sparkled with mischief.
Peter grinned, shaking his head. “You didn’t even have to try that hard.”
“Maybe I’ll charge them for my services,” Sirius mused, crossing his arms with a smug expression.

Finally
Pairing: Sirius Black + Reader
Summary: Sirius reunites with his girlfriend after many years in Azkaban
Word count: 1.5k
Warnings: None, I believe, but lmk
Hey! If you think this didn't completely suck, feel free to check out my masterlist
The ministry’s guards have been following me around for the last two days. They follow me to work and back to my home. There is a guard positioned in front of my office that stays there, surveilling anyone going in or out. I’m sure they’d have one at my home, if I didn’t so clearly state my distaste for the idea, going on a small rant about my rights.
I wish I could’ve said that I was unexpecting of be pulled out of my work in the middle of the day. Three days after the papers printed out the news, and I had caught a glimpse of his adult face for the first time in years. Despite the disheveled hair and maddening stare with the manic scream, it was still him.
The interrogation room is exactly like I thought it would be. Remus had described it in his letters, he was his friend after all, it made sense to interrogate him as well. There’s only a few people present in the room, most of them being guards and secret keepers. The veritaserum is present in a small vile, on an even smaller table. I sit down in front of it and take a small sip.
The auror raises an eye at me, I gulp down the whole potion. I can already feel the effects start to take place, it’s getting more difficult to hold my tongue. The auror grabs a piece of paper from the secret keeper next to them and the reporter holds more tightly to her pen.
“Please state your name.”
The first questions are standard procedure, making sure that the veritaserum is in full effect. It’s basic questions: my name, my age, my occupation. The Auror clears his throat and I straighten my back ready for the actual questions. His voice bellows as he speaks, “Have you had any contact with Sirius Black?”
“No, I have not.” I reply, and as much as it pains me to say it, it’s the truth. The Auror’s eyes narrow at me suspiciously. I can hear the quill scratching at the parchment paper, my answer recorded. He asks, “Have you been in contact with anyone who has been in contact with Sirius Black?”
“No, I have not.” I repeat, and feel the boredom steep into my skin, not just annoyance that was already present. I had wished that he had contacted me, but surely, he was waiting for the trials to be over, he wouldn’t want to get caught.
“Do you know anyone who Sirius Black might try to contact?”
“Do you have any ideas as to where he might hide?”
“Are there any people who might’ve aided him in his escape?”
“Have you aided him in his escape?”
The questions go on and on, and I watch the arrows of the clock tick and tick till an hour of my day is gone. The Auror is on his last paper with the last necessary questions. He asks, “And finally, what was your relationship with Sirius Black?”
“I was his girlfriend.”
***
“I’m not sure I like this.”
“No, don’t worry, you’ll love this surprise.” Remus teases, hinting at something I don't understand. I had received a letter from Remus, entailing anything except for the fact that the order is coming back together. For the second time, to fight off Voldemort. Harry needed more people around him that believed him more than anything.
I open my eyes and my breath hitches when I see him. He looks older from what I remember and much more sane than the pictures that the daily profit prints.I can imagine that if I’d ask him, he’d just smirk and flirt. He’d say that thoughts of me held him over. He’s got his hair slicked back and his beard trimmed. The dirt that would’ve covered his skin from the confinement in Azkaban, nowhere to be seen. He wanted to make a good impression, and that was too bad.
“Actually, I’m sure that you’ve loved this surprise for a while now.” He says He walks me towards an unknown room in Grimmauld Place 12. The new location for the order is odd, and quite awfully random. I wasn’t sure how Dumbledore agreed, it seemed such an obvious place to hold a resistance against Voldemeort, but maybe that was the brilliance of it.
Remus was being awfully ominous, he’s been hinting about this surprise for a bit, and now that he’s finally leading me towards it, I feel anxious. I clutch my bag tightly in my hand and try not to look like I want to open my eyes so badly, aching to not try to take a subtle peek through my fingers that covered my eyes.
Remus shuts the door behind us and positions me. He lets go of my shoulders, and shouts, “Surprise!”
The feelings of relief from seeing him, all gone out the window as my fist clenches in anger and my blood boils. Why had he not spoken to me? Been out of Azkaban for two years, and not a single word. How dare he rob me of this relief? Everyday coming home from work to eagerly check my letters and find none with his name. Looking deeply into the fire escape, hoping to see a familiar face, but don’t.
I rush over to him and start slamming his shoulders and chest with my bag. I shout, “You’ve been out of Azkaban for two bloody years and you haven't come to find me till now, you idiot!”
“Ow,ow,ow! Darling, please stop.” He says, moving away from my bag and my fists, but I take a step towards him. I feel my eyes water at the nickname and how much I’d missed his voice. He holds my wrists and pulls them down, taking the bag from my hands and flinging it to the ground.
I look at him again, and there he is. The boy I fell in love with, now a man, but with the same mischievous glimmer in his eyes. He smiles when he notices that my defenses have been let down, and my eyes softened. He always knew me too well. I feel my eyes burn and I press my lips together, urging the tears to stay back.
“I’ll give you guys some space.” Remus whispers before leaving the room. Sirius shoots him a smile and then turns back to me when the door closes. He looks skinnier, being on the run tends to do that. His cheeks are more hollowed out, but definitely filled out more since his initial escape. I wonder if he knows that I look at his pictures everyday. Sirius whispers, “How is it that you’re still getting more and more beautiful?”
“How is it that you didn’t come find me? Or contact me at all? Harry’s been talking to you, he’s told me about the letters, and apparently you’ve been talking to Remus too.” I ask, avoiding his expert technique in changing the subject. He lets go of my wrist and I feel my fingers twitch, aching to get a hold of him again. He sighs, and says, “I was in Azkaban for twelve years.”
“So?”
“So…you could’ve moved on, and I-” He admits, pausing to let out a shaky breath. Fourteen years didn’t change the man that I knew. The mannerisms are the same, the same nervous shifting and awkward, but devastating smile. He continues, “I wasn’t ready to see that. Don’t think I am now, but it seems like it’s been long enough.”
“It’s been too long.” I say, and take a final step towards him. I gulp and reach out to take his hand. I feel the softness of his finger tips, sliding my hand over his, feeling the lines of his palm and his callouses. It’s all the same and I can't without the sigh that breaks out from my chest. The first proper touch from the love of my life. He grips my hand the same way he always did, lock and key. I pull him tightly against me, hug him. For years, this is all I’ve wanted, and now it’s here.
“Have you?” Sirius asks, and I pull away, frowning and confused. I ask, “Have I what?”
“Moved on?” Sirius asks, tentatively, part of him not wanting to know, instead wanting to live in an ignorant bliss. To me, it’s a stupid question. I smile, “No, how could I move on when you’ve taken my heart eighteen years ago, and so selfishly haven’t given it back to me?”
“I don’t think I’ll ever get around to giving it back.” He grins so widely I think his face might break. He leans down and captures my lips in a heated kiss that’s filled with so much emotion, the emotions that neither of us could’ve expressed for a long time.
a/n: hope you guys enjoyed! I have a feeling that I've been writing too much Sirius Black, though I'm not complaining
I feel a few tears finally escape my eyes, I can’t believe that he’s actually here, in front of me, kissing me after all this time. He wipes them away with his thumbs and cradles my face with his hands. For the first time in twelve years, though maybe without friends and heart bruised and more broken than before, I don’t feel alone.

Today's @wolfstarmicrofic prompt is betrothed!
(145 words.)
Remus notices the nickname evolution. The stupid words Sirius attaches to Remus that make the boy smile and roll his eyes, pretending there isn't a blush spreading across his cheeks.
"Moony, my moonshine, want to go to Hogsmeade?"
"Rem, darling, when's the potions test?"
"Remus, my beloved, my one and only, what's the name of that muggle device again? The one that spins and heats stuff up?"
"Moons, my complete and utter ray of light, could I borrow a book?"
Until one day it changes.
"Moony, my betrothed..."
Remus snorts a laugh, eyes still on his food.
"We're not exactly engaged, love, you'd have to ask first-" He glances up and freezes. Sirius is on one knee in front of him, a soft, nervous smile on his face, holding out a blue velvet ring box.
"Okay, sorry, I'll try that again. Moony, my soon-to-be betrothed?"

If I can have the pleasure of making the first request...🫣 Can you do something with young Remus Lupin? Maybe something really silly and sweet, like, he and the reader are in a secret relationship (kind of to avoid the commotion that James and Sirius would make about the fact that he's dating at all) and somehow he ends up with a face full of faint lipgloss kiss marks, which not even the reader realizes about, until the other marauders notice and discover their secret. Maybe the reader will even join in and tease Remus with them a little?
Sorry if the idea is bad, pls don't feel obligated to do it. I'm really not good at this kind of thing...
Have a good day anyways ☺️
Kisses ~ Young Remus Lupin
“Remus, you’re limping! Please let me help you.” I whisper-yelled at Remus, walking through the corridors.
“I can do it.” He grunts, still in pain from yesterday’s full moon.
“Well, at least let me tend to your injuries!” Remus looked at me and raised an eyebrow.
“I’ll do it myself.” He said, shaking his head, “I don’t want to be a burden.” He muttered under his breath.
I stopped him dead in his tracks
“A burden? Are you serious?” At that, Remus smirked
“No, Sirius is at the library waiting for us with James. We can’t be anymore late!” He replied quickly, resuming his walk towards the library.
“Sirius and James can wait. Remus, please, at least go to Madame Pomfrey so she can help. I really hate seeing you like that.” It really pained me seeing him in this hurt state.
Remus sighed and clutched his bag tighter.
“Fine, but come with me.”
⋆˖⁺‧₊☽◯☾₊‧⁺˖⋆
“You’ll take this right when you wake up and before you go to sleep for the next three days.” Instructed Pomfrey, giving Remus a vial containing a purple potion, “It should help restore your energy back.” With that, she left, going to aid another student.
“Are you happy now?” He asked me, smiling.
“I’m more than happy.” I leaned down, since he was sitting on one of the beds, and kissed him once on the lips.
Looking at him, I chuckled under my breath at the sight of a lipstick mark on his mouth. I decided to kiss him once again the cheek, leaving another mark. Opting against wiping it off, I thought he’d like a little teasing from his friends.
“Let’s go. We can’t make the boys wait any longer.” I grabbed his hand and made our way through the corridors and to the library.
Before entering, I released Remus’ hand, since the boys didn’t know about our relationship. Yet.
At the sight of us, James and Sirius perked up. But once we got closer, they noticed Remus’ face and started laughing. I knew exactly why.
“Hey guys.” Remus said, sitting down opposite them, taking out a book from his bag opening it, ready to study.
I plopped down next to him, and a chorus of hushed exclamations was heard.
“Do you know that red suits you well, Moony?”
“Had a lover and never told us, you traitor.”
Remus quickly lifted his head up, confused.
“What? What are you talking about?”
Sirius and James could only laugh at Remus’ face.
“W-What is it?!” Remus exclaimed looking at me, while I only shrugged, a slight smirk resting on my face.
He could only conjure a small mirror to look at himself. Once noticing, the realization of why they were laughing quickly downed on him.
“Wow, Remus, when were you going to tell us you had a girlfriend?” I asked, deciding to join the teasing, while the other two were dying of laughter.
Remus glared at me, but couldn’t help the smile that was appearing on his face.
“So? Who is it?” Sirius asked, still giggling a bit, nudging James with his elbow.
I leaned my head on my fist and looked at Remus, smiling sweetly. He sighed and glanced at me, chuckling before answering.
“You’d be dumb if you didn’t know who.”
I'm sorry I took too long to write this, but here it is! i hope you like it <3

Baby Potter - Sirius Black
cw: fem reader , slytherin reader , family issues , potter reader wc: 3.9k synopsis: James made it clear to leave his sister alone, but Sirius just couldn’t stay away.
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/1d1ae7a359eee71b743300856175409b/ed3871543298c94b-94/s540x810/8ede733a9a17cda31af034bf29141a22483e3a6b.webp)
You were a Potter, a year younger than your brother who was well known for his mischief around Hogwarts. It was very obvious you were the opposite from your brother, while he was loud and didn’t care to show affection, you spoke rarely and avoided any type of affection physically or verbally. He had friends seemingly in any room he was in, while you only stuck to a few people throughout your time in Hogwarts so far.
It’s not that you didn't want friends, you were just not the type to speak to people you didn't know. Although you looked rather neutral on the inside, it was easy to crack you. Your friends always said how you looked so mean at first, but as they got to know you it's like you were a whole different person.
It didn’t come as a shock whenever you were assigned Slytherin, you knew you would and you knew your parents knew that too. Though as the sorting hat screamed out for everyone to hear what house you were assigned you didn't miss all the shocked looks, you were the first Potter in Slytherin after all. What did shock you though is how ashamed your brother looked, immediately looking away from you as you made eye contact with him.
It was the end of your fifth year, and you were in your own compartment as your friends preferred to sit with their other friends. Which you didn’t necessarily mind as you liked the silent train ride, allowing yourself to prepare for the chaos that came with living in the same house as your brother and Sirius Black.
As the door slid open with the snack trolley you bought some chocolate frogs and jelly beans, knowing you’d only eat your favorite flavor and throw away the rest. You spent the whole train ride staring at the window, sighing as the train came to a stop signaling your arrival.
You grabbed your truck down from the storage above, and slung your school bag and slid it on your shoulder. You made your way through the crowded train and exited, immediately spotting your family and seeing as your mother had your brother in a tight hug. You sighed as you made your way towards them, as you neared closer your father noticed you first. “__ let me help with your trunk.” You let him take the trunk from your hand as your mother pulled away from James, turning to you with a warm smile. She placed her hands on either side of your face and sighed, “oh my dear, you just keep getting more gorgeous.”
You felt your ears burn with embarrassment as you saw Sirius smile in the corner of your eye, you muttered a small “hello to you too mom.” Eventually you five all left, apparating back to the manor. You immediately took your trunk from your father, slipping upstairs as you began to unpack.
You smiled to yourself whenever you laid eyes on your record player, and the wide range of records you had. You crouched down and looked over them all before pulling one out, carefully pulling the record out of its cover and placing it on your record player. Immediately Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen started playing, and you didn’t care about the others in the house as you turned it to max volume.
No doubt that Sirius and James were still down stairs with your parents, you decided to tidy up your room. Putting away the things in your luggage, and placing your school bag in your closet. You hummed along with music as you changed into more comfy clothes, switching out your jeans with sweatpants, and changing your Slytherin sweater to a black long sleeve shirt. A knock was heard on your door, opening a couple seconds later as Sirius peeked his head in. “You like Queen?” You looked at him, nodding. He smiled as he pushed the door open more, “well your mom wants you downstairs.”
You hummed and he took that as his sign to leave, leaving the door cracked open as he left. You sighed as you stood, and went back downstairs. Your parents were sitting on the couch, with James sprawled on the other end of it. Sirius was sitting in one of the armchairs wide ways, his legs hanging off the side.
You sat down in your own armchair chair, a gift your parents got you once they realized your distant nature wasn’t just a silly phase. Your mother turned to you with a soft smile, “your brother tells me you’ve made friends with some rather questionable people dear.” You felt as your brows pinched together, looking over to your brother before looking back to your mother.
“None of my friends are questionable people, and if i've been called down here to be questioned about my friends i’ll be leaving.” You made it clear immediately you weren’t going to be questioned on your friends, as if your brother and his friends were saints.
Your father sighed and he spoke this time, “you know we have no problem with your house __, but we made it clear for you to not become involved with the wrong people.” At this you rolled your eyes, “my friends are fine.” You heard a snort from your brother causing you to look over at him. “Shut up James, quit trying to butt into my life.” He only rolled his eyes with a small smile on his face, “why don't you tell mother and father who your friends are, hm?”
You glared at him and your mother spoke up again, “quit antagonizing your sister James.” You stood up from your chair, not caring as your mother spoke as you stomped back upstairs to your room and slammed your door shut.
Your brother had no right to act so high and mighty, he was constantly in trouble with his friends. You took the record from the record player and slid it back into its cover, carefully putting it away despite your attitude. Roughly an hour later you heard a soft knock on your door, “come in.” You put your journal down and made sure to close it once Sirius walked in.
He took a few steps in and closed the door behind him, “sorry ‘bout James” you huffed at his words with an eye roll. That earned a small smile from him, “he’s a prat.” Sirius laughed slightly, “I know you two don't get along well but he does care for you, he’s just trying to look out for you.” You clicked your tongue at this, “he sucks at showing it then.”
The room went silent for a minute before you spoke up “why’re you the one apologizing? He’s old enough to do it himself.” Sirius sighs taking a couple steps further into your room, “I just want you two to get along, that way I have an excuse to talk to his way cooler younger sister.” You saw the small teasing smile on his face causing your lips to tick up a bit before you forced it down. “Well anyways dinner is ready.” You stood from your bed as you two walked downstairs, sliding into your seat. Your parents were on either end of the table while the seat next to you was empty. Sirius occupied the seat in front of you while James sat to his left.
Your mother already prepared your plate and you muttered a small “thank you” before eating. Soon your father, Sirius and James began talking about quidditch which you immediately tuned out as you didnt care for the sport. As you ate your mother turned to you, “I apologize for earlier dear, I just want you to be safe.” You sighed as you lifted your eyes to look at her, “‘s fine.”
You always kept your answers short and clipped whenever you didn’t feel like talking about certain things, which your mother picked up on years ago. She offered you a small smile before entering the conversation about quidditch.
Almost a week of summer break has passed and you noticed how Sirius has talked to you more than last summer, and in general. He was always the one to tell you whenever dinner was ready, whenever your mom or dad needed you for something, at first it was a bit annoying but you grew used to it.
This time he strolled into your room, closing the door behind him. You noticed he had a plate of cookies, “here I wanted to bring you some before your brother ate them all.” You didn't stop yourself from smiling slightly, “thank you.” Sirius felt the butterflies in his stomach at the small smile, taking that as a win. He moved closer to where you were sitting on your bed, placing the plate down on your nightstand before sitting on the end of your bed.
You gave him a strange look as he sat on your bed, but you reached over and grabbed one of the cookies. At Hogwarts you would always snag a few cookies from the kitchens before heading back to your dorm. You took a bite of the chocolate chip cookie and hummed, covering your mouth with your hand as you chewed. “This is good, who made them?”
Sirius smirked from the praise, “I did, ‘m glad you like them.” You huffed, finishing off the cookie you had. “Well thank you for bringing me some.” He hummed, and you watched as his eyes scanned over you before he stood. “Well I gotta go, my broom is just calling my name right now.” The corners of your mouth ticked up as you waved at him, taking a bite of another cookie.
Once Sirius left your room he padded down the stairs and went to the backyard, his broom already leaning against the wall. James was already flying around so Sirius got on and followed after him.
Once he caught up with him he spoke up, “y’know your sister isn't as bad as you make her out to be.” James rolled his eyes as he scoffed. “Yea right, she's a git.” Sirius huffed as he shook his head, “you're not any better.” James looked over at Sirius with a weird look, “just leave my sister alone.” Sirius shrugged, “maybe I will, maybe I won't.” Before James could say anything Sirius shot forward on his broom.
It's been almost three weeks since summer break has started now, and you’ve noticed that Sirius keeps trying to speak to you. It's only amplified in the past two weeks so now you’ve decided to just play into it.
You were sitting under a tree in the massive backyard of your home, a sketchbook out and a plate of snacks your mother made you. You heard him before you saw him, as you sketched a bird you saw a few minutes ago he walked over to you.
He didn’t seem to care about personal space as he sat directly next to you, plucking a cracker off the snack plate. “What’re you drawing?” You lifted your pencil off the paper, turning the sketch book towards him. He smiled as he saw all the details you put into just a simple sketch.
He propped himself up with his hands behind him, “You should draw me in all my magnificent glory” he spoke with a large grin on his face.
You turned to look at him, scanning over his features. “You would be interesting to draw I suppose, I do need practice with portraits.” Sirius raised his brows a few times, tilting his head to the side.
You huffed out a breath and flipped to a blank paper in your book, “you're going to have to stay still for a bit so get in a comfortable position.” Sirius moved so he was laying on his side, propping his head up with his hand.
You rolled your eyes as he smirked, beginning to sketch his position. As you sketched Sirius used this time to look at you, the crease in between your brows as you concentrated, how frequently you licked your lips, the way hair would fall into your face no matter how many times you pushed it.
As you drew Sirius you noticed the small things, how there were tiny puncture scars on his ears from failed piercings, the small scar that was on his chin, his cracked black nail polish. He was so imperfectly perfect.
The both of you sat in silence for a little over an hour, the only sounds being your pencil against the thick paper, or the occasional gust of wind. As you finished blending some shadows casted over his face from the leaves you sighed, smiling to yourself as you were happy with your work. Sirius took this as a sign you were done, sitting up from his position and stretching his body.
Once he cracked his back he leaned forward and looked down at the paper, amazed by how talented you were. “If I didn’t know any better i’d say you were in love with me by all the small details.” You huffed out a small laugh, tidying up all your stuff.
“Do you think you could help me carry this stuff inside?” You nudged your head towards the now empty snack plate and the blanket you two were sitting on. He nodded his head as you both stood, you carrying your sketchbook and supplies.
You two walked back up towards the house in silence, him holding the back door open for you with a smooth “here you go sweetheart.” As you two walked back inside James was sitting in the kitchen with your mother. He turned to you two with a confused glare, “where were you two off at?” The small smile you had on your face quickly fell, Sirius taking note of that and huffing.
You looked over at Sirius, and he took that as a sign to speak. “Just out back, __ used her magnificent drawing skills to portray my excellent face.” You rolled your eyes but the corner of your mouth ticked up again as Sirius shot you a playful wink.
James looked in between the two of you as he stood, “whatever.” He walked out the kitchen as Sirius placed down the plate and blanket trailing behind him. You watched as he left, placing your sketchbook and supplies down on the counter as you went to put the plate in the sink.
“Ignore your brother dear, if you want to make friends with Sirius you can.” You looked over at your mom, offering her a small nod. She sighed as she watched you quickly leave the kitchen. You had your sketchbook and supplies as you left the kitchen, passing the living room which is where your brother and Sirius were sitting.
You glanced at Sirius, quickly looking away whenever you two made eye contact. You went up to your room and closed the door, you placed your things down on your desk before sitting on the edge of your bed. Untying the laces of your converse, and sliding them off.
Above your desk you had a pinboard to display all your favorite sketches and works. You stood from your bed and walked back over towards your desk, flipping your sketchbook open to the drawing you did of Sirius. You stared at it for a moment before carefully ripping the paper out the book.
You opened one of the drawers and grabbed a black pushpin, pinning the drawing right in the middle of the board. Your eyes skimmed over the other sketches as you smiled to yourself, over the past few years you’ve improved greatly. Mostly because whenever you were alone in school you spend your free time drawing.
Hours later your mother called you down for dinner, as you entered the dining room you and Sirius made eye contact. He smiled at you and you flashed him a small smile before sitting down in your seat. Soon everyone fell into a conversation like usual, your brother cackling every few minutes. You noticed Sirius was a bit more quiet than usual but you brushed it off.
As you took a bite of the mashed potatoes your mom made you felt someone's socked foot knock against yours. You looked up and made eye contact with Sirius, who was smirking at you before he turned and joined in on the conversation.
You went to pull your foot but he was faster and locked your feet in between his ankles hooked behind your feet. You huffed slightly, looking back at him as he seemed normal.
That's how you sat for the remainder of dinner, his legs hooked around yours as he pretended everything was normal. He saw how your ears redend which made a permanent smirk rest on his face.
Finally everyone was done with their food and your mother dismissed everyone from the table, Sirius unhooked your legs and you quickly stood up and went up to your room.
Throughout your time in Hogwarts you’ve only had a handful of crushes, you went on one date, and never were in a serious relationship. You hadn’t even had your first kiss yet.
You knew Sirius has had his first kiss, he even lost his virginity already. You’ve never been embarrassed about being so inexperienced but as you thought it over it was kinda sad. All of your friends have had their first everything, always talking about some new boy they’ve snogged or slept with.
You grabbed a pair of pajamas, some thin sleeping pants and a random sleep shirt you’ve had for years. You left your bedroom and went to the bathroom down the hall, quickly locking the door behind you.
You stripped out of your clothes and got in the shower, taking your time and savoring the hot water. Once you got out you dried yourself off and wrapped one of the towels around your body. You wrung the water out of your hair one more time before unlocking the bathroom door and stepped out.
As you turned away from the bathroom door you froze as you made direct eye contact with Sirius, whose face was flushed and his mouth was slightly opened. Your eyes widened and you quickly walked past him and went into your bedroom, locking the door behind you.
You sighed as you pressed your back against the door, lifting your hand to your cheek and feeling how flushed your face was. You pushed off the door and went over to your clothes that were laid on your bed and quickly changed. You carefully brushed your hair, drying it with your towel and putting it up.
You moved over to your bed, sitting down with your back against your headboard. Draping the covers over your legs as you grabbed your book off the side table.
Almost an hour had passed before a knock on your door startled you, causing you to huff “come in.” A barely noticeable smile slipped onto your face once Sirius stepped into your room. He quietly shut the door behind him, and you noticed he must've just got out of the shower with how wet his hair was.
He moved closer to your bed standing closer to you, “your brother is asleep so i’ve come to bother you.” You rolled your eyes but nonetheless put your book back on the table. In reality Sirius reminded you a lot of one of your friends back in Hogwarts.
“I thought he didn’t want you speaking to me?” Sirius shrugged, “who cares.” You smiled, sticking your tongue out to lick over your bottom lip. You watched as Sirius looked around your room, but you noticed something caught his eye. “Wow you like me so much that you hang up my portrait on your wall?”
You felt your cheeks burn up, “I just liked the art…” he smiled as he turned back to look at you. “Keep telling yourself that.” As his eyes locked onto yours you felt butterflies in your stomach. You looked away, suddenly finding the carpet on your floor interesting.
You felt a shift from the bottom of the bed, flickering your eyes back over to Sirius. A gasp slipped past your lips as he was now a lot closer. He was sitting next to you, facing you.
The room went silent, only being able to hear your rapid heartbeat and breathing. He lifted his hand and brushed his knuckles over your cheek, “can I kiss you sweetheart?” Your eyes widened a bit more, despite your shock you nodded your head.
Sirius smiled, moving his hand from your cheek and to hook it under your chin. Moving the both of you closer, he pressed a gentle kiss on your lips. You let your eyes closed as your hands awkwardly rested in your lap, as he pulled away your eyes fluttered back open.
A sheepish smile was on your face while he was smiling confidently, as you spoke your voice was a merely audible “that was my first kiss.” You felt your embarrassment grow as his eyes widened, “really?” You nodded your head.
He hummed, “well i'm glad I got to kiss your lips first.” You huffed out a breath, lifting your hand to place it on his chest and giving him a gentle nudge as he fell back.
He laughed as he propped himself up on his elbows, looking at you. He realized how adorable you looked in the moment, your cheeks were flushed, and your lips were slightly red from the kiss.
You stared at him for a moment before looking down at your hands in your lap, “you can't tell James.” Sirius sighed, “I know.” You picked up on the disappointment in his tone, but brushed it off.
Sirius spent the next two hours in your room, the both of you talking. Though you preferred to listen rather than being the one to speak. He didn't mind your silence as he spoke, he could tell you were listening by the barely noticeable expression’s on your face, and by the questions you would ask.
As he was wrapping up a story from a prank he and the other marauders pulled he noticed as you yawned, him pausing. “Tired?” You hummed, nodding. He sighed as he sat up from where he was laying, standing up from the bed. You watched him as he stood, biting your lip as you remembered the kiss again. “Alright, goodnight sweetheart.” Once he took a few steps you spoke “Sirius.”
He paused his steps, turning over to you “hm?” You looked away as you licked your lips. “Can you..” he smiled as he caught on, walking back over to stand by the side of the bed. “Can I do what?” You glared at him, “you already know.” He raised his brows, lifting his hand to tap on his chin “really I have no idea what you could be meaning __.”
You rolled your eyes, looking away from him again as you mumbled “can you kiss me again?” His eyes immediately snapped back over to you, smirking. “Well of course, that's all you had to say.” He placed his right hand on the side of your neck, his other hooking under your chin again. He angled your head up as he leaned down, placing a kiss to your lips.
He hummed into the kiss as your hand gripped the front of his shirt, tugging him closer. After pressing a few more kisses to your lips he pulled away, “goodnight __.” He watched as you licked over your lips, “goodnight Sirius.”

Sit With Me - A Wolfstar oneshot
"I mean its ridiculous, utterly ridiculous!"
Everyone turns to Sirius, well, almost everyone.
"Look at him! He didn't even hear what I said"
Lily, sitting across James' lap, sniggers into his shoulder.
" 'Course I did" Remus replies, still not taking his eyes off his book. "You said (exaggerates Sirius's posh Bath accent) I mean its ridiculous, utterly ridiculous!"
"Moony you wound me so!" He flings himself towards the other end of the sofa, where James and Lily sit, a hand over his forehead. "Look at our friends!"
Now Remus does lift his gaze. Everyone was paired off. Marlene had Dorcas in her lap and was whispering into the girls' ear, making her giggle. James' hand was already out of sight, buried under Lily's jumper as she got as close to him as possible. Peter and Desdemona were fast asleep, leaned into each other. Only Mary was alone, sprawled along her own sofa painting her toe-nails in various weird positions. But as Mary had told them many a time, she had no interest in boyfriends, only good times.
"Why is it that my boyfriend would rather be cuddled up with a book than me?"
He wasn't even asking Remus, who'd chosen to sit on the floor. He didn't comfortably fit on any of the settees in the gryffindor common room, so he usually lied in between many blankets and cussions. Tonight, he had his back to a wall of pillows and was covered by a plethora of blankets. Sirius continued staring at James with puppy dog eyes, awaiting an answer.
"I'm sorry, I was at a good bit." Remus explains, "Besides, why didn't you just come sit with me?" He cocks his head at Sirius, smiling mock-innocently.
Just as Remus had known he would, Sirius comes over to him immediately. Muttering to himself as he went: "Pretty bugger, looking at me with those eyes, how dare he..."
Once Sirius is standing above him, Remus takes his hand and brings him down onto the floor with him. He opens the blankets for him and Sirius quickly shimmies in, unaware of his friend's smiling gazes behind him. He props his head against Remus' chest, legs already getting tangled up with the other boy's. Under the covers, Remus places his hand on the small of his back and, fully discarding his book, begins stroking Sirius' hair.
All around them the lazy conversation continues, mainly carried by James and Marlene, ever energetic, even at 2 in the morning. But all Remus can concentrate on is his boyfriend's smile as he looks up at him. Sirius has evidently completely forgot the fact that they are not the only ones in the room; He strokes Remus' face for a while, with a gaze so open and emotionally intense it makes Remus' heart melt. Remus loves it when Sirius has a cheeky glint in his eye. He adores it when he's just woken up and sleep still sticks to his features. Even angry or sad Sirius is breathtakingly beautiful. But nothing will ever surpass the feeling Remus' gets when Sirius looks at him like a man in love. His grey eyes are open wide, his perfect brows slightly scrunched together, a small smile plays on his lips. The expression makes him look younger, taking Remus back to when he fell in love with him, two years prior, they were only 15.
"Love you" he wispers.
Sirius replies by taking his hand and kissing his knuckles, " I love you".
Finally, he lays his hands on whichever part of Remus' torso he can reach comfortably and closes his eyes. Not long after, Sirius begins to snore lightly, surrounded all around by love and warmth, Remus smiling at him like a maniac in love.

Rules huh?
Sirius Black x James's sister reader
warnings: Honestly other than the reader being referred to as she/her, one year age gap, and being called beautiful I think nothing, lmk if I missed anything.
pt2, pt3
synopsis: There was one rule..and he had broken it.
Sitting in the Gryffindor common room were the four marauders.
or well three of them were sitting, the last one was pacing back and forth on the carpet such that a few more minutes would have started to dig a hole in it.
"mate...trust us, why'd we wanna get with Your sister anyway?
That was Moony, always the ever-so-sensible one
"yea, when I could have anyone at Hogwarts I assure you I wouldn't lay an eye on your sister. I'm serious"
yes...he was Sirius alright.
Here's what happened.
When James received an owl regarding his sister's transfer to Hogwarts in her fourth year, needless to say, he wasn't stoked.
It not only meant she'd be able to owl their parents on what shenanigans he did throughout the school year but it also meant keeping Boys away from her.
The first to receive this lecture were the marauders...at the least, James had to make sure his best friends weren't involved with his sister in any way.
So he had one rule...just one
Do Not Fall For My Sister.
"yea mate, not like we'd like her when she shares a face with you."
Quipped worm tail as the others agreed.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Oh how wrong they were...
not only did you look Nothing like your brother, but you were also one of the most beautiful girls the boys had ever seen.
Sirius's interest was immediately piqued.
He'd catch a glance of you each time you'd walk the halls, or he'd drag the rest to follow you into the library, they, of course, didn't say anything because they knew how much of a book nerd Sirius could be.
It started to get a little suspicious...then he'd ask Moony to ask the gang, and they'd continue their library trips.
Honestly speaking you'd try to maintain your distance from your brother's group, the last thing you want is a bunch of fifth years on your tail.
Though part of that came from the lecture you received on your end as well...
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Sirius Orion Black
He was interesting, to say the least, he had a generally flirty personality and would often be seen winking at girls in the halls.
Oddly enough, despite your brother's warning, you were on the receiving end of quite a few.
James did NOT approve
He's noticed the little smiles and glances exchanged between the two of you rather quickly, considering how little observant he is, 7 months is quick for him.
But oh well, Sirius had broken the one rule his best friend had set up...and maybe you had too.
A/N: lmk if yall want a part two, I've been in such a marauders era brain rot please give me fic recommendations if you have any. I also haven't checked it too well so lmk if you find any mistakes I'll write a part two if enough people want one.

The Heart Knows
Sirius Black x reader
Sirius Black was always the life of the party, but since he met you, he found a new reason to smile. Your laugh, your wit, your beauty; he couldn't get enough of you. You both had an undeniable chemistry, a connection that ran deeper than just physical attraction.
As he held you in his arms, he felt his heart flutter. He never thought he could feel this way about someone, but with you, everything felt different. He felt a sense of completeness, like he finally found what he had been missing all along.
You were his rock, his safe haven, the one person who could make all of his problems disappear. You were the only one who could truly see him, see through the facade he put up for the rest of the world. With you, he could be vulnerable, he could let his guard down and just be himself.
As you lay in bed together, his fingers traced circles on your skin, sending shivers down your spine. You turned to face him, your eyes locking with his. You could see the love and adoration he had for you reflected in his gaze.
He leaned in, his lips meeting yours in a soft and tender kiss. It was a moment filled with so much love and tenderness that it felt like time had stopped.
He pulled away slightly, his forehead resting against yours. "I love you," he whispered, his breath warm against your skin.
You smiled, your heart bursting with happiness. "I love you too," you whispered back.
In that moment, everything felt right. The world could be falling apart around them, but as long as they had each other, they knew they could get through anything.
As the night went on, they lay tangled up in each other, their hearts beating as one. It was a moment that they would never forget, a moment that solidified their love for each other.
With Sirius by your side, you felt like you could conquer anything. And as he held you close, you knew that he felt the same way.

Wolfstar Oneshot! ~ 1.9k words
Modern AU, the marauders are university students on holiday. Background Jegulus (no one knows), pining Sirius, oblivious Remus.
CW: negative self-talk, homophobia, references to physical and emotional abuse.
“Do you want to talk about it?”
Sirius looked up as Remus closed the door behind him. He swallowed down the sharp retort already crawling it’s way out of his throat, internally chastising himself for his irritation at the concern in his friends eyes.
He sighed and threw his phone to the side, stretching out his limbs. He had been lying on the comfortable guest bed, scrolling mindlessly. He didn’t want to talk, he didn’t even really want to think. Down the hall, his brother was sleeping in the room beside James’— Sirius’ room— he had to keep reminding himself. His room, after he had shown up at the Potters weeks earlier. Regulus slept in his room, bruised in the same way Sirius had been and refusing to talk about it.
He finally looked at Remus who was sat on the edge of the bed, studying him as if he was a complicated bomb he had been sent to diffuse. Sirius supposed it might be true, James certainly wasn’t here attempting this conversation. Not after the argument that had ensued upon Regulus’ arrival. He was embarrassed by the cruel things he had said to James in anger, in anger and panic and misplaced jealousy. He always reacted without thinking, always jumped to the worst conclusion. Then the guilt came and he’d avoid thinking about the apologies he owed. Sirius steeled himself and met Remus’ eyes, eyes that were so annoyingly big and brown and concerned for him. He managed what he thought was a rather diplomatic,
“No, not particularly”
The corner of Remus’ mouth turned up. That fucking crooked smile that made Sirius forget why he was sulking. The smug bastard. He readied himself for another argument, prepared himself for Remus to push him, for him to say everything Sirius didn’t want to hear. Instead Remus said,
“Okay, do you want to watch a film then?”
God Bless Remus Lupin. He nodded and reached down to the floor beside the bed to grab his laptop. Remus batted him on the shoulder to shuffle over and made himself comfortable beside him while Sirius opened Netflix. They fell into an easy silence, broken only by the sounds of Mr. Potter doing the washing up downstairs and a breeze slipping through the cracked window. Sirius scrolled through their movie options.
“Oh I’ve heard this is good, have you seen it?” Sirius asked as his mouse hovered over a thriller.
“That looks absolutely terrible” Remus scowled at the screen
“What! No it doesn’t. Look, it’s got Jake Gyllenhaal, you love him.”
“I do not love Jake Gyllenhaal, why would you think I love Jake Gyllenhaal?”
“You love his big blue eyes.” Sirius smirked to himself.
“Oh yeah, how could I forget. I love his big blue eyes almost as much as I love it when you shut the fuck up and pick a film”
Sirius chuckled. Something that had been coiled tightly in his chest was unfurling, he hadn’t even noticed how stiffly he was holding his shoulders until he was teasing Remus. He replied,
“We’re watching this one because I’m the one in emotional distress and you’ll only want to watch something entirely depressing or The Lord of The Rings and I’m not in the mood”
“Fine” Remus sighed while Sirius clicked play. He stole a glance at that crooked smirk and suddenly became aware of Remus lying on the bed mere inches away, his head angled toward him to see the screen, the soft orange light from the bedside lamp glowing through the mess of brown hair atop the other boys head. He turned his attention firmly back to the screen and they settled into the film, which Sirius conceded wouldn’t win Jake any awards (though he of course didn’t voice this opinion). He was actually feeling quite calm, interested in the film, though distracted by Remus’ ankle sometimes brushing up against his when-
“It’s not your fault you know” Remus said about twenty minutes in.
Sirius hit the space bar with more force than was necessary.
“I thought we had established that I didn’t want to talk about this?”
“We don’t have to talk about it. I’m not even talking to you, just you know, speaking to the room at large.”
“Well, shut up”
“You don’t even have to listen, I actually would prefer if you’d mind your own business. I’m just choosing to say out loud, to anyone who might be interested and would like to know, that what happened to Regulus is no one’s fault but his parents”
Anger flared in Sirius as he turned his head to the left and was met with warm brown eyes. Remus held his stare, unflinching stubbornness written all over his features. Fuck you, Sirius thought, Fuck you for your comically long eyelashes, fuck you for trying to make me feel better, and fuck you for knowing that I’m going to take the bait.
In little more than a whisper and without breaking his stare, Sirius said, “We don’t even know what happened. Because Regulus won’t say, and because I left him there. I knew what they were capable of and I left him there. So yeah, it is my fault, at least partially.”
Remus’ eyes softened a bit and Sirius hated himself. The boy in front of him was all shades of gold. Like the hour before sunset, when everything is so still and warm and heartbreaking that it almost hurts to look at. Remus almost hurt to look at. He was his friend, his best friend, and after James Sirius didn’t think he was allowed any more best friends. Whatever higher power had granted him James Potter, Sirius didn’t know but he had spent everyday since in a perpetual state of gratitude. Then he was granted Remus Lupin and he knew he didn’t deserve him, yet he still looked at him and wanted. He was selfish, impulsive, aloof on his good days and cruel on his bad. Still, James and Remus and all of his friends gave him their patience and empathy and love. Suddenly he felt close to tears.
Before he could turn away, Remus replied, “You had no choice Pads, you know that. He wouldn’t leave with you, and you had to get out of there. You can’t protect him from everything and you can’t make his decisions. He’s safe now and you’re safe now. That’s it. There’s no blame to be ha—“
“Then why did he call James?” The question that had been eating at Sirius all day.
Regulus was his brother. It had always been them surviving in that household, looking out for each other. Looking out for each other even when they stopped really talking to each other. Sirius had always taken the brunt of his parents’ cruelty to protect Regulus, and then when Regulus needed help, when he needed somewhere to go..
Sirius swallowed the lump in his throat “Why would he call James and not me? If he doesn’t blame me, why would he call James”
“Sirius…” Remus began but he was too overwhelmed to listen. Regulus was always his to protect, no one else would. It was one of the first things he had learned and though he knew it was irrational, knew that they were adults, that Regulus made his own choices, deep down he still felt that anything that happened to Regulus was because of him. His mother had instilled that in him.
And suddenly he became overwhelmed by the proximity of Remus. By his smell and his stupid eyelashes and his stupid nose and his stupid hoodie that was perfectly soft and somehow too big for the giant fucker and his smart-ass mouth that pissed him off but still somehow always said the right thing. And he was overwhelmed by his mother’s voice in his head telling him that he was a fuckup and an idiot. Telling him he was disgusting, telling him to stop acting so fucking gay. The words choked him and the scars on his body reminded him that everything was his fault. His fucking fault. It was his fault that Regulus had been there on his own. His fault that his family hated him so completely. His fault that he woke up everyday and wanted his best friend in a way that wasn’t fair.
He sat up as the tears started spilling down his cheeks and his breathing became difficult. He hid his face in his hands. The only person who had ever seen Sirius cry was James but in that moment the only thing he could do was cry. So he cried, he cried in relief that his brother was safe and in anguish that he hadn’t been there to take the force of his mother’s rage. He cried because he knew if he had stayed he wouldn’t have survived. He felt a large hand on his back and for maybe the first time, didn’t feel embarrassed to be crying. Remus’ presence was warm and steady, patient and completely disarming. He started to catch his breath and heard Remus say quietly,
“I don’t know why he called James, I honestly don’t. But I’m glad that he called anyone, and once he’s more settled you guys can start sorting all this out. You’re a good brother Sirius, anyone can see that you’d go to war for the kid. Just don’t be so hard on yourself, and try not to be so hard on James, okay? You know how he loves being the hero, he probably called Regulus himself”
Sirius huffed a laugh, “Fuck, I owe a lot of apologies don’t I?” His voice was still slightly muffled by the sleeves of his hoodie.
“Yeah, you do.” Remus continued, “but fortunately James is a very forgiving hero” Sirius laughed quietly again and wiped his nose with the back of his sleeve. He finally lifted his head and turned to look back at Remus.
“Oh, fuck you” Remus said and rolled his eyes.
“What??”
“Of course you’d still look pretty right after crying your eyes out.”
Sirius barked out a loud laugh
“Aw, Moony, you think I’m pretty?” Remus pushed his shoulder away, “you always know exactly how to make me feel better.” He reached for his water bottle on the bedside table, still snickering.
“Do you?” Remus’ voice wasn’t teasing.
“Do I what?”
“Feel better?” There was such earnestness in Remus’ gaze.
“Yeah, I do” Sirius leaned back on the pillow, turning to face Remus “do you still want to watch the movie?”
Remus smiled “Yeah, go on. I do actually love his big blue eyes”

beautiful stranger
modern au! young!sirius black x reader
(i got the prompt from @mrsaluado, thank you so much lovely!! they’re a fantastic writer so please go check them out :)) def recommend listening to beautiful stranger by laufey whilst reading!)
(it’s a very very quick drabble and it is unedited so please keep that in mind haha, probably not my best work ^^”)
beautiful stranger, sitting right there
looked up at me with my dark curly hair
sirius black liked mornings. he didn’t love them. he didn’t love getting up early and dragging himself out of bed. but he liked them. this morning, sirius has found his bike out of commission, and was reduced to public transport. but sirius didn’t mind. it was peaceful; it was nice to sit on a train as the world was still waking up and people were still quiet, immersed in their own world. sirius reckoned they felt the same sort of peace he did.
so there he was, sirius black, sitting on the train, reading the newspaper. skimming it, really. glancing at headlines, seeing if there were any particular articles that caught his eye. once one did, he folded the newspaper in half, reading closely, glancing at the picture every so often to help him visualize the story better.
and then he noticed you.
he glanced up, and there was someone looking at him, looking at his dark, curly hair with beautiful eyes that could only be described as lovestruck. before sirius could do anything about it, the person looked away; quickly, shyly. sirius ducked his head back into the newspaper, but his focus wasn’t on the article anymore. he could feel the person across from him stealing glances at him, once, twice more. sirius smiled, and he stole a glance himself, stole one right back from the person across from him; he watched discreetly as his admirer’s cheeks flushed a pink that was barely visible, and watched two nervous hands fidget with each other, picking nails, scratching the back of the hand.
sirius was used to people looking at him. sirius knew he was hot— he was tall, he had a nice figure, he had a sharp jaw and gray eyes with the piercing paleness that society seemed to adore so much. but that’s not how this person looked at him. this person looked at him like he was ethereal. otherworldly. beautiful.
and so were you.
he wanted to break down, right then and there, from the mere gaze of a stranger whose eyes were so achingly filled with emotion that he wanted to look away.
sirius’s smile didn’t once leave his lips, not even when he felt the train slow down and he swayed ever so slightly at the feeling of the train coming to a stop. he watched from behind the newspaper and the person stood up. sirius lay the newspaper on his lap, and his eyes met the person’s again.
please, pleaded two sets of eyes. please, tell me your name.
but one set of eyes stayed on the train, and another one got off, and no pairs of lips spoke a word. dark, curly hair disappeared behind the newspaper, and a lovesick beauty left through the doors.
a love that came and left with the train
my beautiful stranger

Word Count: 2500+
Masterlist

The sun hung low over Hogwarts, casting a golden hue across the grounds, illuminating the ancient stone and sprawling greenery. The Great Lake shimmered under the afternoon light, rippling gently with the whispers of the breeze. Laughter echoed from the Gryffindor common room, where the Marauders had congregated, their typical banter filling the air.
Sirius Black lounged comfortably on the plush armchair, his signature smirk in place as he flirted effortlessly with a group of girls who hung on his every word. He thrived in the attention, relishing the playful banter and the easy confidence that came from being the center of attraction. Yet, amidst the laughter and lighthearted jests, his thoughts drifted. They wandered to her—Y/n, the girl who had somehow breached the fortress of his heart.
Y/n sat nearby, engaged in conversation with Lily and James, her laughter ringing like a melody that captivated him. She was stunning, her features a blend of innocence and strength, but what truly drew him in were her eyes—deep and expressive, reflecting a world of thoughts and emotions. Yet, despite his heart racing at her presence, Sirius struggled with the way he felt about her.
He had always been a flirt, weaving through relationships like a butterfly, leaving behind a trail of admirers and broken hearts. But with Y/n, it was different. She wasn’t just another girl; she had become a secret treasure, something worth cherishing, yet he couldn’t find the words to convey his feelings. Instead, he resorted to his old ways, flirtation pouring from his lips like honey, masking the deeper emotions brewing within him.
“Hey there, beautiful,” he drawled, leaning back with that familiar, devil-may-care attitude as he aimed his attention at Y/n. She glanced up, momentarily meeting his gaze, and the light in her eyes dimmed slightly. It was a subtle shift, barely noticeable, yet it cut through him like a knife.
“Do you need help with your Charms essay?” she asked, a faint smile touching her lips, but it didn’t reach her eyes.
“Only if you promise to help me pass,” he teased, casting her a roguish grin. His heart sank as he noticed her forced smile.
Y/n turned her attention back to Lily, dismissing him without another glance. It stung more than he anticipated. The fleeting moments where they would steal glances at each other were now replaced with a growing distance. Confusion gnawed at him; he could see the hurt in her expression, but he didn't know how to bridge the gap he had unintentionally created.
As days passed, the pattern continued. Sirius would flirt and charm, drawing laughter from those around him, but Y/n remained distant. She spent time with Lily, her laughter still ringing, but it was tinged with an undertone of sadness that tugged at Sirius’s heartstrings.
It was during a quiet evening in the common room that Remus noticed the shift in atmosphere. Sirius sat across from him, a frown creasing his forehead as he stared into the flickering flames of the fireplace.
“Mate, what’s up with you?” Remus asked, concern lacing his voice.
Sirius sighed, running a hand through his unruly hair. “It’s Y/n. I can’t seem to reach her. Every time I flirt with her, it’s like I’m pushing her away.”
“Have you considered that maybe she sees you as just another fling?” Remus mused, his brow furrowing in thought. “You’re known for your charm, Sirius. She might think you want her for all the wrong reasons.”
“I don’t!” Sirius exclaimed, frustration leaking through his tone. “I like her, Remus. I genuinely like her. But every time I try to show it, I just end up making things worse.”
Remus leaned back, crossing his arms as he regarded his friend. “Maybe you need to try something different. Show her you care without the flirtation. Get her flowers or something.”
“Flowers?” Sirius echoed, incredulous. “I’m not some lovesick puppy!”
“Right, but if you want her to believe that you’re serious about your feelings, you have to show her. She’s not going to believe it if you keep playing the same game,” Remus replied, his voice calm but firm.
Sirius mulled over Remus’s words. It felt utterly foreign to him—this idea of soft gestures and vulnerability. But if it meant winning Y/n’s heart, he was willing to try. He just had to learn how to break through the walls he’d unintentionally built around her heart.
The next morning, Sirius made a plan. He found himself wandering through the Hogwarts grounds, heading towards the greenhouses. The vibrant flowers swayed in the gentle breeze, each petal whispering promises of beauty. He approached a cluster of blooming daisies and picked a small bouquet, the innocent blooms representing the simplicity of his growing affection for Y/n.
Clutching the flowers tightly, he made his way back to the Gryffindor common room. His heart raced with uncertainty, thoughts swirling in his mind. Would this be enough to prove to Y/n that he was different? That he wanted more than just a fleeting moment?
When he entered the common room, Y/n was sitting by the window, her gaze lost in the distance. The sunlight caught her hair, making it glow, and for a moment, Sirius simply stood there, captivated. Taking a deep breath, he approached her, forcing down the anxiety that threatened to overwhelm him.
“Y/n?” he said softly, and she turned to him, surprise flickering in her eyes.
“What’s this?” she asked, glancing at the flowers in his hand.
“Um, they’re for you,” he stammered, the words tumbling out awkwardly.
Her brows furrowed in confusion. “For me?”
“Yeah. I thought… I thought maybe you’d like them,” he said, extending the bouquet toward her.
She hesitated, her gaze shifting from the flowers to his face, searching for something deeper. “Why, Sirius?”
“Because I like you,” he replied, his heart pounding. “Not just as a flirtation or a game. I care about you, Y/n.”
Her expression remained guarded, doubt clouding her features. “You say that now, but you’ve always been a flirt. How am I supposed to believe you?”
The sting of her words hit hard. “Because I wouldn’t do this for anyone else. I’m not trying to play you, I promise.”
Y/n reached out, tentatively accepting the flowers, but the uncertainty in her eyes lingered. “I just… I don’t want to be another one of your flings, Sirius. I’m not like the others.”
“I don’t want that either,” he insisted, his voice earnest. “I’m trying to show you that I’m serious about us. I want to be more than just a passing moment.”
For a brief moment, hope flickered in her eyes before it dimmed again. “It’s hard to believe that when you’ve built your reputation on charm.”
Sirius felt a wave of frustration wash over him, but he held it back, knowing it wouldn’t help his case. Instead, he thought of Remus and his advice. “Give me a chance to prove it. Let me show you how I feel.”
As the days rolled by, Sirius embraced the challenge. With Remus’s guidance, he began to shower Y/n with small, thoughtful gestures. He’d leave her little notes hidden in her books, the words carefully chosen to reflect his growing feelings. He surprised her with her favorite sweets from Honeydukes, savoring the way her eyes lit up with joy each time.
“Honestly, Sirius,” she said one evening, glancing at the assortment of chocolates he’d brought her. “You’re being way too nice.”
“Is that a bad thing?” he replied, a teasing lilt in his voice, but his heart raced with nervous energy. “I just want to show you I’m serious about this.”
Y/n took a deep breath, her defenses slowly crumbling as she began to see the sincerity in his actions. “You’re really trying, aren’t you?”
“Every day,” he admitted, the weight of his feelings resting heavily in the air between them. “I just want you to see that I’m different. That I care about you, not just as a flirt but as someone I want in my life.”
She looked at him for a long moment, her expression softening. “It’s hard to let go of my doubts, Sirius. I’ve seen how you are with other girls. It’s difficult to reconcile that with how you are with me.”
Sirius nodded, understanding her struggle. “I know I have a reputation, but I promise you—what I feel for you is real. It scares me, to be honest, but it’s the truth.”
Their conversations continued, each interaction building a bridge between them, and slowly, the walls Y/n had erected began to crumble. She’d catch glimpses of his true self—the gentle side that cared deeply, and with every small act, he felt himself falling further into the depths of his feelings.
One evening, as the Marauders gathered in their usual spot in the common room, Sirius couldn’t help but steal glances at Y/n. She was sitting with Lily, sharing a laugh over some inside joke, the sound of her happiness wrapping around him like a warm blanket. It was a comforting sight, yet a pang of longing tightened in his chest.
“Alright, Padfoot,” James said, nudging him. “You’re practically drooling over there. Just go talk to her!”
“Yeah, before she gets snatched up by someone else,” Remus chimed in, a teasing smile gracing his lips.
“I’m trying!” Sirius retorted, but a nervous energy buzzed within him. “I just… want to make sure I don’t mess this up.”
“Just be honest,” James advised, his tone turning serious. “You’ve been making progress. Show her that you’re genuine.”
With that, Sirius rose, his heart pounding as he crossed the room. Y/n looked up as he approached, her expression shifting from surprise to curiosity.
“Hey, can I borrow you for a minute?” he asked, a hint of nervousness coloring his voice.
“Sure,” she replied, her smile encouraging.
He led her to a quieter corner of the common room, the soft glow of the fire casting gentle shadows around them. “I just wanted to talk to you… away from everyone else,” he said, his throat tightening.
“What’s on your mind?” she asked, her voice gentle.
“I know I’ve messed up in the past,” he began, his heart racing. “And I know it’s hard for you to see me as anything more than a flirt. But the truth is, you mean more to me than I can put into words. I’m falling for you, Y/n, and I don’t want to hide it anymore.”
Her eyes widened, a flicker of surprise crossing her features. “You’re serious?”
“Yes,” he affirmed, stepping closer, his gaze unwavering. “I know it’s scary and uncertain, but I want to give us a chance. You’re not just another girl to me. You’re special.”
Y/n’s expression softened, a mix of vulnerability and hope reflecting in her eyes. “I want to believe you, Sirius, but it’s hard.”
“I understand,” he replied, reaching out to gently take her hand. “But I promise, I’ll show you. Just give me a chance.”
Tension hung in the air as they stood together, hearts racing in sync. For a brief moment, it felt like the world had faded away, leaving just the two of them amidst the crackling warmth of the fire.
As days turned into weeks, Sirius continued to prove himself, each gesture a step closer to Y/n’s heart. They studied together, shared secrets, and laughed late into the night, the connection between them growing deeper. Y/n began to let her guard down, her laughter becoming more genuine, the warmth of their interactions melting away her reservations.
One evening, while sitting under the stars on the castle grounds, Y/n turned to Sirius, her expression thoughtful. “You’ve really changed, you know. I’ve never seen this side of you before.”
Sirius chuckled softly, a warm smile playing on his lips. “It’s all your fault, really. You make me want to be better.”
Y/n laughed, the sound light and free, and it filled him with joy. “I’m glad. I really am.”
“I’ve been thinking,” he said, his tone shifting as he searched for the right words. “About how I feel. I mean, it’s not just about flirting anymore. I want to be with you, for real.”
Y/n’s breath caught, surprise dancing in her eyes. “Sirius… do you mean it?”
“Every word,” he declared, leaning in closer, vulnerability evident in his gaze. “I want you in my life, not just as a fleeting moment but as something lasting.”
A smile broke across her face, illuminating the shadows of doubt that had lingered for so long. “I believe you,” she whispered, her voice barely audible over the soft rustle of leaves.
Sirius felt a warmth spread through him at her words, a sense of relief washing over him. “Really?”
“Yeah, I do,” she replied, her eyes shining with sincerity. “I think I’m starting to see the real you beneath all that charm.”
Their gazes locked, and in that moment, everything shifted. The air crackled with unspoken feelings, and Sirius leaned in, his heart pounding with anticipation. The distance between them vanished as their lips met in a tender kiss, a sweet culmination of everything they had built together.
As the weeks continued to unfold, the Marauders witnessed the transformation in their friend. Sirius was no longer the carefree flirt, but rather a young man in love, navigating the complexities of his newfound feelings. Y/n brought out the best in him, and he reveled in the joy of being with her.
One day, as they sat in the common room surrounded by their friends, Y/n leaned into Sirius, her head resting on his shoulder. “You know, I never thought I’d find someone like you,” she murmured softly.
Sirius smiled, wrapping his arm around her, pulling her closer. “And I never thought I’d want someone so much,” he admitted, a hint of awe in his voice.
Their friends watched the exchange with knowing smiles, the atmosphere in the room warm and filled with laughter. The Marauders shared their own banter, but the love blossoming between Sirius and Y/n was undeniable, a testament to the power of genuine affection.
With every passing day, Sirius found himself more entrenched in his feelings, each moment shared with Y/n reinforcing his belief that love could exist beyond mere flirtation. And as they continued to grow together, he realized that beneath the charm and bravado lay a heart yearning for connection—one that had finally found its match.
Their journey was just beginning, but the road ahead shimmered with promise, illuminated by the light of their love—a bond forged through laughter, understanding, and the unbreakable connection that comes from truly knowing one another.
In the depths of his heart, Sirius Black understood that this was no longer just a game; it was real, and he was ready to embrace it fully.
As the stars twinkled above them, Sirius squeezed Y/n's hand, feeling her warmth beside him. Together, they stepped into a future that held countless adventures, where their love would grow, unfurling like the flowers he had once brought her—delicate yet resilient, a beautiful testament to their journey together.

Today's @wolfstarmicrofic prompt is frostbite!
Remus is just trying to write his potions essay. The others had decided to spend the freezing weekend outside, for some strange, demented reason. Remus isn't quite insane enough to wreck his joints in the cold, so he spends a day in beautifully relaxing silence.
That is, until the door opens.
Remus glances up to see Sirius step through. He's moving surprisingly slowly, upright and walking stiffly. For a second, Remus surveys him, eyebrows raising.
He's absolutely drenched from head to toe, hair stuck to his face. He closes the door, shivering so violently that he's practically vibrating.
"Sirius? What-?"
"Well, er..." Sirius starts. "T-turns out i-it's not quite co-cold enough to walk on the b-black lake yet."
Of course.
With an affectionate, albeit slightly concerned, glance, Remus stands and starts rooting through Sirius' chest.
"W-what are you...?" Remus groans, frustrated. Everything Sirius owns is built for warm weather. He's quite literally not equipped for winter, somehow. He gives up quickly, opting for his own chest.
He grabs a jumper and joggers, before wordlessly going back over to Sirius. He waves his wand once over Sirius, muttering a spell.
It doesn't quite dry him off, but it's not too bad. Better than it was, anyway. Then, he hands over the clothes.
"Get changed."
He turns and starts searching again. He feels like he should be frustrated, he was almost done with his essay, but honestly? Something about spending the entire day staring at his parchment has made it impossible to be even slightly frustrated with Sirius.
He finds a blanket and, the moment Sirius has gotten changed, Remus grabs his wrist and pulls him onto Remus' bed. He drapes the blanket over Sirius' shoulders, pulling it tight.
"I might just lock you in the dorm for the foreseeable," Remus says with an eye roll. It isn't quite enough to disguise the amused smile creeping onto his face.
"Nah, nonsense!" Sirius says, waving his hand. He seems to have warmed up slightly, but Remus doesn't miss the fact that his hands are so red that they're a few minutes away from turning blue. "The lake has to freeze over eventually!"
Remus shakes his head, reaching out and grabbing both of Sirius' hands. He clasps them both in his, trying to warm them up.
"You're insane. You're not doing that again! You could've gotten frostbite!"
"Ah, but I didn't," he says with a wink.
"You're such an idiot," Remus says affectionately, leaning in and connecting their lips.
Big mistake.
"Fucking hell, even your lips are cold!" He barely pulls away, giving Sirius a chance to pull him right back in.
Oh well, the cold is a small price to pay.
