I'm not tryna help ppl sh, I'm trying to help people not die when they sh. Never mistake any "tips" I give as anything else.
I just want people to be safe, because I wish I was safe when I was 14 and cutting alone with no guidance. Always aim for recovery people, life gets better after. I've recovered before and it was the best time of my life, I'm back here due to my families abuse, but one day I wanna recover and live my life next to the boy I love, clean and happy. Never having to hide things anymore, never crying myself to sleep because I was too scared to go to the hospital or admit to myself I had infections, hearing my mother cry and have panic attacks over my sh, almost getting put in mental hospitals, I could go on. One day I'm gonna get better, and you will too. Be patient, be forgiving towards yourself, breathe in the air, look at the sky and enjoy the sun, enjoy human interaction, the fact love exists, your favorite song exists, your favorite taste, smells, you know happiness exists because you have felt happiness, it will return to you whenever you're ready to let it return to you, because seeking happiness can be a scary experience, but you'll be okay. As long as happiness exists on this earth you will find it eventually. The worst week of your life can be the best within the time span of a few hours. <3

Healing From A Broken Heart ˚ ༘♡ ⋆。˚
hello lovelies! Recently i’ve been going through my own healing journey after a relationship. I wanted to share my tips on how i’ve been coping <3
1: Allow yourself to feel everything- never feel guilty for crying or being angry. By releasing everything you won’t hold on to those emotions.
2: Write it out- Write a letter to this person but don’t send it (if you aren’t comfortable with that). When I wrote mine, I wrote all my emotions and thoughts. I burned my letter to send it out into the universe but that is optional.
3: Being with friends/family- I surrounded myself by the people that love me the most. It reminded me that I don’t need to be with anyone right now to feel loved. Find a good support group for you.
4: Reflect- Do some journaling on the situation. Find where you want to improve yourself for your next relationship/life in general. There are lots of journal prompts online for breakup healing.
5: See things how they are- Living in rosecolored glasses will make you only remember the good parts. Remind yourself why things went the way they did. It may be difficult but it will help you in the long run.
6: Hobbies/New interests- Do things that you enjoy doing or be open to new interests. This is a great distraction and reminder that you can still enjoy things that you love. Explore the new things to fill your time.
7: Cut contact- This may be the hardest step if you still love this person. If you haven’t already I recommend this. By staying in this persons life it may make it hard to move on. Take the step to block.
8: Be gentle- Give yourself the time you need to heal. Don’t be upset if you notice you still miss them or want to reach out. Be patient with yourself because healing takes time.
These are a few things i’ve been doing while on my journey. If you are going through this I want you to know your feelings are valid. Please be gentle with yourself and know you’ll be okay. I’m rooting for you and you aren’t alone. Take care all you beauties<3
