I really appreciate you checking in. Last week was rough. I was going through a mild ✨depressive episode✨ but I think I’m through it. That said, I’m still super overwhelmed by life right now and I’m not feeling creative. For some reason I’m having a hard time logging on here. It feels like there’s so much to keep up with and I’m going to be left behind which makes me a little sad. The dopamine is not hitting.
