yeah I’m talking about that. It really does suck because I’ve been on tumblr for a while and I sort of have been going back and forth in my head about starting a footy writing blog of my own but seeing how you guys are treated is disheartening because it’s supposed to be fun and vibey but people are just so… ugh. I also think the international break will do some good. If you’re still on tumblr when afcon happens, that will be HILARIOUS.

Fiyero must confess, he has never seen Elphaba so excited. Movie night is a hobby he figures she enjoys considering how fond she is of her solitude, but it warms his heart to be invited by her personally nonetheless. Her roommate is out at the Ozdust Ballroom, which leaves her space available for them to use. Fiyero is all too happy to sit on her bed and open his arms, chuckling quietly to himself when she curls up against him. Her head falls backwards gently, her braids scratching at his neck slightly. He doesn’t mind — it only takes him a mere moment to forget any discomfort as she launches into an explanation of the film before it begins.

“The way she uses light,” Elphaba says, “and color! They intersect so beautifully, and it all becomes part of their world, helping to tell the story.”

“It sounds intriguing,” Fiyero hums, unable to hide his smile. She continues on in her rambling and he listens, enraptured, occasionally lifting a braid or two and twirling the ends between his fingers (only after she gives her explicit permission for him to touch her hair, of course).

Once the movie starts, she whispers little details from behind the scenes, giggling about the features and how the actors described their inspiration. He does his best to pay attention, and quite incredibly (considering his focus always dulls when she nears him, only sharpening in its clarity when her attention is on him) manages to understand most of the film.

Afterwards, they discuss, and he does his best to show her he can hold his own in conversation about the thing that she loves so much.

“Did you really like it?” Elphaba asks, looking up at him from where her head now rests against his chest. “Be honest. You can tell me.”

“I liked it,” Fiyero confirms, his fingers running up and down her arms softly, “I thought it was great.”

His honesty is rewarded with his favorite of her smiles, the one she reserves specifically for him. He kisses it off of her a moment later, and she responds in his favorite way, her fingers winding themselves into his hair.

She stops them both, with a reminder that she does share this space and their favorite pink obsessed friend would be back eventually. Fiyero doesn’t mind, instead drawing her closer to him with a quick kiss to her cheek and a promise to show restraint. Albeit, his cheeky smile mars the effect, if the way she rolls her eyes at him is any indication.

It’s no question that he’s staying, even if he has to sneak out early once the sun rises, and field questions from a certain blonde.

It’s worth it, he thinks, to watch her fall asleep smiling, wholly content.

they do! not at all in the traditional sense.

neither of them entirely believes in it, and they’d both rather spend the money elsewhere. weddings are expensive; so is having two kids. but they know it makes things a whole lot easier for sarah and ellie when their mom and dad get older, if they’re legally married. so —

joel elicits help from his two best chaos makers (aged eight and three). they ask her over breakfast. it’s as clumsy as you would imagine, and when she says yes, the four of them get all dressed up and head to the courthouse.

it’s all just signing papers to them, to be totally frank. i don’t think they wear rings, i don’t think she takes the miller name. her something old is joel and her something blue is the dress she wears, but it’s as much ceremony as she could ever dream of.

reception takes place in joel’s truck, in the parking lot of a burger king. their first dance is as a foursome. ellie spills ketchup down her dress, and sarah deliberately does the same just to turn her sister’s wailing into laughing.

just them and their kids. and what else is there in the world, i guess. xx

Also I have yet to decide if artifacts will play a super big role in this AU. I know Dark Energon will, and I’m sure some artifacts will at least make appearances!! The focus of the story is more so on earth’s connection with Cybertron, and how Dark Energon ties into it.

you know, i don’t think she’d be quite his vibe but i don’t think he’d hate her. he’d definitely have his strong criticisms, however you won’t catch jason peter todd trying to tear down a powerful woman. and even if his personal preferences are different, he can acknowledge that good music is good music in any form.

if you like taylor, he’ll learn to appreciate her. he’ll make some kind of snarky comment about how you should play “real music” if you put her on, but it won’t be more than a jest. he might be a little judgmental, but he’s always going to want to learn more about you. digging into your music taste is a great way to do that without having to ask you too many questions.

and if he had to pick a favorite taylor album, it would be reputation - he’s likes the energy king of my heart brings to the table ;-)

Okay, so I guess this sits in the realm of Confessions.

I'm thinking about leaving tumblr. I'm not sure what I did or didn't do to cause this, but the people I thought of as my friends or at least closest moots hardly interact with me anymore. My posts, my fics, my reblogs, my comments to them... They are around, I see them on my dash, but...

It all sounds so middle school, but it hurts nonetheless, and I'm pretty sure anything that feels like middle school (even actual middle school) can't be good for anyone.

The thing is, I really love everyone, and I don't want to give up. But going around to literally dozens of peoples DMs to ask, "Do you like me?" "Are we still friends?" "Are you mad at me?" Is again a kind of painful kid trauma thing I just can't quite bring myself to do.

I feel like my time here is just sort of over. I started with little expectation, and to my surprise, I found community, felt well liked and valued, and then, it just sort of went away.

There was a time when I was really happy about my place here, and just that makes me so sad.

You don't have to answer or anything. I think it just feels kind of cathartic to write it down where if nothing else someone else will read it.

Anyway... I guess that's it.

Held on to this for a little bit because my heart aches for you and I want to wrap you in the biggest hug 💕 I felt I could have written something so similar, as so many are relating to this right now.

It’s so hard to not feel like you’re feeling when you see people you’ve connected with slowly pull away from you. It hurts even more when they’re still active but actively avoiding you. That fucking hurts deep.

There was a time when this space felt very welcoming and fun. And while I do still have fun, sometimes it doesn’t feel as welcoming— and I know I’m not the only one feeling this.

Cliques branch off, popularity fuels some to feel like they’re too good to interact with others, the vibe isn’t vibing like it use to. And like you mentioned, it can all make you feel like you’re being thrown back in middle schools wondering why you’re not good enough? What did you do to cause this? What’s the point of even being here in this space any longer?

I’m so sorry this has become your reality. I wish it was a simple fix or there was a perfect solution to make things better. I support whatever decision you make, your wellbeing and mental health matter most— just know this community will be a little less bright without you in it!!

You said I didn’t have to post this, but I want others who might be feeling the same to know they’re not alone at all. There’s a lot of us floating around with the same exact thoughts and feeling like we just no longer belong in this space.

hm so i took a look at the English translated lyrics above and this what i came up with:

Probably a Mafuyu focus song. The lyrics definitely give me vibes of the songs she got with her arc surrounding her mom but maybe that’s just me :3

FOR MY BRAIN, possibly a career fair at Miyamasuzaka Girls' Academy could happen! Or at least the school wanting to focus on helping the girls with their future! Kamiyama High School could possibly do the same as well (so there’s some focus with Ena and Mizuki as well, deciding what they might want to do !!)

Gacha wise: Mafuyu, Mizuki, and Ena are the 4*s. Kanade the 3* and any vocaloid of your choice for the 2* (I went with Miku for this but you could choose anyone tbh)

Anyways, Mafuyu goes to the career fair but something does nag at her at the back of her head. Her thoughts sort of get filled with her mom telling her to be a doctor, but she tries to ignore it! She goes to the booths and visits all of the nursing related stuff!

She talks with her friends on what they chose and such! After school, she walks back to Kanade’s house and ran into Mizuki and Ena. They discuss what they chose and such.

Though, while walking, they saw Mafumom. They didn’t run into her, just saw her. A lot of stuff goes down inside’s Mafuyu’s head but her, Ena, and Mizuki comfort Mafuyu before going back to Kanade’s house.

Mafuyu starts to regret choosing all of the nurse related stuff, thinking she should’ve chose being a doctor but they all comfort her and tell her not to worry!! Mafuyu still doesn’t really believe them due to her thoughts but they appreciate it

They visit the Sekai and talk about what happened there but they all try their best to help! It still seems to have an effect on her near the end of the story. Her feelings about the whole thing help the song get written.
