Silly Pinned Post!!!!

Hello!!!! We're Archivist. We have a few other blogs floating around this hellsite. However this one is one that is for our silly little Phighting AU `The Metanoia Saga`!!!! We have one fic cross posted over on AO3, Quotev, and Wattpad.

We hope you enjoy this little world we are creating. It's still in the works, and there's still a lot that we need to figure out when it comes to storifying our ideas.

We also have a silly VRC Group for anyone who does the silly VR game. As we may end up making an RP group to get our creative juices flowing, and to explore other scenarios within the world with interested people. :3

i used to freehand comics all the time as a child and since the part i liked was the drawing part i would just draw panel after panel because i didn't want to stop drawing to think about icky icky words, plus the story TOTALLY still made perfect sense! to me! and noone else, but 'whoooo caaaaares omgggg its not like comics and sequantial art are a communicative meeediummmm lmaoooooo'. i spent my entire childhood telling myself stuff like "oh pfft I know this story by heart- ill SIMPLY remember the dialogue and write it later" ...and. I can't help but admire baby maiora's (call that a minora ba tm tsk) fucking audacity? hubris? confident wrongness? kid couldn't even remember to finish the comics in the first place? INCREDIBLE levels of unearned self assurance, wish that were me, genuinely- what an icon!!! anyway i think i have forever cursed myself

Why? When I was in school, they gave us some short shitty explanation about pilgrims and natives aiding eachother and whatever but that's fake. We know that's fake, right? We know that colonizers took over the natives' land? I haven't even studied that and I know Thanksgiving is a bunch of bullshit?? Why do people still celebrate this? Because I'm Spanish and yes we did colonize, rape, kill and etc in South/Central America, but we're aware of the fact and we don't celebrate dumb shit like this ? Idk I don't get it. I like doomed narratives but my ultimate Wizard101 NPC ending is the Young Wizard living in a nice secluded place with all their friends (all the necromancers, Ceren, Nolan, fuck you Boris you can live outside, Dasein, the Schismist Soldier, Mellori and the Bat) like a little village but they're all roommates and they do things like farming and brewing hot tea on Sundays free from Ambrose and the rest of the damned Spiral

Also idk but i often see dating advice on social media from girls who seem Very Miserable. Like, I'm not listening to neither girls who then advertise their "classes on how to keep a man" and "is your boyfriend pulling away?" because it's giving Andrea Tate with the taking advantage of women who are unhappy with their love lives, nor am I listening to women who have entirely different goals with their love lives. Like, "if you do this, you'll definitely score dates with any man" is fine and all, but i wanna keep, not pull, and i can assure you, nobody whose social media theme is love advice has the goal of their audience actually becoming happily devoted for a long time. They need you to come back to them.

I am really confused about this game. Is it like "Doki doki literature club" ? the game seems to break the fourth wall after getting bad endings and someone speaks in red text. Is it Ren and is he stuck in the game like Monica?Or is he and Redacted separate people, with him being a game character,but Redacted being some sort of entity who's stuck in the void of the game,or in it's code,and acknowledges that it's a game and someone's playing it and they speak to the player, not the game's protag?

✦゜ANSWERED: 14 Days With You is like 14 Days With You. It's not meant to be similar to DDLC in any way, and Ren isn't supposed to be like Monika or any other self-aware character.

Please don't associate 14DWY with other games just because they share similar tropes. /lh

But!! To answer your question: Ren isn't aware that Angel and the player are separate people. As of right now, he considers Angel and you as the same entity, and speaks to you as though you're part of his universe.

Ren is aware that his entire existence only comes into fruition whenever you play the game — but to him, that's considered normal — the same way getting wifi from trees and not discovering 80% of the ocean is considered normal for us. Nothing is out of place for him, and the way he interacts with his environment doesn't seem weird or out of place for him.

The Dead Ends are the only time Ren breaks the fourth wall, but it's still a massive WIP and there's not enough content for it to make much sense yet. But once more Days get released, this will be further explained!!

I just go along with the hallucination explanation of Little Hope because it makes me sad and I have a small little rat brain and can't really wrap my mind around most other explanations and it makes me upset

However, I am a Boogara and I refuse to believe that there aren't ghosts somewhere around Little Hope, whether it's just in the house or around town
