Ofmd has been ‘cancelled’ (I’m in denial) and apparently making art will help s3. I’m not too great with art these days, but memes are my schtick and I’m reporting for duty 🫡

So a month or so ago I did a little rant to my friend about Ao3 and how the ratios of works in a fandom are often different, and we couldn't get over the ratio of OFMD vs other fandoms.

I made some graphs because of course I did.

But like. There's a trend here and OFMD is breaking it. XD

These are made by searching Ao3 for the fandom tag. Seeing how many works are in each rating and converting that to a pie chart.

Because statistics can be sexy....

I found exactly 1 tag that has a higher E to other ratings ratio after like a ton of specifically searching attempts.

Renew as a Crew!

I was alerted to this wonderful organization yesterday, and I want to pass along the word to other fans who may not know. Renew as a Crew is a renewal campaign for Our Flag Means Death. They are doing great work to continue the show's groundbreaking queer representation and beloved story!

I really want to see a season 3 to know how the story ends for Stede, Ed, Lucius, and all my other favorite characters. If you are able, please consider signing the petition and writing a letter to Max and Warner Bros executives to show them how much we love Our Flag Means Death!
