I've been making smoothies in the mornings to make it easier to not go four hours before going 'why am i cranky-oh, food, right' and i usually just do some milk or coconut milk, greek yogurt (like actual greek yogurt, i mean, fage or greek gods, fuck that chobani nonsense), frozen fruit, maybe some honey if plain milk/yogurt. Last grocery run we picked up strawberry yogurt, so i opted for some frozen strawberries and a tiny bit of chocolate syrup since we didn't have chocolate milk and i'm despairingly out of Oboy... and then for some reason i was like 'hey, i'll add a bit of the coffee concentrate, save me from making a full latte for later, it'll be like a strawberry mocha.'

Why.

What could i have POSSIBLY done to the universe to have invited such an attack.

<3 YESSS ! i love plain unsweetened skyr it tastes so neutral to me. I put homemade granola cacao nibs and fruits mostly any kind of berries and a banana! or i do honey and dried fruits and nuts and chia seeds... I sometimes buy the ones that are already with fruits but tbh i prefer the plain one. what about you??

My rat bit me again. She was taking treats out of my hand a few times without problem (other than her usual haste in it), so I thought I'd risk a few yogurt drops on my hand.

She sniffed it, took one, dropped it, grabbed my index finger with both her hands, pulled me to her mouth, chomped, and then backed up. No yogurt drop.
