Meet @katydunlapyoga ❤️ She’s my Yoga Instructor who has provided so much joy and comfort and opportunity for self expression and healing through the Coronavirus pandemic via her Zoom Yoga Classes (one of which is starting at 9am this morning!) Katy tried her hand at mask making and whipped up several herself, but admitted it was time consuming and tricky! She’s not going to be incorporating any sewing into her yoga practice BUT Katy has teamed up with us to present a Fashion Revolution Week Yoga Class: Sewing Seeds of Self Care, designed just for mask makers on Earth Day (tomorrow April 22nd 9-10:15 EST) During Fashion Revolution Week we join @fash_rev and @fash_revusa to ask #WhoMadeMyClothes and this year I think we should be thinking about those #WhoMadeMyMask too! If you’ve made a mask I really want you to join in on this free offering with us tomorrow! Katy’s generous heart has co-created a gentle yoga experience for all skill levels to help us take a break and sew some seeds of self care.
