Working on my flexibility 🙈 So lately I have been working on my spine flexibility and now I know that I need to work really hard. ➡️Some tips , 🌸Make sure you move slowly when it comes to the spine else you can get hurt and that can be dangerous. 🌸Try to use props like yoga blocks or yoga wheel if possible because it helps a lot to reach your desired goals 🌸And you will see results, but for that you need to be consistent and just keep working on it and you will reach your goal. 🌸Make sure you warm up before doing your Stretch because it helps with stretching in a better way also you won't get any injury. . Hope you will try to be as careful as you can and just keep working on it. .
