I love how the scoby of this Kombucha brings out my best camera face. Thank you to all the beautiful yoginis who came out to share your Sunday morning with me as we did some calming yoga and meditation, followed by my workshop on fermented consumable. We made some #kombucha and #sauerkraut and then got to watch the amazing Erin smash my favourite coffee cup. Hit me up with any other workshop ideas.
