Boyfriend to Death | Waiting Out the Storm | Ren Hana x Miranda (self-insert) ASMR When a storm hits Strade's home, Miranda can find comfort only with Ren, the only friend she has at the moment. Audio transcript: [The rain pounded like hammers and nails against the windows and sides of the house. Poor Miranda was trapped inside, having just been dealt a cruel beating by her captor, Strade. Her back is covered in scratches and welts from being beaten with his belt. She sits in her room, curled up under the covers as she recovers]

Miranda: [soft sniffling and shuddering]

[Just then, there’s a soft knock at the door]

Miranda: [slightly startled] Who’s there?!

Ren: Um, it’s just me…Can I come in?

Miranda: Uh, yeah. Go ahead, Ren.

[Ren steps in, gently closing the door behind him.]

Ren: I wanted to see how you’re doing. How’s your back?

Miranda: Still hurts.

Ren: Can I see?

[Miranda lifts up her shirt to reveal her injuries]

Ren: Oh god…

Miranda: [sighs] I don’t even know what I did wrong. Why did he do that?

Ren: Sometimes he just gets mad, and he..lashes out. It’s happened to me before.

Miranda: That’s horrible! He shouldn’t treat people like that.

Ren: It’s f-fine, really. Better me than you, anyway. And besides, you get used to it..heh…

[It’s clear from Ren’s tone and expression, that he’s not genuine]

Miranda: Ren, you’re not used to it. He still hurt you, and nobody should ever hurt you. If I didn’t have this damn collar, I’d choke him out so hard, he’ll-

Ren: [slightly panicked] Don’t say that out loud! He might hear you! [pause] Sorry…I just don’t wanna see you get even more hurt.

Miranda: [she holds him close] I’ll be ok, Ren. I have you. We both have each other now. And I’ll always look out for you, just as I promised.

Ren: I promise that, too…

[he holds her back and wraps his tail around her]

Miranda: Your tail is so soft…

Ren: [softly smiling] Thanks.

Miranda: Hey, you wanna read this book with me? I think you’d like it.

Ren: Yeah! I-I’d love that.

[the two of them snuggle together in the bed, holding the book open; one holding one bookend, the other holding the opposite. The rain continues to pound outside]

[A few minutes later…]

Ren: Wow, this is really good so far.

Miranda: I know, right? [soft sighs] Storms like these kinda make me feel lonely, trapped, but with you I don’t feel-

[Just then, the door opens, revealing Strade. Miranda is a bit startled, so is Ren]

Strade: Well, well, look at you two~

Miranda: [slightly panicked] W-What do you want?

Strade: Whatever I damn well please [his look and tone clearly says “Did this bitch just question me?”]

Miranda: [she tones down her panic a little] Well, did you need something, or?

Strade: I’ll be going out for a while, but I have a surprise for you when I get back. So don’t you two go anywhere. Oh wait, you can’t. [he chuckles a bit at his own joke]

Ren: Um, i-is that all, sir?

Strade: Yes, that’s all for now, fuchs. I won’t be long. [he winked and then left the pair, closing the door]

Miranda: Uggh, I just hope it’s something benign when he gets back…it’s gonna be raining for a while.

Ren: Yeah..- But hey, we have the house to ourselves for a while! We can keep reading, or watch TV, or-

[Miranda snuggles in close to Ren]

Ren: M-Miranda?

Miranda: I’m good with whatever, just as long as you’re there.

Ren: Ok..[he hugs her close]

Are your OCs self inserts?

No! There may be some aspects of myself written into my OCs, such as Haku being timid, or Marina being results-driven, or Rika being emotionally guarded, but that can be said about mostly anybody who has ever made an OC, haha. My OCs are not vectors of me as a person, they don’t look like me, they don’t dress like me, and they are their own characters driven by different aspirations and goals. I have no issues with self-inserts though! If you go the self-insert route for your OC, that is totally valid! <3

The difference between my cat persona from BTD2, YKMET and TPOF

BTD2 Ari is a gullible girl who just wants to get out of the a••sive relationship with her 40 year old boyfriend. She gets jealous of people's achievements. She went to the bar with her friend Poppy Summers who is a bad influence to her Ari falls in love really quick if it's a cute or hot guy or girl

YKMET Ari is a forced hooker and stripper because of her c•rtel leader also pimp boyfriend who is twice her age because he use her as a cash cow it makes her depressed and hate herself so she puts a fake smile on her face

TPOF Ari AKA El Gato is a female c*rtel leader also g•re streamer who wears a red cat skull mask and has short hair and older it takes place in 2050s she hates Fox (Ren Hana) because he k•lled her boyfriend she doesn't know why he did that so she hates him and she hates people that threaten her it will piss her off very badly

I've realised that my Strade phase is taking way longer than the Dio one. I don't know if it's just a phase at this point...BUT HEY. HYPERFIXATION.
