No, I don't plan on writing. I rather leave it to all the talented people in this fandom. I do love the creative part of it but I'm a bit limited when it comes to the englisch language lol. It's well enough to somewhat communicate but writing is a whole different thing. Gonna stay with my gifs :)

There is.... a plan? We gave ourselves Feb off because we knew we were not going to get anything done with the season coming out (other than yelling at eachother at odd hours of the day which we did bc timezones are a problem) and then that kinda stretched to March because we still haven't recovered lbr dlvnsdlvndln but we're getting back to it very soon actually, we're both excited about the new chapter and we have an outline pretty much of the whole fic, so it's coming at some point lmao @yellowlaboratory maybe you have something more insightful to add?

as for jiara fics, I have all the ones I love under my ‘jiara fic rec’ tag but I do think my all time favourite is always gonna be pogue lyfe t-shirt company by @yellowlaboratory!! it is a fandom classic that everyone has to read at least once in their lives!!

hi, yeah, i have read some i'll include a small list of fics that i've read since season three aired. actually, will tell that all those works made me feel things. some made me sob and some made me laugh. i've literally re-read those work couple of times and can even quote some of them. i can't help myself, but consider some of those works canon in obx universe. they are just so great, it's a crime that we won't see some scenes from them on screen. i love how authors portray characters, i love the emotions that characters go though. aaaand i can talk about those works for days, so here is a list: there's nothing like this by goingfullpogue bend do you don't break by dragonqueen1905 etched in oak by jojameswinter my broken house behind me (good things ahead) by pennedbylynn been counting my blessings thinking this through by claire8216 tribulation by pluto20 you're all i need by bobs the whole teddy bear trilogy by yellowlaboratory you and me and the wreckage, baby by dangerwillrobinson anyway, i'm hundred percent sure that i forgot some works that i read recently, so sorry. those that i mentioned are masterpieces, really. so highly recommend reading those.

HIIII Y'ALL!!!!!!! this is honestly very insane to me but i recently hit 1k on here, so i just wanted to say thank you all for being here and joining me on this fun ride over the past two years since i made this blog. i feel like i've joined the hsmtmts/specifically rina fandom three separate ways/times and i've always been able to easily find my niche of people, which really speaks to how open and wonderful this community as a whole is. this third time around was no exception, this little subsection of some of the nicest, funniest, smartest, most talented, most supportive people ever means the world to me, so thank you all for following and partaking in all of the fun that was this rollercoaster of a show, and thank you for supporting my relentless content creation bc i am most definitely not stopping anytime soon skdjfks 😭 this milestone perfectly coincided with the show's ending since i hit it on the day of s4's release, so i thought it would be fun to celebrate both my little milestone & the ending of our beloved show (and our many major wins) with you all, the lovely people that have made this time with the show as wonderful as it was! this show, these characters, and you all hold a very special place in my heart, so. let's celebrate it all!!

I'm sorry this took me awhile to answer, and I thought I'd have something more profound to say by now, but OH MY GOD???? I AM STILL REELING SCREAMING CRYING THROWING UP MY SOUL HAS LEFT MY BODY JLSKDJFLAKSJDF

I literally had a headache for like 2-3 days bc I was sobbing and losing my mind the whole way through the season! @yellowlaboratory said "watch this show! It'll be fun!" 😃 Cut to us having a collective breakdown with @kiekiecarrera and @theuniversezecho 😭

I think Rae said it best when she said "every time you think you got through a monumental moment and nothing that insane will happen again, something worse happens" 🫠

Anyways, as far as actual rational thoughts go - I am FLOORED at how well the writers tied their storyline together! The flashbacks made me INSANE and were such a sweet way to cement their soumatism and inevitable paths towards each other. The rain kiss, especially their faces after will live in my mind rent free forever. The goodbyes??? SO SEEN SO KNOWN SKLDJF I HAVE BEEN SCREAMING ABOUT THIS NONSTOP ❤️

i sure do! week later i'm answering this question, cause it was so hard to gather all of my favourite works in one place! i'm pretty sure that i forgot some of them, so sorry. i’m so in awe cause this fandom has so many talented writers and there are so many works that i adore. all the writers mentioned here have so many great works, but i’m choosing one for each. if anything, you can go to author’s profile and check other works. i promise you will love them! including some finished works only, in case you want to read a completed stories. so, here are my favourites: - other people by jiaras okay, if you love normal people by sally rooney you have to read this one! it was one of the first works that i read and it’s simply one of the greatest for me. the way jj and kie act here, their love for each other is so magnificent. so please read it if you haven’t. - around the world by RaeOfFrickingSunshine i think this fic is canon in every jiara shipper heart. so well written, has so many details. I cried when i read some parts. just read it, it’s so good. also, it has a sequel that you have to read as well. - the pogue lyfe t-shirt company by YellowLaboratory another canon fic for me. sorry, but the way kie’s kook year is handled here is amazing. i consider this work as canon because it has so many things that were thrown as small details in the show. and it’s a prequel that we all deserved. also, there is a kind-of sequel for this work which is currently in progress, so check it out too. - the violence of the dog days by somewhere2start well, this one broke my heart into pieces. i’m so in awe how anxiety attacks were handled there - it’s amazingly accurate. also, the characters and how they act make you feel so many emotions. they are so vulnerable, so fragile. loved every word of it!- call my bluff, call you babe by smileymikey it’s fun and refreshing. i love these versions of pogues with all my heart! also, feels like you’re watching a romcom, so you should definitely read it.  - all my friends are bad kids by noos listen, i love kitty hawk rescue scene, i really do. but this fic about jj rescuing kie from blue ridge captured my heart after the first read. i loved it and would recommend it if you’re up reading alternative version of season three events.  - façades & fabricated feelings by ghostiewriter101 well, british!jj, football, college, banter. it has everything a girl can ask for! i loved every second of it, one of my favourite in the genre, so definitely recommend checking it out if you like au. - couch crashin’ by alphinia so this has to be read if you love romcom storylines. the way it’s written is amazing and the whole vibe really is great, so if you’re up for some comedic meet ugly tropes, you have to check this one! - let him know that you know best (cause after all, you do know best) by cowboylikebrii so, i cried. I’m saying it a lot now, but believe me this one absolutely makes you feel so many emotions. you can see characters struggling and trying to figure out what to do, how to feel. and the way it was written is just crazy beautiful. if you watched ‘life as we know it’, you know how this one is going to make you feel. - darkest before dawn by bobs read it a week before season three came out and instantly fell in love with this one. kiara’s struggles here are so well-written. i was literally spiralling with her during this fic because of how amazing her feels were delivered by author. - break up with your girlfriend cause i’m bored by RoseofWinterfell it’s funny and cute, makes you laugh and makes you root for the characters from the very beginning. also, some cambank here, so if you are a fan like me you have to check it!

- rip current by abigaylefayth it made me cry with ugly tears, really. it’s such a good beautiful thing, so if you love some good angst, please check it out.

- ‘cause it’s you by PAKficition amazing work that makes you feel things. just how crazy accurate characters behave, how they handle tension and feelings - like wow. i’ve read it and re-read it multiple times, definitely recommend.

yeah, i'm sure i forgot to include some works, but hope that these are enough for some time. hope that some of them are new for you and you will fall in love with them the same way i did!

So hi, I'm new and I wanted to start reading some fics, I was wondering if you were able to link some jiara fics that include all the pogues or some good jiara fics. I was also wondering if their was an anniversary party fic? If so would you be able to link that?

HELLO!!! Welcome to the fandom <3 you've really joined at the perfect time because there's been a plethora of new content lately (in addition to so many excellent older works) and surely so much more to come with the release of season 3!

I don't have any links off the top of my head, but I'd suggest going to the Jiara ao3 tag and starting there. When I'm exploring a new fandom, I like to filter by kudos and when I find an author I like, I'll usually devour all of their work and check out fics they've bookmarked as well! Or you can just start at the most recent fics in the tag because lots of the newer ones are SO GOOD! Either way you can't go wrong!

Hm... the very talented @jojameswinter wrote a spec fic called 'hold still with me' that included the anniversary party and it's literal angsty perfection so I'd suggest that!! But there may be others out there that I just haven't read yet!
