Happy Friday! Today is the perfect day to #treatyoself, and what better way to do that than with a good cookie (or two). Best Friend and I went to Livermore Farmer’s Market yesterday and had the pleasure of meeting Dan from @dangoodcookies! Not only are his cookies the perfect treat 🤤, but I’m extra biased since we have matching @pusheen! Munchie is the bigger sized one, while mine is the mini keychain size. Dan’s theory is that mine hasn’t grown yet since the cookie is still whole and uneaten 😛. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I def recommend trying his cookies! Parents visited me today and took me out to lunch 🥰. They’ve never had hot pot before, so we decided to go to @tastypot. 🤤 It def hit the spot! I walked in to @lingerierepublique a couple weekends ago, interested in getting properly sized for a bra and maybe finding some lingerie. (I was on the fence about this depending on whether there would be anything that would catch my eye.) Best friend and I were on an all-day shopping date and thought it’d be fun to stop by since we’d never been there before. Zero expectations, and we were completely blown outta the water with such a great experience. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I’ve never had a bra fitting before, so I was a bit hesitant. (VS scarred me the one time I tried lol.) All bra fittings are complimentary at Lingerie République, so why not? Best friend decided to have one too since we were already there. Natalie was extremely helpful, attentive, and patient, and she made me feel 100% comfortable. She explained and showed me how the bra I was wearing didn’t fit properly (seriously, mind blown 🤯 now that I know what a properly fitting bra is like) and brought back a couple options in my size for me to try. Everything fit like a glove! There were no gaps in the cup area. Straps stayed in place. The band wasn’t too loose. And not once did she try to force anything on me. I really liked the no pressure atmosphere and felt at ease when trying everything on. I was even bold enough to venture outside my comfort zone with some items I never would’ve even given so much as a glance had she not recommended them. Natalie is such a professional - an expert, guru, bra whisperer!! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I cannot rave enough about this boutique, and I HIGHLY recommend! It’s a bit pricey, but well worth every cent. I ended up purchasing two matching sets and a bra. The quality, fit, unique selection, and customer service is unparalleled (10/10 ⭐️). Boyfriend is so thoughtful and ordered @mancrates as an early Father’s Day gift for my dad since we wouldn’t be able to make it for the actual day to celebrate with him. Thank you @labaguettefrenchbakery for making us a beautiful, I-must-eat-every-crumb-and-lick-my-plate-clean cake for our festivities yesterday! The flowers and piping were gorgeous, and I particularly loved the edible gold flake accents 😍. The actual cake itself tasted as good as it looked, if not better! It’s a staple in my skin care routine, and I even got Boyfriend on this hype train 😌.
