Imagine if you reincarnated as a cybertronian but still retain human aspect, imagine how hard it would be for Soundwave to read your mind.

Admit it, our mind is a mess most of the time (mine at least). Think of an apple, and ONLY that, no interruption of meme or that one song that been stuck in your head or start thinking about something else entirely- Soundwave would have a pretty hard time deciphering what the hell are is going on in our processor.

just reread your last comic-if will really isn't a threat to ford's dimension, why IS he keeping will in a cage? what i mean is, why did ford go from treating will gently and preciously to treating him like an animal? what happened????

also, how is will there physically? why does he need the portal opened if he's already there? i love your comic, hope its ok i have so many questions!

First of all, im glad you like my comics anon!

Explanation:

¿What happened? thats the same question Will does to himself after crossing the portal. in my comics the silly or calm moments (usually with lighter colors) are the past. Will in a cage is the present, and technically, hes a threat for for dimension since he's powerful ( the cage keep those powers contained).The possible damages Will could do or consequences of the portal where supposed to be studied just for a while...by both of them...but well, that's not what happened.

And, about Ford feelings towards Will, well. birdcage instead of something else, triangles in his clothes... i think that can give you an idea, he still adored Will, in a way.

Hope this gives you a better context! questions are what keep running this blog! however, hope i made this understandable and not mess up by my inexperience in telling stories haha-

until i recently read posts on here about how there is an inherent queerness to the doctor and rose's relationship in how it's unspoken and filled with yearning that i'd never really considered that element, despite knowing for ages that RTD is gay but. man. it's just reframed a lot of the series for me, like the idea that you have this lonely man who's just watched his people die and is self-destructive and misanthropic and traumatised and he can love again and he wants to but it has so many risks.

but especially S3 and how it adds even more weight to the doctor's grieving widower status. how he tells martha that he and rose were together but martha refers to rose as a friend to tallulah; the fact that he can only say they were together once she is gone; how the only other person that both can feel how he feels but also understands the depth of his feelings is jack, a queer man himself. and I've been thinking to myself lately oh, it's ok, the doctor and rose probably accidentally got married on at least one planet or something but also the point is that there was no official title that could convey to people the extent that they meant to each other, that the doctor can really only tell donna that rose was his friend even though it is so wholly inadequate and she comes to see that by the end of the episode (and martha too of course). how people who saw the doctor and rose together assumed they were a couple, like on krop tor, but once there's no more physical evidence of the relationship it becomes more vague (and simultaneously clearer).

anyway something about how christopher eccleston said he based his portrayal of nine on RTD and something about RTD saying that his husband is "in every good man i write now" and how the doctor and ruby seeing each other in the club mimics his first meeting with his husband aka the one moment he would use a time machine to go back to hmmm

answering this one asap because i wondered if i'd be asked about it, and i've been mulling over a reply & collecting references ( ＞ㅅ＜)/ i apologize, this is gonna be much more of a reply than you probably anticipated! 🤧 if you just want to enjoy the game and the excitement of its release, please please please feel free to skip this post.

to be super transparent, i've had mixed feelings about witchbrook, but i'm cautiously optimistic. one of my random interests for years has been keeping up with general gaming news - and that being said, the 8 year development period is a warning sign for me.

the other bit of hesitance is because i've side-eyed chucklefish for a while, largely due to the news that broke about how starbound devs were taken advantage of back in 2019. now, chucklefish "apologized", but if you noticed there's no actual apology in their response, you're not the only one.

this situation struck a chord with me; for reasons i won't discuss, exploitation of labor from young, starry-eyed artists/developers who don't know any better is something i'm familiar with and against. excusing themselves with essentially "i don't have the money to pay everyone but no one was forced, there were no deadlines, and everyone was credited" is, in layman's terms, weaksauce.

additionally, in the same year for a separate game (wargroove), they also accidentally cast strictly white cast, even for poc characters, which, to be fair, they did actually apologize for.

last thing i want add is for anyone who isn't aware, chucklefish and witchbrook are in no way associated with stardew valley!! ik that was a misconception for a while, but concernedape split with chucklefish back in, again, 2019, his statement ending with: "I can also say that, both personally and in my capacity as the recent founder of a small team, I believe in compensating developers for their contributions in working on games. -Eric"

...all that to say!!! obviously things can change for the better over the course of almost 6 years - the game certainly LOOKS beautiful, and i'm sure some incredibly talented people have poured an unthinkable amount of work into it.

the gameplay didn't grab me personally, but i still hope that it came together in a way that the devs and players are happy with. maybe i'll play it someday! but i'll probably give it some time first. in closing, i encourage anyone interested to read the linked articles and form their own opinions. these are entirely my personal thoughts and observations. MWAAAH 💛

Anyways so Jude gets injured (like a shoulder injury) he has to recover and the reader takes care of him basically. And so they kinda glue the relationship back together through her caring for him and being around each other all day
