I haven’t really posted anything about my vi felt despite having been working on it since october, but here’s a WIP of pants + torso.

anyone who needlefelts or works with natural fiber will know how shitty dark wool is about light absorption. to make sure you can actually *see* any of the form of the sculpt or the details I’ve added, let alone differentiate between different elements of her completely chromatic design, I’ve had to try and manually add the look of digital rendering with hand-mixed colors. insanely time consuming but I think it’s so so worth it

something something Canary Curse Animatic something something OKAY but for real, so excited to be participating in @multidimensionbb! 's MCYT WIP Purge this year! I can't help but post a little bit of what I've got for this month's check in, so I thought it'd be fitting to show what was sitting in 'WIP Graveyard' for about a year. It's a JimmySolidarity animatic that follows his lives (and deaths) all the way up to Secret Life, which was when I first started watching the Life Series as a whole! <3 I'm very happy to announce that, as of today, I'm officially halfway through my animatic, and am on track to finish it by February!!!! (knocks on wood.......) I hope y'all enjoy what I've got so far (even though I'm bound to edit it eventually), and I hope you like it when it's all said and done, as well! :]
