i think its weird how artists and especially youtubers will 'redesign' characters from media they deem problematic as though slapping a new coat of paint on the character erases all the issues they were rooted in to begin with. or as though redesigning the character makes them Better than the original creator, because now its THEIRS

efude is the first rival and i think the continuity and nod to the rejection method being the first is the right way to go. it was either that or bullying.

ultimately i gave enpitsu bullying because it would be so fucking funny.

riku is a gentleman who has done nothing wrong and i will never lay a hand on him. he deserves happiness.

midori's elimination is a nod to the fact that she was the easiest target for years on end given her position on the rooftop! i imagine it'd be a knife elim, which is what i will do!

toga is a good student so it's funny.

saeko is like a witch so it's funny.

raibaru crushed budo's dreams and more than a few bones so it's funny.

budo is the most trustworthy so it's funny.

Yeah. The whole secret thing is just lame and to make it even lamer you gotta have to use an easter egg instead like discovering the secrets by eavesdropping in the actual game? The only thing that surprises me about Akademi's dark secret is how little dark secrets are like really? Some are justified ex: 'Wishes death upon the girls who bullied him and his friends'. Who wouldn't? 'Fantasizes about murdering the young man and stalked her and kidnapped her cat' You wouldn't? I might be reaching, but it sounds like the blame is placed on Osana.

Most of them we allready knew, so no surprise 'Cruel and sadistic but hides it with a sweet side' wow you deffinetly didn't tease us with that

I don't get why people are so weirded out by the characters' skirt length. With the Bullies being the only exception, it's basically the same length used in... EVERY ANIME OUT THERE, EVER. But it's only """ilegal""" in Yansim? Get outta here.

I wonder how many people who criticize Yandere Simulator are anime fans to begin with, otherwise there's no reason for them not to understand that it's a normal skirt length for the genre. But here's what people take issue with - they assume that the sailor senshi uniform, which is the default uniform in Yandere Simulator, is only used by junior high students (which is wrong). Therefore, the characters in Yandere Simulator are meant to represent junior high students. Which brings us to the whole "WHAT ABOUT THE CHILDREN" dogwhistle that so many antis love to use. I could go into all the reasons why that's wrong but the answer to your question is that they just want something to criticize the game for.

The concept of YanSim is interesting, but the creator is,, Not? A great person??? From what I’ve heard. He’ll pull suit like deleting negative or critical comments in spaces he has any control over, and stuff like that, And apparently, the demo is buggy as hell, and he keeps releasing patches? There’s a whole host of issues, apparently, though I’m not sure if anything’s changed. Just. This is a guy who advocated for a fuckin sex license instead of the age of consent. Not in his game, just. As A Thing.
