Do you make the HTTYD series? If yes, could you make Yandere Skrill with a viking who is sister to Yandere Platonic Dagur and Heather?

Sure! I've been watching Race To The Edge recently so I will base this a bit off the Season 2 Episode 'A Time To Skrill'. Idk if the Skrill is meant to be Dagur's Skrill or Darling's so I merged the two ideas. Sorry for the long wait :(

Note: Haha... I made this really long, my mind wandered. Wasn't sure how to end it though LOL. Enjoy Dagur losing his mind. Feel free to add your thoughts.

Yandere! Platonic! Skrill, Dagur, Heather with Viking! Darling

Pairing: Animal/Pet-like (Skrill)/Platonic (Dagur + Heather)

Possible Trigger Warnings: Female Darling, Delusional behavior, Overprotective dragon, Overprotective siblings, Violence, Dagur lives up to his name and is the more intense yandere, Kidnapping, Attempted murder, Forced family dynamic, Forced affection, Clingy behavior, Possessive behavior.

The thing is with Heather and Dagur as platonic yanderes is they'd do a lot for family, regardless of side.

Your situation is similar to Heather's.

You were separated from your siblings and had to learn to fend for yourself.

Dagur most likely knows about you like he did with Heather.

How you became separated could be up to you.

Maybe you're older than the two and decided to leave on your own.

Maybe you're younger and was somehow just left with another family.

Either way the idea of not having both siblings disturbs Dagur greatly... particularly you.

When Dagur is reunited with Heather as a Dragon Hunter, he gains a bit of hope that you're out there.

Heather may not have known about you... but at some point Dagur let's it slip to her that their family isn't quite complete.

Heather is confused by this until Dagur explains, she's meant to scavenge information anyways.

That's when Heather learns about you, yet another sister of Dagur.

She herself hopes you're safe... even if she doesn't entirely remember/know you.

Meanwhile you have been training yourself.

Being on your own has made you gain a connection with dragons.

You're not quite a rider but are able to communicate with the creatures in a way.

Which eventually leads you to a Skrill...

The Skrill who used to be Dagur's... an encounter that seals your fate.

This is the same Skrill that has been freed by Hiccup.

When you encounter the rare dragon, it's incredibly hesitant and aggressive.

Although... with time you manage to befriend it.

These dragons are nearly impossible to train.

Although... you didn't entirely train it.

The dragon is still free for the most part, you've just learned to have a mutual respect for each other over time.

To the point you've had the Skrill defend your little camp at times.

It takes time before you're able to even attempt riding the beast.

Perhaps it's fate you befriended this particular Skrill.

The dragon doesn't always listen yet has an overprotective behavior towards you.

It's strange for you to see a dragon as menacing as a Skrill become so... tame around you.

Natural talent, maybe?

Or something greater.

Something that's important to note is the fact Skrills hold grudges.

There's a good chance this Skrill has a grudge towards Dagur for capturing it twice.

Which makes it harder for Dagur to get close to either of you.

Maybe how you begin to meet your siblings is by accident.

Heather may have found you first on Windshear, she was rather confused as to why she saw a Skrill all of a sudden... a familiar one at that-

With a rider.

Your first encounter with your long lost relative is when Heather gives chase to you on the Skrill.

Upon the Skrill landing, the dragon tosses you beside it and snarls towards the opposing dragon rider.

Once Heather lands, she notices similarities between you, her, and Dagur.

There's no way...

She speaks your name hesitantly, remembering Dagur speaking it at one point in time.

The Skrill snarls at her, electricity crackling throughout its body.

Based on your reaction... that was the right name.

"How do you know my name?"

"I think we're sisters..."

"Sisters?"

"I'm Heather... the sister of Dagur...."

Upon hearing that name you're bombarded with memories.

You remember playing with Dagur.

You remember him being protective, you remember him being extremely affectionate.

He called you his favorite sibling....

You're stunned into silence, the Skrill however....

The dragon is sent into a rage at the name.

Before you can call the dragon off it makes an attempt to attack Heather and her dragon.

Heather soon realizes the dragon doesn't entirely listen to you... even if it did, it has a strong grudge against Dagur.

Can't blame it due to the abuse it suffered.

Deciding to take the stranger's words with a grain of salt, you tell her to run.

Heather agrees and she flies off.

The Skrill prepares to give chase but you call it the nickname you gave it.

Hearing your voice pauses the Skrill's tantrum, the large dragon turning to you.

Its eyes look at you intensely before crawling to you and rubbing its head against you.

While you try to gain better control of the Skrill, Heather reports to Dagur.

Upon hearing her encounter with the Skrill, he's excited that his Skrilly is still out there.

But then... Heather brings more news.

Skrilly has a new rider... and it's his long lost sister.

Dagur pauses for a real long time at the thought....

"Sister... you're telling the truth, right?"

"Yes, brother. She seemed so... familiar. The Skrill definitely knew you, too."

Then there's excitement.

"YES! Ohh, how I've missed her! My sister even gets along with my Skrilly! I wonder where she's been... she has to join us! She needs to come here! How was she!?"

Heather quickly becomes wary.

You wouldn't join the Dragon Hunters, would you?

She never understood your true feelings of

Dagur, either.

That Skrill hates her brother, too... unless you can be separated this wouldn't work.

She will admit she wants to know more about you... but she doesn't want you evil, either.

You'd be better off with the riders....

"What if she doesn't join?"

Dagur glares at the idea.

"Uh, she has to? We're siblings! She loves me! If she fights then we'll do something about it, sister...."

This begins the hunt for you.

Heather wants to find you to try and convince you to join the riders. That way she knows you and her brother are safe.

Dagur wants to hunt you down and make you join him with the Skrill. He's missed his dearest sister... he'd do anything to find you again.

Meanwhile the Skrill wants to protect this human.

It heard that Dagur may be after you.

It doesn't want you near such a man.

Your bond with the Skrill strengthens over time.

You find it amusing how the Skrill tries to feed you food from its diet, cooing in an attempt to get you to eat it.

These are normally reclusive dragons.

But they can be loyal if they like their tamer.

You even practice flying with the fast dragon.

It's harder than you think to make a makeshift saddle to not fall off.

Despite Heather's best efforts, she may not be able to guide you to the Edge with the other riders.

Before she's able to you may encounter Dagur first.

Upon seeing you on the Skrill in the sky, Dagur is giggling.

"There she is! There she is! HEATHER. LOOK! There's our sister~"

"Dagur, what are you plan-"

"FIRE! I WANT THEM BOTH ALIVE!"

How you managed to get here may be a training session gone wrong.

The Skrill still wants revenge... momentarily forgetting you're on its back until it arrives at the Dragon Hunter ships stopped at an island.

You tried calling the nickname, you tried turning away.

The Skrill has one goal.

To protect you and itself, it has to destroy.

Despite the reckless behavior... your protection still comes first.

While its fired upon, while chains are shot, it is sure to keep you on its back.

That is until an arrow hits, overwhelming the Skrill's senses with Dragon Root.

In a weak attempt to shield you, the Skrill flips and covers you in its wings.

Your heart courses with adrenaline as you hide beside the Skrill, said dragon twitching when you move.

Your heart stops when you hear a voice.

"Hey there... took quite a fall, didn't you? Sister... it's me~"

You feel arms drag you off the Skrill, you're then pulled closely to an armored chest.

"Didn't you miss your brother!? Ohh, and you brought Skrilly too~! I've missed you so much... it's been years. Now our family's complete...."

"You shot me down! Let go!"

"No can do, sister... I let you go once before. I'm not letting you go ever again." Dagur says darkly, looking down at your tired body.

"Heather! Come see your sister~"

Upon the call, Heather lands with Windshear. She gives you a look of pity.

"Hey..."

You look so lost... so scared... these were your siblings...?

Shocking you all, the Skrill begins to sit up.

"Net! Get the net!"

The Skrill looks fatigued... but its eyes go wide when it sees the scene.

Dagur... holding you... danger.

The Skrill roars before a net pulls it into the water.

The dragon's gaze doesn't leave you or Dagur as it thrashes.

Danger, Danger, Danger!

"Aww, you get along so well! I'm jealous... won't we be that close too?"

You can't tell if Dagur was aiming that towards your or the Skrill... either works.

You panic when Dagur refuses to let you go... he holds onto you like a stuffed doll while he smiles.

"We should let our sister rest, brother. She looks tired."

Heather's suggestion causes Dagur to hum and slowly nod.

"Fine... come, sister... the boat is ready!"

You and the Skrill become kidnapped by your two siblings.

While the Skrill desperately fights in its cage, you're pampered.

Dagur hasn't left your side, neither has Heather.

They have different motives.

Heather wants to make sure no one tries anything.

She wants you to feel safe and would feel better if you were left with the riders.

She likes your attention and is happy to have a sister... but she doesn't trust Dagur with you or the Skrill.

Dagur, on the other hand, never wants you to leave the Dragon Hunters.

Dagur has noticed the Skrill is protective over you at times.

He's sad the dragon hates him... but is angered that the dragon keeps trying to take YOU away from him.

He loves his sister... lots.

He was so upset when you disappeared when he was younger.

Now he never leaves, much to the dismay of you and Heather.

There's times at night, when you sleep in your cell, he sneaks in to see you.

Dagur loves to hug you and hates letting go.

He's told by Ryker and Heather to get ahold of himself constantly.

He doesn't, often just bombarding you with his delusional affection.

Sometimes you're allowed to see your Skrill.

Heather allows it, Dagur hates the idea.

"What if she runs away!? That Skrill's going to steal her from us.... Heather, she can't see the Skrill!"

"It'll be fine, brother. Our sister will come around soon. Let her see the dragon."

When the Skrill does see you, it perks up and rams itself against its cage.

You're the only one allowed to be close, the dragon shoving its nose against the cage to sniff you.

It wants out... it wants freedom... it wants you.

Dagur likes the Skrill less and less as time goes on.

To the point he wonders if he should have the dragon slaughtered.

That Skrill will steal you... he knows it.

He's right. But it can't do it alone.

Heather actually helps you escape.

She's not as obsessed with you as Dagur.

While Dagur wants you to stay as a Dragon Hunter with him...

Heather wants you to side with the Dragon Riders, whom she's spying for.

She trusts you with them... even if she wishes she could take care of you herself.

Heather seems like a yandere who's self-aware.

She wants you safe while Dagur just wants to be suffocating.

Heather would portray releasing the Skrill as an accident.

The Skrill ignores Heather and immediately looks for you.

Its only focus right now is finding you.

Dagur is beyond pissed.

He gives up taming the Skrill and orders for it to be killed.

He can't lose you again... he refuses to lose you again.

The Skrill becomes possessive once it finds you.

Heather has to convince Dagur to give it up when he tries to fight the dragon alone.

She's never seen him with tears in his eyes.

"No! No no no no no!" He cries over and over again. "Do SOMETHING. Somebody do SOMETHING!"

"I will." Heather says curtly, but her intentions are still deceptive.

When the Skrill tosses you on its back and dashes away, lighting striking the boat as it takes off, Heather follows on Windshear.

Truthfully... she doesn't agree with her brother's obsession.

She feels a need to stay beside you, yet it's not as intense.

Somehow... Heather plans to give Astrid a message about you.

That way... she knows you'll be safe.

By the way that Skrill acts around you, she's convinced that dragon intends to defend you with its life too.

The dynamic could go for a long time.

Heather intends to guide you away from danger, preferring to defend you from afar, even against her own brother.

Dagur doesn't stop hunting you or the Skrill down, getting desperate with each passing day.

Meanwhile the Skrill treats you like its rider.

It hates the Dragon Hunters... but respects you.

One way or another... your paths with your siblings will surely cross again...

Even if it'll only cause pain to you and the dragon who has taken you in.

I'm on season 4 of RTTE but I just can't help but think how interesting the dynamic between Yan!hiccup and Yan!dagur would be.

tw: yandere, yandere rivals, mentions of attempts of kidnapping, slightly stalk-ish hiccup (?), overprotective Dragur, possessiveness

Dagur is already such a troublesome and unbearable person. sorry not sorry, but seriously, that guy toyed with Hiccup and almost drowned him? such a menace but that's why we love him, haha.

pre RTTE is probably one of the wildest times for you to be in this love triangle. while it is actually so nice to be around Hiccup, discussing every simple thing you two enjoy together like drawing or inventing (of course, not without him awkwardly standing next to you, almost stuttering every now and then); Dagur is the one who mostly talks. He would drag you around the island, yelling about how you two would be unstoppable together as dragon hunters and eventually you two might succeed in killing THE night fury! well, he would be the one who did all the job because it's him, obviously 🙄but you were here too, I guess...doing somethin very very important…

Even though Dagur gets a «bit» too crazy during dragon hunting, he still pays a good amount of attention to you. He would constantly make sure you stay NEAR him ALL the time, if you just made a few steps away, he would not bother casually taking your hand and be like 'nuh-uh, you're not going anywhere ☝️' with that calm voice of his, as if he's talking to some reckless little thing like you, who totally needs to be looked after by him. Dagur likes physical touch, he also loves the attention, giving and receiving it at the same time. If something or someone poses a threat to you, he would not hesitate to pull you behind him and deal with it himself.

Hiccup can't be as bold as Dagur though. He's shy, awkward and just doesn't have any experience at all. I'm not sure if Dagur has any experience too, but he's at least confident in what he does. Unlike Dagur, Hiccup is not as strong as him, and most of the time, it makes him frustrated and feel less of himself. He already experienced constant bullying by people on his own island, including his father and he judges himself too. But with Toothless around, he feels less powerless and more hopeful. If he is sure you're fine with dragons, he would find it as a reason to get closer to you. You want to find a dragon friend? Good for you, Hiccup is the best dragon trainer around. If you have your own dragon, it's just more perfect for him, because he would now use the opportunity to show his skills to you and maybe prove that he's actually more than everyone thinks of him? If he's very awkward with you on the ground, eye to eye, he's less tense around you now that he has his best friend around him. After all, it doesn't feel as scary as before.

Dealing with both Dagur and Hiccup would not be easy. Because if they both have a massive crush on you, it's just a matter of time before one finds out about the other. I feel like Dagur might get suspicious at first, because he doesn't care if you like him or someone else, he will be around you. Hold his hands around your waist, shoulders, constantly whining if you just stop paying attention to him as if his life depends on it. If someone approaches you, like Snotlout, he just can't help but show how annoyed he is. Dagur is not shy about making it obvious how the presence of others irritates him.

Hiccup has to be concerned about the dragons' safety, the safety of Berk, Dagur and now yours safety too. If you're not from Berserker Island but from Berk, Dagur doesn't want to part ways at all. He puts his eye on you, and he just can't let you slip away like that. He might just put you over his shoulder and get you on his ship when it's time to go— but thankfully, Hiccup notices this at the right time and saves you from the fate of being stuck with this madman.

If Dagur treats everyone as a possible rival, Hiccup is not that comfortable expressing his feelings yet. I mean, of course he likes you, he would constantly daydream about you like a normal teenage boy, sketching you in his book so many times that even Toothless can replicate it with a stick between his teeth. Well, maybe just a bit more than just a typical teenage boy crush. He knows he can't be like Dagur who can just express his love to you whenever the young Berserker chief sees you, but he shows it in every small but meaningful way he can. Hiccup would find out what you're interested in, what you like, and every small little fact he can memorize, but he would put it like it's just all an accident and pretend like he didn't know anything about it. good for you to have a friend like him?

When things get more heated between you three, Dagur is more protective, he's not that dumb, actually, and he perfectly sees how his bro gets a bit too friendly with you. He really, really tries to think it's just because his two favorite people are being nice to each other and nothing more, but jealousy...! I don't think he would be as violent towards Hiccup as to other people, before «betrayal» he actually thought of the poor boy as the only person he can trust.

«I just HATE how every time I try to get close to [them], someone always appears out of nowhere and takes [their] attention from ME! I mean, [they're] obviously mine, right? You wouldn't try to steal [them] from me too, yes, Hiccup? 🤨 Haha! Of course, you wouldn't, it's not like [they] interested in you anyway ☺️»

After the fight between the two when it gets revealed about the dragons, Dagur is practically furious. More than usual this time, since he is forced to leave, and he can't see your pretty face again now :((

But good news, it makes you and Hiccup closer now! Whether you want it or not, you were close to Dagur for a good amount of time, you might consider him even some kind of friend of yours. Someone might get a little suspicious of you, because maybe you accidentally took some bits of craziness from Dagur too, but eventually, Hiccup, being the sweet trustful sweetheart would make sure you feel as comfortable as possible. He stays longer than usual, asks if maybe you need a nice quiet ride with him and Toothless just to clear your mind off the recent incident, would always be the one who checks on you every day. He really, really wants to do more, but expressing his true feelings is still so hard for him. It was said that Hiccup is a good gift maker, so expect to receive some small gifts next to your door out of nowhere.

While being away from you, Dagur thinks only about these three things. Night Fury. Hiccup. You. 🔁

His ego hurts, his heart aches, and it doesn't help that he gets even more violent towards others. Every time he tries to attack the riders, he hopes to see you too. When he spots you on your dragon with other riders, he is happy. But you are with dragon riders, so he quickly loses his temper, screaming orders about how his people should focus on capturing you and night fury, the others don't really matter to him.

You just can't help but notice how the fights between the two get more serious with each time now that you're the main target. Dagur would make it one of his personal goals to drag you back to his ship, meanwhile Hiccup would do everything to not get you on Dagur's ship. And that just repeats over and over again, at this point it's just something deeply personal you three have. Meanwhile, the others are left all confused and lost. The time Dagur spent in prison is probably not for the best, isn't it?

Can you imagine Dagur with a Yandere s/o?

I think I know who this is from, so thank you for requesting something! I’ve always imagined Dagur would be the yandere but,, writing this has opened my mind

uh there’s like a tiny mention of gore and killing? it’s not that explicit I guess but idk. thought I should mention it.

Dagur didn’t like prison. It was uncomfortable in every sense. Dark, damp, crowded, and smelling distinctly of sweat and piss. Alvin didn’t even starve his prisoners so it wasn’t like the crowd was going to lessen any time soon. To combat the only two sensations he ever felt anymore, boredom and frustration, Dagur had begun to pick off the guards. It was easy enough; the first one fell to a riot he started, the next to his own hands. The blood had barely been scrubbed from the stone before another was sent in their place.

At first the new guard seemed like the others, granted they gave him a wide berth. It was disappointing that they’d ruined his only fun. He briefly entertained the idea of culling some prisoners but there were too many of them. He’d be torn apart. Instead he ranted at the new guard, trying to unnerve them at least.

His vivid descriptions of how exactly he was going to murder them, the feeling of their blood slicking his hands, the way their expression would fade from fear and horror into lifeless apathy, drew nothing but amused chuckles. His frustration grew daily, his only outlet replaced by this impassive guard. Eventually he tires of their lack of reaction and uses them as a wall to bounce thoughts off, ranting about how awful it was to be there. His guard said nothing, but the next morning he woke to banging on the bars.

He was being moved to solitary by order of the warden for his behaviour. He thought about taking his chances while the door was open, but there were too many guards and he hadn’t prepared. He didn’t even know where solitary was.

But they were waiting for him there, his guard, apparently now his babysitter. When he was locked in and the last of his entourage had left they shot him a sly grin and said their first word to him. ‘Happy?’

Since then life had been pretty good. All it took was some whining and he got the best of everything; new sheets, better food, fresh water to bathe with. His guard was even starting to talk to him more and that’s how he caught it. The subtle hitch in their breath when he asked about them, their delighted smile when he thanked them for his newest ‘luxury’, the way their eyes lingered on him a little longer than necessary. They liked him, or at the least were attracted to him.

The new information kicked his brain into gear, stagnant plans reappearing fresh. He was getting out of this hellhole and his smitten guard was going to help him.

It was laughably easy to get them to comply. He broke down and ‘confessed’ to them, fake tears and all. They nearly broke down the cell door themselves to let him out. His plan was obviously to escape with them, so they could be together! His guard is overjoyed and spends the rest of their shift in the cell, praising his plan and running their fingers through his hair. Not the worst thing he’d had to endure.

Night comes and the plan goes off without a hitch. His guard, nimble little thing, practically drugged the whole prison and dragged him out by the hand, giggling the whole way. Not as brutal as he wanted but he could always return for some more satisfactory revenge.

As the prison island shrank to a small dot on the horizon his guard produced a bottle.

‘A toast,’ their voice was giddy with victory, ‘to us.’

There were no cups, they just handed it to him. An experimental sniff revealed it to be something much more potent than wine but he shrugged and took a swig, tossing it to them as he swiped his arm across his mouth. He threw his head back to glare at the stars, trying to discern which way was home, and strained his ears until he heard the quiet clink of the bottle being replaced.

His tongue swiped over his lips. They were far enough from the shore now, they wouldn’t be able to swim back. One quick shove and he was home free. He rolled his shoulders and dropped his gaze to his guard. They weren’t even looking at him, instead rummaging around in their sack of whatever they saw fit to bring. Too easy.

His first step toward them was sure and silent, like the predator he was, but the second was unsteady. He stumbled, dropping to his knees as the edges of his vision blurred. One second he was looking at the wood floor of the ship, the next he was on his back with nothing but their face in sight. ‘Don’t worry, love,’ they were combing their fingers through his hair again, helping the darkness creep into his vision, ‘I’ll take better care of you than they ever could.’

I have a head Canon that if Dagur was in love with anyone (boy or girl) either when he was younger in riders/defenders of Berk or now in race to the edge, I feel like he'd be a straight up yandere for them! I don't know why, I think he just gives that feel off of someone loving you that much that they would go to huge and dangerous lengths to try and show you their love and get you to love them back..

You were the one that helped your Boneknapper perfect their armor, making them docile and extremely friendly to you.

Your Boneknapper has stuck by your side as your dragon ever since you helped them out.

This was a new development for the Dragon Riders as Boneknappers are so rare they used to be considered myth.

Now they have one at The Edge commanded by you.

The dragon is usually like a puppy around you.

They're incredibly affectionate and watch over you like a hawk.

So when Dagur comes into the picture...

Can you really blame the dragon for being overprotective all that much?

Boneknappers are usually solitary dragons and everyone knows Dagur's past-

Even if Dagur reforms or meets you before, your Boneknapper doesn't care.

Your dragon wants him out of their sight.

Let's be honest, Dagur finds the fact you train a living myth cool as hell.

When he reforms to join forces with the Dragon Riders or at least be allies, he's interested in you.

A possible crush blooming within him.

Really, why wouldn't he get a little flustered?

You look so cool with a literal bone dragon at your side.

Now let's be honest, Dagur is still a bit unhinged (it's in his title).

He'd be one to come off strong with his affection, openly trying to flirt and obtain your approval.

He isn't getting the approval of your dragon, however.

Dagur finds it hard to act on his crush or obsession at all with your Boneknapper.

This dragon is very protective and dedicated to you it seems.

The armored beast often waits for when Dagur tries to come near before wrapping around you and growling.

He can't get near you, your hut, nothing.

It just about drives Dagur mad.

You may even catch him arguing with your Boneknapper early in the morning when you wake up.

An example of this would include Dagur just wanting to greet you with a Good Morning since he likes you so much... only for your Boneknapper to block the way to your hut.

It's funny the first time it happens.

While your Boneknapper prefers you have nothing to do with Dagur, he's persistent.

As a result you often have to call your dragon off in order to speak with Dagur.

Said man often responds with relief and sticks by you as much as he can.

He's taking advantage of your chats because next thing he knows your dragon might come back to remove him.

Dagur is quick to obsess due to his poor mental state.

When he has the ability to be near you he sticks to you like glue.

He's a man who prefers to express his interest through physical affection... but can't because dragon and he doesn't want to scare you off.

It's probably not too hard to tell he likes you, though.

Those green eyes of his often stare at you like you're the most beautiful scenery.

He's impulsive... often saying information he shouldn't-

Dagur really wants to date you even if it is too soon...

He just wishes you fell for him just as quickly.

Your Boneknapper is cool but annoying to him.

Your dragon ruins the fantasies Dagur has of you and him.

It's hard to even watch what you do without the dragon's eyes glaring at him.

Your dragon tries to keep the overly erratic and impulsive man in his place.

It somewhat slows his obsession but Dagur still falls for you fast....

To keep his crush and obsession at bay he has to watch you from afar.

Physical contact is typically out of the question as your dragon would pluck him away from you.

Although... if Dagur had Sleuther, his dragon could distract yours.

Your Boneknapper does like to play... Dagur could just have his dragon occupy yours while he swoops in to swoon over you.

Dagur gets desperate to be your partner.

He is quite lonely due to his past of violence and tries his best to be close with you.

It's just difficult to convey his agonizing obsession over you when he wants to do it through physical contact.

Dagur is probably touchstarved.

When your dragon is away, Dagur tries to coax affection out of you.

Even if you aren't partners he still wants to at least hold your hand... maybe have a friendly hug?

He'd much rather you kiss him but he'll be patient... maybe....

Dagur tries his best to make his obsession slower...

But all he wants to do is smother you in affection and tell you how much he loves you deep inside.

You two could live in isolation!

You two could be happy!

He just knows you two would be perfect together...

So pardon him if he holds a bit tighter... and forgive him for leaning in with hope that you'll kiss him....

He craves you... you drive him crazy.

Not as much as your damn dragon, however, who quickly learns Sleuther is a distraction.

Your dragon can quickly sense if Dagur is making you uncomfortable.

Which makes the dragon peel Dagur off you and toss him aside with a snarl.

Dagur used to think your dragon was cool!

Now your dragon is nothing but a stupid bodyguard who's in-between his love for you.

Dagur is still somewhat of a Dragon Hunter.

He knows hurting your dragon would make you sad... it would make loving you impossible...

But a dormant feeling within him stirs... he should get rid of your dragon.

After all, this dragon is in the way of his love for you.

It's like they knew about his "crush".

It stood in the way of your future with him....

You may not like it, but Dagur would be willing to plan an elaborate idea to get rid of your dragon.

He could kill the dragon... or make it turn on you somehow.

Either way, Dagur wants them gone.

Afterwards he can steal you away with Sleuther!

Then you can love each other to your heart's content!

You may be distraught at what he's done, blood on his hands or not, but that's fine!

Now there's no dragon to pester you both!

Dagur knows you love him deep down somewhere...

Surely when you realize you can't resist all this love he has for you... you'll feel the same, won't you?

Dagur

When it comes to Dagur I think it depends on how you meet.

Did you meet him when he was still a Dragon Killer or did you meet him when he was allied with the Dragon Riders?

That simply changes how he meets and treats you at first.

If he's still a Dragon Killer he'll take you prisoner and essentially interrogate you for all you know.

Which is where he learns you aren't from his world.

Then there's if he met you when allied with the Dragon Riders, where he'll be nicer and interrogate you less to know about your origin.

Either way Dagur can still be erratic and unpredictable.

His nature is being unstable and he'd come off as overbearing relatively quick.

Dagur as a yandere in general can come off strong and hard to deal with.

For the most part, no matter how he met you, he wants to know more when you say you aren't from here.

He doesn't understand... what do you mean by that?

Despite Dagur being the insane and sadistic viking he is, he displays a certain curiosity towards you and your story.

At first he thinks it'll be important intel that he can use.

No... it's not really anything to do with the Dragon Riders/Killers... but he does learn something he can use to his advantage.

You're from another world and have no idea how this world works.

Something he can use to his advantage.

You see, you'll need someone to teach you how this world works.

Aren't you lucky to have him be your help? You aren't.

Dagur can be helpful when he wants to be.

Most of the time he's thinking of ways to cement you into listening to him.

Dagur probably falls for your naive nature.

You're so easy to manipulate and lie to.

It's so adorable... he just thinks you're so innocent.

Which is why you need him to help you!

Dagur would be protective of you while learning more about how your own world works.

Dagur is capable of defending you, although many don't dare touch you because of how unhinged Dagur is in general.

Dragon Rider or Killer, Dagur us a force no one really wants to mess with.

Due to how unhinged he is by default I feel he would be a fast yandere.

He makes his care for you known through overly excited babbles about you and always intently listens to stories you tell from your world.

Dagur comes off as physically affectionate even if he hasn't told you his feelings yet.

It's part of what makes him hard to deal with along with his violence.

Dagur jumps to violence quickly since he knows how cruel other vikings are.

If you ever found a way to get home to your more modern world, Dagur protests.

He's hesitant to even have dragons near you.

Dagur doesn't even need a weapon if he's enraged to defend you.

He'll corner who he thinks is going to harm you and bash them with his fists if he has to.

Yet those same bloody fists always handle you with such care.

If he hasn't bombarded you with his feelings yet, he springs them onto you now.

You have to stay!

You can't just leave him here!

He loves you!

There's no changing his mind when he decides he has to keep you with him.

This is your home now... he won't let you leave...

He'll just have to keep you cozy with him in a prison cell until you realize you love him as much as he loves you!

Snotlout

Snotlout would distrust you at first.

He doesn't know where you came from and isn't sure if he can trust your story for awhile.

Safe to say even when you tell him the truth, Snotlout takes awhile to be yandere.

Even if he does think you look like... his type....

Snotlout would have to be around you long enough to fully trust you aren't lying.

Only then would you be able to grow a friendship with him... and he starts developing feelings.

Snotlout is similar to Dagur but less unhinged and violent.

He leans more into his ego and wishes to be praised more than anything like violence.

In fact he's kind of a coward.

Once he trusts you he'll try to find ways to impress you.

Snotlout has always been one to yearn for approval from anyone.

When he believes your story he realizes this may be his only chance to impress someone... maybe even date someone!

He listens to the stories you tell but then proceeds to tell even grander stories to impress you.

He tells you of training and riding dragons, he also makes stuff up to make him sound cooler.

The smile on your face is worth it in the end.

Snotlout tries everything to impress and help you.

Sure, Hiccup could show you around Berk, but Snotlout would prefer it if he did it himself!

Snotlout is protective but tends to pick his fights.

He isn't going to beat everyone up for looking at you, although he will be immensely jealous.

Snotlout would have verbal arguments most of the time with others for your attention.

He clings to you and admires you, hoping you'll do the same for him.

He'd only physically fight someone if he felt it was needed.

Like maybe he can secretly take them out away from your view....

Other times if he wants to protect you he'll ask Hookfang for help.

Snotlout is another yandere who loves physical affection.

Praise gives him goosebumps but physical affection?

Heaven.

Snotlout is persistent even if you don't accept his feelings.

He's convinced you two are for each other!

Why else were you brought to his world?

If you found a way to go home, Snotlout plans behind your back.

You want to leave... he can't let that happen.

Snotlout knows manipulating you into a trap is wrong.

But it's that or lose you for good.

He'll just tell Hiccup he sent you home...

Meanwhile, he actually used Hookfang to take you to a remote island where only he knows where to find you.

Now it'll just be you and him...

You can never leave him, he'll make this world your home now.

Dagur x Reader

Sorry for such a late update, RIP my supposed update schedule. Sorry I keep forgetting to add a release date at the ends of the chapter. Wrote this while watching Markiplier play yandere simulator... yes, I am mentally ill lol

Narrator POV

A light ring continued to plague your senses as you woke. Opening your eyes, you struggled to take in your surroundings, vision both blurred and splotchy. Slowly the ringing in your ears dissipated, replaced with the sound of waves and distant yelling, leaving you to wonder where you were. When your vision returned you noted both the wooden ceiling and soft blankets. Paired with the sounds of the ocean you were most definitely on a ship, but why.

You attempted to sit up only to be met with a wave of nausea and a splitting pain in your head. Reeling, you buried your face into your hands and let out a cry of pain. The yelling stopped, a set of lout footsteps hurrying towards you. The door slammed open, and you felt a warm hand on yours, another rubbing small circles on your back. "Easy now" Said Dagur, laying you back down. "You need to rest", Oh... that's why your here. "You hit your head pretty hard back there, my love" he said with a chuckle. Uncaring for the consequences, you surged forward, headbutting Dagur in the nose. This caused you both to recoil, Dagur clutching his nose, and you back into the bed's pillow. To your surprise Instead of the expected string of curses, Dagur was laughing. "Thor, you're insane" you said, mostly to yourself. "I prefer Deranged, but I suppose you can call me whatever you'd like" he said. "Alright then, let me go, Pig" your voice oozed rage. Dagur was taken aback by this, staring at you confused before returning to his lovestruck gaze. Dagur was a violent psychopath known for lashing out at the slightest insult, yet to him it was as if you could do no wrong.

"You know I can't do that Y/N. Besides, this is our chance to be together, finally" you shook your head at him not knowing what to say. "Hiccup has poisoned your mind. But don't worry, I'll deal with him, and his Night Fury" you pushed him away. "What in Thor's name would make you think I would ever love you after threatening my brother!".  Dagur's face was impossible to read, his eyes were narrowed and blank, locked with yours almost unblinking. The room stayed silent; your gazes locked. You flinched at the feeling of Dagur holding a single braid of your hair carefully between his fingers, causing him to soften. "Say it then" He challenged. "What?" he tucked the braid behind your ear, in favor of holding your chin gently, stroking it once with his thumb. "Say you don't love me then" you considered it. It was the logical decision, the longer you let him believe you did, the worse his delusions would become... so why couldn't you bring yourself to say it. The familiar deranged™️ smile spread across his face at your lack of response. "Don't worry, you'll come to realize this is for the best" The door swung open interrupting what was in Dagur's mind a 'tender moment'. "Sir! We just received a le-" "What did I say about interrupting me!" Dagur screamed at the poor man, grabbing him by his neck and pulling him out of the room. Standing up you checked to make sure of the door was locked. It was.  

After a while your head stopped throbbing when you attempted to sit up. You even managed to gain enough baring to stand when the door opened again. "Ah, you're up" Dagur mused, a wide smile gracing his features, "Come, we have matters to attend to". You nearly fell flat on your face when you tried to take a step, thankfully Dagur was there for you to crash into. Your face landed directly into his sternum as he caught your shoulders, preventing you from falling any further. Your face, for the first time in nearly two years returned to a familiar tint of pink. Looking up, Dagur's eyes were wide and dilated. You pushed up off his hands to stand, residing to avoid eye contact. In order to help you walk (as well as for personal reasons) Dagur wrapped an arm around your waist and led you out.

It was night, the storm still raging overhead, making seeing the horizon difficult. From the look of your surroundings, you were sailing towards an island. There were a number of Berserkers stationed around the ship, and with Dagur's arm wrapped around you, making a break for it now would most likely fail. "Ready the chains, we will need them for when the Skrill is returned to us" your eyes widened, both relieved and terrified. This meant that Dagur hadn't captured the Skrill, but with the storm and lack of the other riders, that might change soon. You had to get out of here fast. You were tucked into Dagur's left, had he kept his sword on his side hilt you would have grabbed it and made your escape, but it was safely tucked away on his back. His dagger, however, was strapped to his right. The majority of the Berserkers were occupied, so now was the time.

You leaned into Dagur, resting your head on his shoulder as your arm snaked around him. Dagur visibly froze, eyes wide and unblinking, it was almost enough to make you laugh. Here your kidnapper was, a touch away from freezing, had it not been for the army of Berserkers he had, you were certain it would have been you with the power in this relationship. 'NO! Not a relationship' you scolded yourself, stealing his dagger. Hyping yourself up you reminded yourself that this love-struck puppy (Dagur) had rabies and you needed to get away. In one swift motion, you withdrew your arm from around him, and elbowed him in the stomach, shoving his arm off you with your other hand, before taking off in a sprint. Ignoring Dagur's call, you dodged a group of Berserkers reaching out to grab you. You were about to make it to a cave with multiple mouths in an attempt to lose them when a familiar screech sounded from behind you.

Glancing back Dagur stood with a deranged scowl and his sword in hand, though not pointed at you. Next to him stood a Berserker holding a cage, inside of which was Scabbard hissing profusely at Dagur while trying to bite the Berserkers fingers through the cage, causing him to nearly drop it. "Now now, Y/N. Let's not do anything hasty" Dagur taunted, tapping his sword against the cage. "Let her go" you deadpanned gritting your teeth. "You know I can't do that. Tell you what, come back over here and no harm will befall the little demon, I'll even let you keep it" he smiled as if his offer was gracious, Thor you wanted to plant your fist in his jaw. He continued, "Put the knife down my love". Reluctantly you dropped the dagger and walked back towards him.

Dagur pulled you in the moment you were in arms reach, giving you a dopey smile. "That's better. It'll have to stay in the cage. As a precaution, you understand right?" You take it back; you'd rather drop kick him in his groin. "Come along now, Alvin is waiting" Dagur's arm caged you in like a snake once again. "Alvin?!". "Yes, thanks to Hiccup and your little dragon rider friends, Alvin got a hand on my Skrill" His other hand clenched the air as if imagining Hiccups neck were in it. He softened looking at you, despite your own glare trained on him.

Lightning continued more frequently when you entered the arena, likely due to the Skrill. You had been hoping you would never have to see Alvin again; your string of bad luck has just been increasingly worsening. The Skrill stood chained in the center of the arena, the Outcasts just beyond it, with the exception of Mildew. "The Skrill, dragon of my people" Dagur fawned releasing you to approach. You had half a mind to run before realizing they would likely close the arena gates before you were halfway there. If you were to make an obvious escape Dagur would most definitely use Scabbard as leverage, no, you had to find the opportunity to sneak away undetected and find her. Your attention was recaptured when lightning began to coat the Skrill. Dagur, while in an argument with Mildew simply stepped to the side, leaving Mildew in a familiar state of jumbled speech, you had seen once before on Snotlout.

The Skrill was forced back into its cage, and after a short conversation with Alvin, Dagur returned to your side. "So, this is what happened to Stoick's brat" Alvin sneered. Dagur's hand gripped tighter on your arm, "This is the future queen of Berserk". You felt yourself cringing inwardly as the two glared at each other for a solid fifteen seconds. Dagur then gave a wide fake smile, dropping it with a roll of his eyes, turning the two of you and walking away. "You know he's never going to give you the Skrill, right? He's treacherous... It's in the name!" you said. "Of course, I'll let him think he's in control for now. But the time will come when we'll dispose of him".

You were led to Alvin's throne room and sat at a round table. The room was uncomfortably quiet as the two leaders continued their stand-off. They began to talk strategy, you kept notes to bring home when you found a way out. "Who is smacking their food? I hate smacking! My father used to Smack" Dagur growled. You felt bad for the poor idiot about to become the victim of one of Dagur's outbursts. Turning to face the individual you were horrified to realize that this was one of your idiots. "Dagur don't" you laid your hand on his shoulder, he seemed to consider sparing Tuffnut until he began to talk. "Sorry. I hate it when my mouth does that. Cut it out mouth. Shut up nose. hehe, they don't like each other-". Dagur cut Tuff off, pressing his axe against his throat "Who are you". "Uh, me? I'm uh... I'm Buffnut, you know, Buffnut the Berserker". "Your one of mine? What were you doing back there?". "Well, I was... Composing a poem in honor of your new deal with Alvin, and I got hungry. Cuz poetry is very exhausting, you gotta have a little something every six lines-" this intrigued Dagur. "A poem? Let me hear it, if I like it, I won't chop your legs off" Dagur lowered his axe.

"Uh- There once was a village called Berk

Ruled by a big Viking jerk

Blasting him would be thrilling

Then you'd go a'Skrilling

And show us how to be... Berserk?"

You face palmed, 'We're doomed'. "I would go a'Skrilling?" Dagur contemplated. "I like it! You can keep your legs!" you breathed out in relief.  "That was a good one. We should hire him for our wedding" you froze at the mention of your supposed marriage. "I'm going to have a little chat with the men. You can stay here and relax." His face grew serious "And you won't have any ideas of leaving, right?" he bent over to whisper into your ear, "We wouldn't want anything to happen to our little friend now, would we?". You grit your teeth and nod, not looking at him. "Good girl. Just tell one of the men when you want to go to bed" he placed a light kiss to your hair. He laughed with almost a half squeal of excitement at the shade of pink that stretched across your face. If only he knew your thoughts at the moment were primarily of murder.

"Wow, that was embarrassing to watch" you spun around quick to see Tuff watching you as he ate a mutton chop. "Tuff" you whisper yelled "Are you alone?". "No, Hiccup and Ruff are up on a hill. We should probably get going, since we're here to rescue you and all". "I can't. Dagur has Scabbard locked in a cage somewhere". In a rare occurrence the humor dropped from Tuff. "Tell Hiccup I just need one night" Tuff nodded.

After Tuff left to inform the others about the deal between the two Vikings you watched the slowly thinning crowd. A number of Berserkers stuck around, most likely told to watch you in case of an escape attempt. But as to be expected at a party where the dinks weren't just water, it was only a matter of time before Berserkers either slumped in their chairs or were too out of it to pay attention to you. You of course had helped speed this process by tipping over the few pales of water stationed around the room.

You exited the room as stealthily as possible. You headed to the ship, where Dagur would have most likely left Scabbard. There were a number of Berserkers in guard, but nothing you couldn't get passed this dark into the night. You entered the hull of the largest ship; it was dark and crowded causing you to nearly bump into a number of objects. That was when you saw it, a sheet covered cage near the back. Pulling the cover back you were greeted by the familiar face of Scabbard who let out a happy chirp at your arrival. "Hey girl" you smiled, "Let's get you out of here". You were fiddling with the lock when she let out an angry hiss at the ship's stairs. And you turned to see the hulking shadow of Dagur.
