Zoldyck family with Gojo-like older twin of Illumi
Zeno Zoldyck
Tumblr media
🐲You'd think that as one of the oldest members of the Zoldyck family, Zeno would act his role as the strict grandfather and drill into you every lesson you need to know as the future head of the family. Instead he has taken the complete opposite role and has settled into being the chill granddad for it is his son's role to lecture you in everything you need to know, not his. Most of the time he spends with you is more comparable to him just hanging out with you, unless he notices that you are slacking off in which case he will show you why despite his age he is still a feared assassin in the world. There are constant jokes thrown back and forth between you two as both of you try to see who can deliver verbally the bigger blow whilst both of you take it without a single grain of salt. Even during missions both of you have together, you tend to see who has the better one-liners all whilst being completely indifferent to the screaming and terrified targets. Silva has voiced his disdain as he thinks that Zeno is being too soft yet Zeno has always stood up. He's a proud grandfather so just let him do what he wants to do with his favorite grandchild. After all your very first word ever was "grandpa", how could he not love you?
Silva Zoldyck
Tumblr media
🐺For all the respect he holds for his own father, the old man is giving him a headache with the way he treats you, his heir. Silva claims most of your time, either training you or teaching you everything you need to know as the next head of the clan. You are his entire pride and he has high expectations for you which he is confident you will live up to. There is especially much time poured into helping you honing your special Nen-abilities of the Infinity and your Six Eyes, skills which he is proud that you have gotten as it only further solidifies you as one of the strongest members of the family. He's aware of the fact that you favor your grandfather though and he knows that Zeno often sneaks away with you because he wants to spend time with you and the GIF I've used is probably the exact same expression he gives the two of you when he catches you. Is he perhaps a tad bit jealous that you favor your grandfather over your own dad? Perhaps, he is rather possessive after all but he would never admit that though his suffocating aura is already indicator enough of his feelings. He's most likely never gotten fully over it that your first word wasn't "dada" and Zeno has never let him forget it either.
Kikyo Zoldyck
Tumblr media
🔺Kikyo has a terrible streak of jealousy and that isn't made better by the fact that Silva and Zeno steal so much of your time for themselves. As a result she is all the more smothering and clingy the moment you are by yourself as she seems to wait for you to be alone like a starved predator and pounces on you the moment neither of the two men are around. This woman is always complimenting you for everything. For your talents, your strength, your caring personality, your looks and whatever else you can think of. There is a tinge of bittersweet melancholy though as she sometimes mourns the time where you were chubby and small and came always stumbling towards her with a happy look on your face. Her little bird has left the nest far too quickly and has grown so independent.... Your kind and caring personality can be easily a trigger of her jealousy though whenever you pay attention to one of your siblings or can't spend time with her since you have promised someone else already that you'd be with them. She always makes a huge clamour whenever the topic of potential partners is involved as no one in her eyes could be worthy of her beautiful baby boy.
Illumi Zoldyck
Tumblr media
🤎For as long as Illumi can remember, you two have always been together. You complete him, he completes you. After all both of you have been sharing the same womb, have shared everything since the very moment the two of you were conceived. It is this mindset that has always pushed Illumi to be surprisingly clingy, your silent shadow that has been trailing behind you ever since the two of you could crawl. From all of his siblings he has always thought that he deserves you the most, perhaps even more than the entirety of the Zoldyck family as the both of you share a special connection as twins. He's casually thrown needles into people's heads when they so much as dared to question whether the two of you are really twins as your appearances are like night and day, silently enraged whenever someone would do as much as doubt just how close the two of you are. He's the one seeking you out even quicker than Kikyo when neither Silva nor Zeno are in sight and likes to whisk you somewhere where he can have the time with you he thinks he deserves more than anyone else. He's tried to scare some of his other siblings away whenever he thought that they were stealing you away from him.
Milluki Zoldyck
Tumblr media
💻Going back to Illumi bullying his siblings whenever they also try to get your time, poor Milluki is the one who gets the most of it, though Milluki has used this fact often to play the victim card to try to coax you into spending more time with him. Activities with Milluki contain munching on snacks whilst playing some video games or watching some Anime and with passing years this guy has installed an entire security system to make sure that no one disturbs him when he has you, his older brother with him in the room. The ony time where he has gotten too scared and let someone in his room is when either Zeno or Silva knock on his door as he knows fully well that they'll break it if he doesn't open it within 3 seconds. Whenever he has managed to make you promise to spend an evening with you, he buys tons of your favorite snacks and prepares your favorite movies, games and series so that everything is to your liking and so that he can hopefully become your favorite sibling. He's even made a phone specifically for you and gifted it to you on your birthday. There are a lot of special apps and features included on the phone, one of them being a very secretive tracker which allows him to always know your location.
Killua Zoldyck
Tumblr media
🪀Killua has been clinging to you since he was a toddler and that hasn't changed much over the years. Seemingly adapting to the strategies of Zeno, Killua is always sneaky when he seeks you out and beckons you to follow him and spend time with him. He's probably one of the few who is willing to share his time with you together with some of his other siblings which is pretty much only Alluka. You've always indulged him though, knowing that there was a certain pressure on him due to his white hair and blue eyes as well. Killua has taken some pride in his appearance though, mainly because people not associated with his family always instantly acknowledged him as your younger brother whilst such recognition wasn't as granted with people like Illumi or Milluki which causes him to act somewhat smug in such given situations. Both of you have a sweet tooth and whenever one of you is on a mission, it has become a sacred ritual that the person buys something sweet before heading home again to share it with the other. The poor boy was heartbroken when you couldn't come with him when he took his Hunter Exam, though you strongly spoke up for him when people like Kikyo were hesitant to let him go.
Alluka Zoldyck
Tumblr media
💝Whereas almost the entire rest of the family has always shunned Alluka, Killua and you were the only ones willingly spending time with her and playing with her. As a result Alluka as well as Nanika genuinely view the two of you as the only people both of them need and really love and Nanika especially grants the both of you free wishes. Okay, maybe not always free. At times there are demands for you such as wanting a piggyback from you, wanting a kiss on the cheek or wanting to be lifted up and spun around by you. Whenever you hear such words coming out of Alluka's mouth you instantly know that both of them want your affection and attention in that moment and you have never been able to deny them their requests, even if you have never used the wishes you were granted in return for something sinister. The room Alluka is kept in is filled with plushies and prettily designed because you demanded it to be that way and whenever Alluka or Nanika want the walls to be painted a different colour or desire a new plushie, you always take it upon yourself to fulfill them their wish and Killua gives you a helping hand for the majority of the time.
Kalluto Zoldyck
Tumblr media
🏮Kallluto has arguably got the worst luck as he is the youngest member of the family and often is brushed over by all of his other siblings who deem that he should wait for his turn. The poor boy is a professional stalker even from a young age as he has spend countless hours watching other members of the family having fun with you all whilst he is deprived of it. He plays the even bigger victim card than Milluki for such reasons in the very moment you call out to him and spend time with him. Whenever you two walk around, he either clings to the sleeves of your clothes or even manages to hold your hand, his head constantly tilted so that he can look at you with sparkling eyes. The insecurities he sometimes feels as a result of being somewhat overlooked as the entire household revolves around you is something he learns to use effectively as an advantage when he wants to steal your attention away from someone else because he knows you'll crouch down and ask him if everything is alright the moment he starts fidgeting around with his fingers and makes himself small. As you are the person he idolises and looks up to, he ends up adapting your likes and dislikes all to feel closer to you.

It was easy to assume that Alluka was always safe. She was so sweet and despite the fact that she shared her body with a Dark Continent creature, she was great company. You could tell her your deepest secrets and she listened to every single one. There was no fear that she would spill them to anyone else and it felt wonderful not to be judged. Because of this most of your time was spent with the young girl. Even Killua joked that you had a stronger bond with Alluka than he did. You denied it, but it seemed that no matter what happened, Alluka was always by your side. It was comforting to see her by your side, but recently you had been longing for daylight. You adored her, but these days her presence was overbearing.
Alluka giggled as she clung to your arm, cuddling into your chest. Shifting was impossible, although she looked like a little girl her strength held you in place. She curled into you, something you had found adorable when she first did it. You knew she didn't mean for it to be as torturous as it was. She wasn't trying to hurt you in any way. And yet you hated the fact that you had to sit here, unmoving, for hours while  Alluka sang and played with your hair.
There wasn't any point in trying to move. She wouldn't even feel your force and would stay locked in place, her light blue eyes smiling up at you. You could complain, but she'd look hurt and you'd relent, resulting in her spending even more time with you. The only time you had to yourself was when Nanika wanted to spend some time with Killua. The entity had become a sense of relief for you as the girl released you from her grasp to find her brother.
You felt bad for how bitter your feelings for Alluka had grown. She only wanted to make you happy. It was clear from the flower crowns she gave you when you rested down under the trees. From the way she melted into every touch you gave her. From the way she would drag out into the garden to show you the flutters of butterfly wings. From how she gazed at every expression you made with a warmth that still surprised you. But even though she meant no harm towards you, everything she did unnerved you in some way.
The flower crowns themselves were sweet, but the shivers that ran down your spine when her nails brushed your scalp weren't. When she melted into your warmth you were unable to move, not wanting to face her pouting face of her loud wailing. You didn't want to see the butterflies, you didn't want to go help her find Killua, but there wasn't any way to escape her or surely Nanika would get involved. You had to constantly be good, as if every action was monitored. There was no way out of her presence. She was suffocating you and she didn't even know it.
"Y/N, are you alright? You look so sad." Alluka asked as her hand had moved to cup your face, concern evident in her eyes. Her fingertips traced the outline of your jaw. There was an inquisition in the way she tilted her head.
"I'm okay, Alluka. I've just been a little distracted as of late. Theres nothing's wrong, I promise." You faked a smile. "Hm...alright then!" She said gladly and nuzzled into the crook of your neck, giving a sigh of relief as she rested. You leaned back, one of the small movements you could actually do. It was interrupted by the door sliding open to reveal Killua.
"Hey Y/N how are you and Alluka doing?" Killua asked. Curiosity filled his tone and he likely wondered how Alluka was so comfortable around you so quickly.
"Yes we are both fine, just resting that's all," you answered, giving a small nod to the boy.
"Good, cause me and Gon are about to go on a super  special mission. I'll tell you what's happening on the way there," Killua lowered his voice as his eyes dipped to Alluka peacefully resting on your body "The mission is supposed to be really fun but it's going to be super risky as well, so it's alright if you don't want to come with." Killua's hushed.
"I'd love to go with you guys. C'mon let's go," you answered with a nod.
You tried to lift yourself from the floor, expecting Alluka to allow to leave but her weight encased you. You squirmed against her, but she didn't let go of your wrists. She didn't even lift her head up to address the situation, opting to trap you beneath her.
"I don't want Y/N to go!" Alluka whined as her grip tightened on your wrist, causing you to hiss in pain. "I want Y/N to stay here with me! I want to keep Y/N safe here with me!"
"Alluka, please. This is important. You have to let go of me," you said, trying to sound as patient as you could, "No! I don't want you to leave! you shouldn't go if it's going to be dangerous! Please stay here with me!" Alluka complained as she pulled you into her with an even harder grip. Her stance grew protective and you hadn't noticed earlier how her pupils grew into slits at the word danger. Her arms had coiled around your waist and her head moved from her favorite spot of your neck to glare at her big brother.
"Big brother, if you let Y/N go, then I will hate you forever and ever." Alluka growled. Causing Killua to back away in shock. He had never seen his little sister behaving so possessive before. It was like a predator protecting it's young.
"A-Alluka..." Killua stuttered, too stunned to form a coherent sentence. He looked over to you for any hope of guidance, but you were also appalled at the girls sudden behaviour.
You had seen how Alluka would glare at others in extreme situations. It was a sign of annoyance. Killua flinched, surprised that his little sister would act such away.
"Alluka," you pleaded, "do not speak to your big brother like that again. And please don't need to worry. I've been on lots of dangerous missions before, I'll be safe, I promise!" Alluka was unmoved by your words, still pouting and holding on to you with her strength. Pain bloomed in your abdomen as her grip grew suffocatingly tight.
"H-hey Alluka stop squeezing them so tight! They won't come on the mission alright?!" Killua yelled.
Alluka eased her grip and her eyes softened as they turned to you.
"M-maybe it's best if you both just stay here while me and Gon are gone, it's probably safer anyways. We'll get you guys some souvenirs," Killua mumbled dolefully as he walked back to Gon.
You had seen Alluka worry over you and she always ran to save you from the heat of danger with the help of Nanika, but she had never spoken to her big brother like that. You couldn't help but stare, shock and horror scrawled over your face like a tattoo. She giggled one again and pressed her face against your collarbone, hands running over your back before settling between the strands of your hair. You wondered if she was trying to comfort you or herself. You couldn't help but embrace her back. Despite everything, she would protect you. She would save you from peril. You could deal with the pain of entrapment in exchange for safety. "Now we have all the time in the world Y/N! Isn't that awesome?" Alluka hummed against your clavicle, giving kisses to your skin. As her ocean eyes reflected a pure intense love you wondered if maybe this life wouldn't be so bad after all.

— Bound by Silk and Shadows. [III]
Tumblr media
pairing. ilumi zoldyck x (insert oc)
summary. In a quiet village, she runs a humble café, serving customers with a serene smile, unaware that she has captured the interest of one of the deadliest assassins alive. Ilumi Zoldyck, cold and emotionless, finds himself drawn to her—an anomaly in his carefully calculated world. She does not flinch under his piercing gaze, does not cower in fear like others do. And that intrigues him. What starts as silent observation soon spirals into obsession. He watches from the shadows, memorizing her every move, ensuring no one else dares to lay claim to what is his. Even Hisoka, ever the provocateur, finds amusement in Ilumi’s growing fixation. But Ilumi is not a man of patience. If she won’t come to him willingly… he may just have to take her. After all, a rare treasure should be kept safe—locked away, where no one else can touch.

a.n. i imagine that she had a very long, silken hair cascaded down her back like flowing silver under the moonlight, carrying subtle hues of midnight blue at the tips. her skin, pale and luminous. her eyes, deep and enigmatic, mirrored the night sky—silver with flecks of stardust. her nose was delicate and well-defined, complementing the soft curve of her high cheekbones. her lips, naturally flushed with a faint rose hue. xoxo miyuki

The night air was crisp, carrying the scent of damp earth from the earlier rain. Ilumi walked in silence, Hisoka trailing beside him with a lazy grin stretching across his face. The dim lanterns along the village streets flickered, casting long shadows that twisted with every breeze.
“Such a quiet little place,” Hisoka mused, stuffing his hands into his pockets. “I can see why you like it. Peaceful, isn’t it? Almost makes me want to settle down.”
Ilumi cast him a sidelong glance. “You wouldn’t last a week.”
Hisoka chuckled, unbothered. “True. I get bored far too easily. But you… you don’t, do you?”
Ilumi didn’t answer. Hisoka was perceptive in ways that were inconvenient.
Ilumi walked in silence, his thoughts swirling like ink in water, murky and unreadable even to himself. The quiet village streets stretched before him, bathed in the dim glow of lanterns. Hisoka strolled beside him, still grinning to himself, as if recalling something particularly amusing.
"You’re thinking about her, aren’t you?" Hisoka mused, his tone playfully knowing.
Ilumi’s gaze remained forward. "She is irrelevant."
Hisoka chuckled, a deep, rolling sound. "Mmm, but she is interesting, don’t you think? Not a single crack in that facade. No fear. No intrigue. Just… neutrality."
Ilumi said nothing. That was precisely what unsettled him. His presence should have meant something to her. Fear, curiosity, even mild wariness—any of those would have been logical responses. Yet, she had given him nothing. Not even a second glance as they left.
He had no use for things he didn’t understand. And yet, he was drawn back to the thought of her, much like a moth to a flickering flame.
They walked in silence for a while before Ilumi’s phone buzzed in his pocket. He retrieved it, glancing at the caller ID before answering. The familiar voice of one of his family’s informants greeted him.
Without breaking stride, he retrieved it, bringing it to his ear.
"The mission is set," the voice on the other end was curt, professional—one of the handlers assigned by his father. "You are to depart at once. It is expected to take three months. Failure is not an option."
Ilumi barely reacted. Missions were nothing new. He did what was required, as he always had.
Yet, something in his chest tightened. Three months. Would she still be there when he returned? Would anything have changed? Ilumi listened without showing any reaction, but the sudden shift of his aura didn’t go past Hisoka which causes him to smirked slightly. “Details.”
“The target is a high-profile businessman who has been interfering with the family’s operations. Security will be tight, but nothing beyond your capabilities. Your father wanted you to be extra cautious while going for the target. So far as we know, he's a very strong Nen user.” Nen is a technique that allows a person to use and manipulate their life energy, or aura, to gain superhuman abilities. It is divided into several core principles and categories: Ten (纏) – Keeping aura around the body for defense and longevity.
Zetsu (絶) – Shutting off aura flow to hide presence but making one vulnerable.
Ren (練) – Releasing a large amount of aura to increase strength and power.
Hatsu (発) – The unique expression of one's Nen ability, tailored to their personality and Nen category.
Each Nen user belongs to one of six categories, determined by their innate aura type: Enhancement – Strengthens or improves the user’s body or objects.
Emission – Projects aura away from the body.
Manipulation – Controls objects or living beings.
Transmutation – Alters the properties of aura.
Conjuration – Creates objects out of aura.
Specialization – Unique abilities that don’t fit into other categories.
Ilumi absorbed the information in silence before ending the call without a farewell. He slipped the phone back into his pocket, his expression unreadable.
Hisoka tilted his head, watching Ilumi’s expression—or lack thereof. "Oh? You sound almost reluctant. That’s new."
"You talk too much," Ilumi said flatly, slipping his phone back into his pocket.
Hisoka’s smirk widened. "I’ll take that as a yes." Three Months Later The battlefield was a desolate stretch of land, a ruined outpost at the edge of a crumbling city. The building was high-up, the light coming from Yorknew City could still be seen from there. Faint traces of past conflicts lingered—scorched walls, shattered cobblestones, and the eerie silence that always followed bloodshed. The moon hung high, casting long, jagged shadows across the uneven terrain. Getting past through all the guards that’s protecting the target was an easy task for Ilumi himself. It didn’t take long for him to get past all of them with just his needle. A single strike straight to their skulls was all he needed. He doesn’t understand himself why he wanted to get his job done as soon as possible but for now, he shook off the thought away from his head and focused on killing the target as swiftly as possible.
Ilumi moved with measured steps, his expression as unreadable as ever. His target was near.
A figure suddenly emerged from the darkness—a seasoned fighter, cloaked in an aura of potent Nen. His golden eyes glowed with sharp intensity, his stance revealing years of battle-honed experience. This was not an easy kill.
"So, you’re the one they sent after me. Foolish."
With a surge of power, the man's Nen flared—coiling around him in thick, vibrant waves. He was an Enhancer, a warrior who thrived in direct combat. His fists clenched, the ground beneath him cracking as he propelled forward at blinding speed, aiming to crush Ilumi in a single strike.
Ilumi’s eyes remained devoid of emotion as he shifted his stance. In a mere instant, his form blurred—his speed surpassing human perception. His opponent’s punch whistled through empty space as Ilumi reappeared behind him, fingers poised with deadly precision.
With a flick of his wrist, several needles embedded into the enforcer’s back. The man jerked, his movements seizing up as his muscles stiffened involuntarily. But he fought through the paralysis, his sheer willpower allowing him to resist.
"Impressive," Ilumi murmured, his voice devoid of praise yet acknowledging the resistance.
The enforcer twisted, lashing out with a devastating punch infused with explosive Nen. Ilumi barely shifted, his body weaving through the attack with unnatural ease. With another flick of his hand, a final needle found its mark—straight into the base of the man’s skull.
The enforcer’s body froze completely, his energy abruptly dissipating. His eyes widened in horror as he realized—his body was no longer his to control.
Ilumi stepped forward, tilting his head slightly. "This is the difference between us."
With a mere thought, the enforcer collapsed, lifeless before he even hit the ground. The mission was complete. A slow clap echoed through the night, breaking the silence.
"Beautifully done," a familiar voice drawled.
Ilumi react to the voice behind him. He had sensed Hisoka’s presence before he had even spoken. The magician’s arrival was never subtle—not in presence, not in personality. Hisoka leaned lazily against a broken pillar, his ever-present smirk in place.
"You do have a flair for efficiency," Hisoka continued, eyes gleaming with amusement. "Though I must say, it lacks… excitement."Ilumi didn’t paid him any mind. He then pulled out his phone from his pocket and sent a single message to confirm the completion of the job. His part was done. The moment he put his phone back in the pocket of his pants, his mind wandered once again. This never happened to him before but somehow, ever since she came in his life, everything about him had change. He couldn’t help himself but to indulge himself into his own little thoughts just for this one time.
As he watched the frantic movement below, his thoughts started to get busy—wandering elsewhere.
To a quiet village.
To a dimly lit café.
To a girl who had looked at him as though he was just another customer. It was… bothersome. The thought had followed him through the entirety of his mission, lingering in the back of his mind like an unfinished thread. Her presence should have been insignificant—he should have discarded his curiosity the moment he left the village. And yet, it gnawed at him.
“Well, well~ You look lost in thought.” Hisoka landed gracefully beside him, his ever-present smirk stretching wide. “You’re usually so focused after a mission. Could it be that something is distracting you?”
Ilumi remained silent, but Hisoka’s eyes gleamed with amusement. “How rare. You, of all people, letting something linger in your mind. I wonder what could possibly be so intriguing.” Hisoka tilted his head, his tone lilting with curiosity. “Ah… or perhaps who?”
Ilumi finally turned to face him, his expression unreadable. “You followed me here?”
Hisoka chuckled. “Oh, don’t be so cold. I was simply nearby and thought I’d drop by~” He took a dramatic breath, as if savoring the lingering air of death. “Besides, watching you work is always such a delight.”
Ilumi ignored the comment. “What do you want?”
Hisoka grinned. “Must I have a reason? I enjoy watching interesting things unfold.” He leaned in slightly, his voice dropping to a whisper. “And I have a feeling you’re about to become very interesting.” Ilumi didn’t respond. Hisoka’s amusement was a nuisance, but not unexpected. The magician thrived on chaos and tension—on pushing people toward their limits just to see how they would react.
The thought of simply leaving crossed Ilumi’s mind, but Hisoka wasn’t finished. “You know,” he mused, stretching his arms, “I quite enjoyed our little café visit. Such a fascinating girl, don’t you think?” Ilumi’s fingers twitched slightly. It was the smallest reaction, nearly imperceptible—but Hisoka caught it. “Oh my~” Hisoka’s grin widened. “So that’s what’s on your mind.”
Ilumi turned away, dismissing him. “You’re imagining things.”
Hisoka only laughed, the sound light but filled with mischief. “Perhaps~ But you wouldn’t be standing here, lingering, if that were true.” He stepped closer, his voice taking on a more knowing edge. “You want to see her again.”
Ilumi didn’t answer. Because, for once, Hisoka wasn’t entirely wrong.
And that was precisely what bothered him the most. Ilumi ignored him, retrieving his needles with methodical precision. As he turned to leave, Hisoka’s gaze flickered with mischief.
"Oh, by the way," Hisoka drawled, stretching lazily. "The village you’re so interested in is preparing for a festival. Quite a grand one, it seems. Lanterns, performances, the whole charming affair."
Ilumi barely reacted, his expression unchanged. "I see." He was silent for a long moment. He was not one for festivals, nor for idle distractions. And yet… the notion of seeing her again, in an entirely different setting, was not entirely unwelcome.
Hisoka tilted his head, watching him with unbridled curiosity. “Thinking of attending?”
Ilumi’s gaze flickered toward him, impassive. “You seem unusually invested.”
Hisoka’s smirk widened. “Oh, I just enjoy seeing how things unfold. And if you happen to be intrigued, who am I to interfere?~”
Ilumi didn’t dignify him with a response. He turned away, stepping off the rooftop into the shadows, leaving Hisoka chuckling to himself behind him. The Day Before The Festival The village hadn’t changed. It was still the same quiet place with winding cobblestone paths, paper lanterns swaying with the evening breeze, and a sky stretched wide and starless.
But Ilumi’s eyes were drawn only to one thing—the café.
Warm light seeped through its windows, casting a familiar glow onto the streets. And inside, she was still there.
She hadn’t left.
He exhaled slowly, though he wasn’t sure why. Relief was not an emotion he should be experiencing. He told himself it was merely curiosity that had brought him back here so soon after completing his mission.
Yes. That was all it was.
He then took a close look around the village once again. It didn’t change that much, except for the decorative lantern being hung up, decorating the streets in a warm hue glow. Then his eyes caught a banner that was being hung across the street, painted with delicate brushstrokes. Festival of Lanterns (提灯祭り[chōchin matsuri]).
His sharp eyes scanned the details. A traditional dance. A shrine ceremony. The event will begun tomorrow evening. The expression on his face didn’t change but, deep in his mind, he sure looking forward to it.
Hisoka, who had been tailing him from behind, hummed in amusement. "How fortunate~ Looks like our dear little hostess has a role to play tonight."
Ilumi’s brows furrowed slightly. Hisoka’s words rang true. His eyes then turned towards the cafe before realizing. She’s not there. Where could she be? Ilumi wonders, why is the cafe still open despite not her not being there? The moment he reached for the door handle, he saw an unfamiliar face was serving the customers. An old woman in her 70’s was the one who’s serving the customer and yet, the soft smile painted on the old lady somehow reminded him of something—or rather, someone. The old lady’s smile looks similar to her soft smile. That’s probably her grandma… was the only thing played in his mind. He turned away, getting ready to leave the cafe before Hisoka’s words struck, “So, you really do want to see her~?” Ilumi paid him no mind and vanished into thin air. Hisoka’s smirked slightly. “How amusing~”
--- The village had begun to stir with the hum of festival preparations, the scent of freshly harvested flowers and burning incense weaving through the air. Lanterns of vibrant colors hung from every storefront and home, their glow promising warmth against the coming night. The townspeople bustled about, decorating, arranging, and chattering excitedly about the Festival of Lanterns.
Among them, she stood quietly, her delicate hands skillfully tying strings of paper lanterns under the eaves of her family’s shrine. The smile on her lips never wavered, the curve of her mouth familiar to all who knew her. A gentle, practiced expression—one that did not falter, even as old memories stirred.
The rhythmic rustling of the wind through the trees reminded her of the night everything had fallen apart. The night her father was taken from her.
She had been too young to understand the depth of the trouble he was in. Her father, despite his warm smiles and playful gestures, had been drowning in debt. Debt so vast and inescapable that it loomed over their family like a curse. He had hidden it well, playing the part of a devoted husband and doting father, but reality struck after that one night where strange men came knocking at their door.
Their voices had been cold, their presence suffocating.
She remembered clinging to the hem of her mother’s kimono, fear was written across her face, watching as her father was dragged away. He had turned back once, offering a reassuring smile—one that did not reach his weary eyes. That was the last time she saw him alive.
Days later, his body was found in an alley, discarded like a broken tool. The news spread like wildfire, whispers following her wherever she went. Pitying eyes, hushed voices, condolences that felt empty. The debt did not disappear with his death—it clung to them, suffocating her mother in its grip.
Her mother, once a woman of grace and gentle hands, began to crumble under the weight of grief. But it wasn’t just the loss of her husband. It was the way her daughter looked at her—the way she smiled. The resemblance was undeniable, a painful reminder of the man who had left her in ruin.
At first, it was the lingering glances, the barely concealed resentment in her mother’s gaze. Then came the nights when her mother would mutter to herself, clutching her head as if trying to rid herself of something unseen. And then, one day, she was simply gone.
They found her body by the riverbank, her pale face reflecting the sky as if she had become one with it. The sight of her mother’s dead body was one disturbing for someone as little as her back then. Then a sudden realization struck her.
She had been left alone.
Her grandparents had taken her in, raising her with warmth that she could no longer fully grasp. The shrine became her home, the traditions passed down through generations now resting on her shoulders. The village adored her, admired her dedication to keeping the customs alive.
But no one saw beyond the smile she wore.
No one saw the fear that sat at the pit of her stomach, the sadness that curled itself around her heart, the hurt that never quite faded. Her falling facade that she shows when she’s all alone in her room.
No one ever questioned the unwavering brightness in her expression, the way she laughed so easily, the way she never faltered.
Because to them, she was the girl who danced beautifully beneath the lantern lights, who carried the legacy of her ancestors with grace. To them, she was unbreakable.
And so she continued to smile.
As the village around her prepared for the grand festival, she tied another lantern in place, stepping back to admire the soft glow it cast. She exhaled slowly, watching as the golden light flickered against the night sky.
No one needed to know. No one ever would.
Tomorrow evening, she would dance beneath the lanterns once more, her movements flawless, her expression serene.
And no one would ever see past the mask she had perfected.
The Festival Day
The night deepened, stars appearing one by one against the velvety darkness. The shrine’s courtyard had transformed into a sea of warm lights, paper lanterns swaying in the evening breeze. The villagers’ laughter and chatter rang through the air, blending with the sound of rustling fabric as shrine maidens moved gracefully, preparing for the rituals to come.
She stood at the heart of it all, her fingers brushing against the delicate embroidery of her ceremonial robes. Her hair was put up, the hair pin decorating her long hair, she almost looks like the Goddess of The Moon herself. The weight of tradition pressed down on her shoulders, but she carried it with quiet grace. Her movements were methodical as she assisted the others, yet her mind drifted.
She thought of the festival nights when she was younger, when her father would lift her onto his shoulders so she could see the lights from above the crowd. She thought of her mother, humming an old lullaby as she brushed her hair, before the sorrow had stolen her away.
Her throat tightened, but she did not allow the emotion to surface.
A soft voice pulled her from her thoughts. "My dear, are you ready? The opening ceremony is about to begin."
She turned, her ever-present soft smile in place. "Of course. I'll be there soon."
As the drums of the festival began to echo through the village, she took a deep breath, steadying herself.
Tonight, she would dance not just for tradition, but for the past she carried within her. And no matter how heavy it was, she would never let it show. --- As the night deepened, the festival was indeed filled with colors and sounds. Rows of glowing lanterns lined the village streets, their soft golden light reflecting in the eyes of those who gathered. Stalls offered sweets and trinkets, while laughter and excited chatter filled the air. The festival had reached its peak, the night sky aglow with thousands of lanterns, their golden hues painting the streets in an ethereal glow. Music filled the air, gentle yet rhythmic, the kind that stirred something deep within the soul. People gathered in clusters, their faces alight with joy as they watched the performance begin. Ilumi stood at the edge of the crowd, his dark eyes unreadable as they followed the lone figure who stepped onto the open stage before the shrine. The girl moved with elegance, her flowing garments trailing like whispers of silk as she raised her arms, welcoming the music’s embrace.
Ilumi’s attention was directed on her.
On the raised platform in the center of the square, where she stood.
Dressed in elegant shrine maiden attire, her figure was bathed in the warm glow of the lanterns. Silk sleeves flowed with her every movement as she began to dance, her steps light yet deliberate, as if weaving through unseen threads of time itself.
The crowd hushed, mesmerized by the performance. And for the first time in a long while, Ilumi found himself watching something he could not predict. Beautiful was one thing but her—she was too enchanting for him no—for the world to watch. The realization left a bitter taste in Ilumi’s mouth. She existed in a space that did not include him.
Yet. His gaze remained locked onto her, watching as she began to dance. Every step was precise, each movement fluid, as if she was weightless against the world. The lanterns above illuminated her, casting a golden shimmer upon her skin, making her appear almost otherworldly. It was hypnotizing—graceful yet calculated, a performance that had been honed for years.
She moved like water, graceful yet untouchable, her expression serene and unwavering. There was no doubt—this was her world, a place where she belonged, a place where she was untouchable. Ilumi wasn’t easily swayed by aesthetics. Yet, as he observed her, something strange curled within him. He recognized discipline in her dance, the meticulous control in every motion. She was practiced, perfected, a display of refinement that demanded attention. But beneath that flawless execution, he saw something else—something more than just a dancer honoring tradition. A mask. Hisoka, who had been watching alongside him, chuckled under his breath. "Beautiful, isn't she? But I wonder…" he drawled, tilting his head slightly. "How long can one wear such a mask before it begins to crack?" Ilumi said nothing, his gaze never leaving her. As the dance neared its climax, she twirled with such precision that the sleeves of her kimono billowed like wings, her face tilted ever so slightly upward, her lips curved in that serene, unwavering smile. It was a smile Ilumi did not trust. He wonders to himself, why her smile back then was different than her smile when she’s on stage? He had seen many expressions in his lifetime—fear, rage, desperation. But this? This kind of smile, so perfected, so unwavering—it was unnatural. And unnatural things always hid something beneath the surface. --- As the festival continued, the winding streets were illuminated by the lanterns, their golden light casting shifting shadows along the cobblestone paths. She stepped away from the crowd, with still dressed in the elegant shrine maiden attire but with one hairpin stuck on her long hair, her hair bang dance along with the cold breeze of the night, drowning herself toward the quieter part of the festival, where the shrine’s steps led into the tranquil night. She stood quietly, looking at the moon hung high, flashback started playing in her mind, clinging into her mind like a torn roses. The pain suddenly came from remembering her past causes her to clutch her hands tightly on her chest. Her smile that she had worn for too long slowly faded from her face. She then pluck the last hairpin on her hair, which causes her hair to fall straight away as she studied the ornament that was decorating the hairpin. It was originally her mothers’. But it had been passed down to her. Mother, am I doing a good job right here…? A single tear escaped from her eyes as she hug the hairpin closed to her chest before finally letting herself broke down from the exhaustion of putting a mask in front of everyone she meet. A sudden creak coming from behind her which causes her to turn around, tear staining her cheeks as she tried her best to look through the darkness behind her. A low chuckle could be heard from the darkness before it began to speak. ”My, the boss did not lie about his daughter growing into a very fine lady~ This way, it won't take her long to finished paying her father’s debt with a pretty face like her~” The person suddenly step out of the darkness. There’s three of them and she knows very well who the three gentleman standing before her was. On instinct, she tried to scream for help before one of the guy swiftly move to her behind and cupped her mouth. “Woah, can’t let you scream…! You should respect those people who’s trying to have fun during the festival…! So, I want you to be a good girl and stay st—” Before he can finished his sentence, she elbowed him hard on his stomach, causing him to lost his grip from her. With that, she then ran as fast as she could to escape from the other two man behind her but to her no avail, the second guy suddenly pulled her long hair causing her fall back on her knees, screeching in pain. He then cup her mouth and nose with a piece of fabric which not for long, her body started feeling numb before her vision finally succumbing to the darkness. Anyone, please… Save me…

The Host | Yandere Zoldyck Family
Tumblr media
“I’m so happy, we were able to locate the portal so quickly! Now you all can return to your world without breaking the space-time continuum!” You mused, happily sipping on the piping hot tea in front of you.
Whether you liked it or not, you wouldn’t have refused this cup. After all, it was specially crafted for and given to you by the reclusive Zoldycks. It was an honor—more like a miracle that you were being served an un-poisoned cup of tea.
You were used to prickly (read as: murderous) anomalies that were ejected into the aimless void of time. As per your occupation you housed and befriended said anomalies until it was time that they returned to their dimensions.
When you were selected at the end of your life for this position, the galactic overlords in charge assured you that this was a duty perfect for you. That no matter what, your tenants would find themselves comforted by you during their time there.
You begged to disagree even though none of your tenants had successfully ended your life yet. You prepared yourself for the day they one day would.
“Yes, it will be a shame to lose contact with a host as pleasant as you.”
Zeno smiled, closing his eyes as brought his own cup to his mouth. Letting a hand fall over your heart you silently thanked him. Another hand reached for you tearing your attention away from the former head.
“It is a shame your work keeps you so busy!” Kikyo cried, holding your hand. Gingerly running the pads of her fingers over your knuckles.
“Ah, but I feel as though I haven’t worked a day.”
“Oh, so you’re saying you like this job of yours?” The old man raised his brow.
“Of course! When I’m not hosting I’m free to do what I please and the guests that come by always make things interesting.”
Memories of the various visitors came to mind as you smiled; Kikyo puckered her lip in a pout. Her clutch on your hand had gotten slightly tighter, nothing alarming but noticeable.
“But don’t you feel overworked? Tired? Lonely?”
“There’s always the other people in the town.”
“Really? I wouldn’t have expected them to have any intelligible conversation.”
You dismissed the slight towards your community, it’d be impossible for her to realize their worth within the year. Granted they weren’t particularly strong or inquisitive; it wasn’t like they were built to be outstanding anyway. Nonetheless, they were kind to you and always understanding when it came to the guests. Not once have you needed to send a complaint to upper management. Everyone played their prescribed roles without fail.
“They can be really pleasant, once you get to know them.”
Zeno sighed, “So you say but I can’t imagine you not caring for them. You're always so forgiving.”
“Well…they have their flaws.”
“Ah! You’re too humble (Y/n)! The least they can do is honor your contribution to their pathetic lives!”
“Thank you, Mrs. Zoldyck but a cake every once in a while is good enough for me.”
“Ah! So simple (Y/n), it screams you no nothing of luxury!”
“Really I feel as though I’ve almost been overwhelmed with it with the Zoldycks here.”
“Please! If you could see the Zoldyck Estate in our world, you’d truly know luxury!”
You let her continue, chatting with her and Zeno, who occasionally chimed in. It was time to enjoy their company for they’d be gone before you knew it.

“Ne (Y/n)! Alluka wants to hold onto your jacket for a bit is that alright?”
“Oh? I barely noticed I left it behind but sure.”
You continued to walk side by side with Killua making your way to your destination. The wind was cold. Wisping at your cheeks and nose as you mesmerized yourself with the smoky puff your breath made. Catching cat-like blue eyes watching you with amusement you stopped, replacing it with an embarrassed smile.
He snickered. “What? Don’t stop on my account.”
“Oh Killua you're the only kid that makes me feel like a silly child again.”
“Eh?! You make it sound like I’m the reason you’re just childish anyway.”
You playfully hummed. “Hm. Maybe I am.”
You shared a laugh before letting your eyes begin to wander. Looking past the trees of the park to admire the clouded sky blending into the freezing lake. Despite having walked this path millions of times before, it never failed to take your breath away. Making you sigh in awe, you minded the frozen droplets hanging off the naked branches; looking as though they were a part of some artist’s canvas.
Even the rosiness that danced at your cheeks brought by your body’s attempt to warm you in the frigid season, felt magical in its own right. It was easy to lose sight of your path as your feet remember the way; allowing you to drift.
But before you could go too far the warmth of another hand-a smaller hand in your pocket brought you back. Looking down in surprise at the blushing owner looking away from you. You chuckled intertwining his smaller, rougher hand with yours as you walked with a pep in your step.
“I-I’m just keeping my hand warm. Where I’m from it never gets this cold.”
You smirked. “Sure!”
You didn’t believe him and he knew that. But that wasn’t the point anyway.
“You two seem to be getting along well.”
The monotone voice stopped the both of you in your tracks. Standing in a slim-fitted insulating jacket was the eldest of the Zoldyck children. Standing precisely on the crack in the sidewalk he demanded you meet at. You didn’t miss the annoyed click of Killua’s teeth. Or the blank foreboding stare directed at a specific pocket of yours.
“Yup, Killua offered to walk me to our meetup spot. If you’re alright with it, I wouldn’t mind if he came with us.”
Illumi robotically tilted his head, his eyes still trained on the same spot it had been focused on since he started watching you.
“I doubt Kil would find any enjoyment in where we’re going.”
Killua's eye twitched. “Oh? Where are you going?”
“Somewhere for adults, I’m sure you’d find it boring.”
“Really try me,”
The two intensely held each other’s gaze, vaguely conveying that this may need your intervention. With a well-timed sneeze, you might have saved yourself and the whole park from their ‘playful’ exchange of blows. Illumi seemed to back down first stepping closer to your unoccupied side where he waited for his brother to leave.
Said brother didn’t look all too convinced. Squeezing his hand in yours brought his attention to you, already smiling in silent reassurance.
“Hey, take care of my sweater for me ‘kay.”
The silent message was heard as Killua, who begrudgingly released your hand from his hold. With a final glare towards his brother, he’d begun to leave, watching as you turned and waved to him as he went. He also watched as his brother slipped his hand into your opposite pocket. With a final click of his tongue, he moved at speeds practically impossible for the human eye back to the apartment you’d organized for him and Alluka.
Making your way wordlessly out of the park, finally stopping within the toasty insides of a ceramics shop. With the unmolded clay in front of you and the guide having finished their instruction, you finally giggled at Illumi.
“I’d hardly call ceramics an adults-only event.”
Illumi didn’t laugh, he didn’t even look up from the shape he was focused on molding.
“I would. He isn’t a part of this so it isn’t bizarre for it to be considered an adult event.”
You decided to keep quiet about the toddler two tables down. Instead, you poked your head over the assassin’s shoulder to see what he was making. Glad you hadn’t started working on your own creation, you pulled back the raven locks that were spilling dangerously close to his work in progress.
Missing the slight stutter of his fingertips as he registered the soft, gentle hold of your fingertips he continued. Opting to focus solely on his creation with more intensely.
“I’m so glad I brought a hair tie for this exact moment.”
“...if you don’t hurry up your clay will dry and your money will go to waste.”
“Ah. So money conscious.”
Finished with a nice low ponytail, you scooched back into your seat; prepared to begin your own creation. Sparing a glance at Illumi, you expected he’d be laser-focused on his work but instead he was staring at you unapologetically. While you found this wasn’t uncommon for him it didn’t change the fact that it was still odd.
“So uh what are you making?”
“Why do you want to know?”
“I’m just asking, are you worried I’ll make fun?”
“My finished product will be more than enough to answer you, right?
“I guess so.”
You had an inkling of worry that he’d create something graphic and horrific. But you had to remind yourself: he wasn’t Milluki. Who unapologetically, on multiple accounts, scarred surprised you with animal entrails, graphic posters, and concerning digital art that bore striking resemblance to you.
Speaking of striking resemblance…you had a glorious idea.
____________________________________________________
“So…what is it?”
You hated to ask but you had to. The ceramic resembled the bare requirements of a face colored by a paint color akin to your skin tone. Somehow when you turned your head to the left side you saw a screaming face but when you turned your head to the right it looked as though it was smiling.
“....”
He just stared at you blankly (as he usually did) but you could tell there was something unfamiliar. He turned his head away from you as he reached for his creation back.
“If you can’t tell than it shouldn’t matter.”
“Don’t be embarrassed, I’m sorry!”
You held the…thing in your hands with care as you bore witness to the rare sight of an embarrassed Illumi.
“Even if I don’t know what it is I think it’s beautiful in its own right.”
“Don’t lie its unbecoming of you.”
“I’m not lying!”
You let him snatch it from your hand and tuck it in his pocket. Smiling to yourself, you found comfort in that he didn’t immediately toss it into the trashcan by the doorway. Catching up with his quick pace you held you’re wrapped creation to your chest.
“I would like to continue on now.”
“Don’t just sweep it under the rug! It’s all about growth.”

“Here you are Kalluto!”
He was doing what you had suggested: finding his own style. Alas, he still found himself taking the most buried articles of clothing from your closet and posing in the mirror. If you had noticed you didn’t say much, when you let yourself into the room he’d been given.
“I made it just for you.”
The vase had a pink hue, with speckles of purple. He liked it but he was curious why he was gifted this.
“I based it off the color of your eyes. I saw the shade being offered and I thought it’d be a perfect souvenir for you.”
His cheeks were overtaken by a hot crimson as he gingerly accepted the small vase. He loved it! Holding it close to his chest he almost missed the presence of his eldest brother outside his room. Judging by the slim-fitted jacket, his hat, and his pointed stare at the gift itself told Kalluto everything he needed to know. So that was his decision, for his day out with you? The ceramics shop?
The image of you crafting something while smiling along with him. Hands touching one another while you both crafted something beautiful. Your attention solely focused on him.
He’s so jealous.
“Thank you. It looks beautiful.”
“ I’m so happy you like it! I was worried I wouldn’t get the color right but looking at you now I see I’m right on the mark.”
Kalluto’s cheeks never changed from heir red color, causing him to tuck his head into the collar of the shirt he stole from you borrowed. Sending a cautious look at the figure in the doorway he took a gamble. He put the vase down, quickly moving to nestle his head into your stomach almost immediately having your arms wrap around him. He didn’t bother locking eyes with the observer, instead pretending to be fully enveloped by your attention.
If he did have a problem, Kalluto could argue that his time with you was limited. Therefore nothing was off the table. Not when their access to you would be gone forever. He’d rather it not be that way.

“Silva.”
The call of his wife had the current head of the Zoldyck family, wordlessly asking what she needed. Nonetheless, he responded in kind.
“Kikyo.”
The two of them were seated a ways apart from one another each sipping on their respective drinks as the candles slowly burned.
“We need to talk about (Y/n).”
“What is there to talk about?”
He knew what she wanted to talk about. Those of any authority within the Zoldyck family already had a gray consensus about their host. All that was needed was definite words, so that they could be a united front on the subject.
“On the topic of (Y/n) coming with us.”
Silva crossed his arms.
“We cannot.”
“Why not? All of us like them! They show promise in maintaining the family, they’ve even convinced Kil to come home more often!”
He wanted to grit his teeth but he didn’t. Only brought his cup to his mouth for a pensive sip.
“No, they’d never survive training. Let alone our world in general.”
He maintained his composure as he parroted Zeno’s consultation. Even as his wife slammed her own cup on the tray and opened her mouth to protest. He knew she’d ask because he had asked.
“Mr. Silva. Is it okay if I call you that or would you rather it be Mr. Zoldyck?”
It amazed him that such a meek, small, weak host would have made him even consider bringing you along with them when they returned. Their host couldn’t be farther from them brimming with compassion and mindfulness that brought out a side the family had long since fought against.
It shouldn’t have enamored them as it had. But it did. Leaving everyone in the family vying for their attention. With them the family’s prowess in killing meant nothing and it didn’t do any favors in garnering positive response.
But it was for that exact reason Zeno mused that they’d never fit in the Zoldyck family. Even if they chose the route of marrying you into the family it would diminish your time with the everyone. Favoring the one they’d marry over all others. It’d be so unfair
“Husband, this opportunity to attain a sliver of another world would benefit the Zoldyck family! Even more so as a tenant or as a servant under all our care! It wouldn’t impede the family’s strength and their rules to serve would make them an asset to explore.”
“And have them reach a butler’s strength alone. At their level?”
Kikyo hung her head covering her visor with her hands as she resisted the urge to weep. Silva refused to look at her, focusing intensely on the still liquid in his cup. The pain in this revelation was mutual.
“Mr. Silva, did you go to aquariums when you were younger?”
“For missions.”
“What about on your own?”
“What would be the purpose of that?”
“I don’t know, to see the animals. To learn about them.”
“What use would learning about these animals do? If there is no time that I’ll be within their biome it would do nothing for me to retain this information.”
“Isn’t it nice to just be in awe though? To just fathom loosely about the world we barely have begun to discover?”
The image of their excited face illuminated by the tank was the moment Silva’s first felt that emotion. It reminded him of meeting Kikyo, of having his heir, of establishing a budding lineage. He learned that feeling was better not left ignored for it could very well determine the safety of the ones he felt it for.
He’s seen it in his children, in all his children, so he could only see what he could control spiraling for the others. He could only think about the repercussions for when they returned home. There’d be no way to cull it easily; with you being literal dimensions apart.
Kikyo’s sulking stopped abruptly her hands folding to sit on her lap.
“Perhaps there is a way to bring them without breaking the rules.”
Blue eyes look at her expectantly.
“The Zoldyck’s have not encountered anyone worthy enough to consider adoption.”
“Adoption?”
“Yes, the process hasn’t been used within the family before…if it were to be implemented–” There was something hopeful within her voice and a twitch of a smile on Silva’s lip.
“Then the rules that qualify the one adopted would be entirely up to the head of the family.”
Silva attempted to resist the smile that spread across his face, as he leaned back onto his hand. How apparent would it be that their host had such an impact on them since they left the mansion? But even so, this was proof that they should have their host after all.
“I’ll have to check with Zeno…but perhaps it might be a veritable solution.”
____________________________________________
You were glad you spent the night before sobbing your heart out. Otherwise, you wouldn’t be able to smile through the Zoldyck’s goodbyes. Granted none of them, except for Kalluto and Alluka, were even close to shedding a single tear. Nonetheless, you hugged them all trying to calm yourself.
The otherworldly energy spewing from the portal never made you nervous before and yet your hair was standing on end. Your tolerance for fearful situations had decreased significantly as you got to know the Zoldyck family but it never completely went away. You weren’t an idiot.
They were a family of assassins.
It’s foolish not to expect threats on your life at every other turn. But this had an effect on you on a deeper level than that. This was more unsettling.
Was it the amount of place-holding spirits killed during their stay? Or the physical planet of this dimension lurching as it coughed up one of the most murderous families to stay here? Or was there something wrong with the integrity of the dimension itself?
You were tethered to the realm and it was tethered to you. For the most part, it only means you have a loose idea of what’s to come with the weather or an effect on a guest’s actions. But in times of dire situations, you’ve had the world reach out to you. At this point, you were already looking for a sign.
But that wasn’t your main focus not when the younger ones were keeping you occupied. Hanging on your arms were Alluka and Killua; the latter was playfully mirroring the former.
“Aw (Y/n)! We’ll miss you so much!”
“Yeah! We’ll miss you soooo much!”
“Ah Killua at least you could pretend to be serious about this.”
Spying Kalluto a ways off clutching the vase you had made him you gave him a small smile.
“This relocation didn’t turn out to be a complete waste.”
Milluki spoke up, unabashed as he pulled along a cart of all his anime and gaming memorabilia. You could see the invisible sneers of disgust from majority of the family, Killua didn’t even bother hiding his.
“For once I’d agree,” Illumi chimed sending a bottomless look in your direction. “There were plenty of…unexpected trades to learn in a world devoid of hunters.”
“Thank you?” You shrugged.
Zeno let out a chuckle putting a thoughtful hand on your back.
“I think all of us in the Zoldyck family have learned quite a bit.” You had to fight the tears now.
“For that we thank you.”
The entirety of the Zoldyck family bowed to you, leaving you to fight tears at the demonstration of respect and love they had for an average-dimensional host. Fanning at the water building up in your eyes you bowed and thanked them yourselves.
“You guys! Get over here and give me hugs!”
You made sure to hug every member of the family even if they made unsettling comments as you did Milluki.
Getting the timing perfectly right the portal opened to its full size, the electric blue illuminating everyone’s faces. You could smell the atmosphere of the Kukuroo mountain and the forest upon it. All that was left to do was for them to enter.
“Alright now as stated before time has only been an hour in your world. Now you will be coming down from the sky but I’m sure you all will manage.”
“Thank you for everything (Y/n).”
You bowed your head to the patriarch missing the devious glint in his eyes.
“Of course.”
Starting with Silva they each dove into the portal, leaving you to stand by yourself in the field of sunflowers selected as a gateway. Turning away from the flashing portal you could finally address the world’s message for you. The surrounding grass began to lay down unnaturally, spelling out a word.
“They–”
You bent to down watching as the green blades folded into more words, filling your heart with trepidation as it spelled slowly.
“--will not–”
The blades continued to fold slowly as the sunflower stems frantically sprouted from the ground. Not bothering to wriggle free from the stems wrapping around your wrists, you tried to hurry the world’s spelling. Why did you feel like you needed to rush?
“-let you go–? Wait what the he-”
Before you could finish a translucent, glowing, and golden dragon, like one from Japanese folklore came out of the portal. Wrapping around your entire body it skillfully carried you into the shrinking portal. Only stopping for a short time to wriggle free of the sunflowers that were simultaneously pulling at your limbs.
Now on the other side of the portal, you were being pulled backward. Your front looking at the endless sky watching the portal shrink and close, slicing the desperately reaching sunflowers and their stems.
Something within you seemed to break but before you could dwell on that you finally tried to register what was going on.
“AHHHHH!”
Diving with you in it’s coil the dragon was rocketing in the direction of a mansion. All you could do was hold tight as the dragon slowed to a stop. Gently letting you lie on the floor, taking a moment to ground yourself you barely registered the booming voice.
“Congratulations (Y/n), you’ve been inducted into the Zoldyck Family.”
“W-what?”
“As the adopted of the Zoldyck, you’re duty to the family is to be protected and to participate in the family to the best of your limited abilities.”
“Wait—”
“Per your lack of Zoldyck blood, your title as the adopted is willing to change for the family’s convenience.”
“HOLD ON!” You stood up fully holding your shaking hands out as you began to process what this would mean. Before you can get a word in Kikyo runs up to you, shoving your head into her chest as she rocks your unsteady form.
“Rejoice my (Y/n)! Now for all the care you’ve given us, we get to take care of you!”
“Mother, you’ll smother them.”
“Ah big brother, don’t need to get jealous I’m sure you’ll get your turn.”
“I know that.”
Unable to speak or look too far away, you felt Alluka and Kalluto grab at your pant legs. No doubt they glared at one another as they vied for your attention.
“(Y/n)!” ”(Y/n)!”
Being no help at all Killua wasn’t too far behind, ”Oi don’t hog them all.”
Whether it was the exhaustion of dimensional travel or losing air within your mother Kikyo’s breast. Beginning to lose consciousness you could barely make out the ghost of a smile on Silva’s face. Zeno withheld no courtesy, smiling happily as he turned away.
After all, you were home with them. Where you belonged.
Surely the Zoldyck family could handle the dimensional repercussions of claiming their host.

Marriage || Killua/Reader

summary: killua and you are finally joined in holy communion, but he feels that it's not enough. he still has one last thing he has to do to make sure you don't run from him. (Killua is aged up here, he is an adult, 18+! This is part 2! For "Love?")
warning: yandere themes, forced relationship (?), gaslighting (from killua & towards yourself), forced marriage, toxic family (zoldycks are a warning), manipulation, forced/tricked pregnancy, toxic stuff everywhere.
Tumblr media
The following day you had woken up as usual, but you were accompanied with a heavy weight on your shoulders. You softly jolted as you felt the bed dip beside you as Killua had arose in bed, softly wrapping his arms around your waist.
He gently leaned against you, his face squishing into yours as he snuggled with you. "Today's that day," he said, with a bright smile. Yeah, it is, you thought nervously, the previous nights event still vividly in your mind.
Killua didn't say much as he saw the smile painted on your face and got up, "we gotta get ready!" he said cheerily giving you a kiss on the cheek before getting up from bed. It was almost like old times you thought, almost like the Killua I knew.
The day went on normally, except there was clearly a more livelier feel to the halls of the Zoldyck mansion. Which although shouldn't be a big deal, was, because the Zoldyck's rarely had guests. Also, because they were a family of assassins meaning they had strict privacy standards.
Truthfully, the festive mood had begun yesterday, it was in full swing now. With guests already pouring in just before lunch time. Many of these guests were family members of Zoldyck servants, Killua's mothers family, his fathers family, and of course, Gon, Kurapika, Leorio, and, you couldn't believe it but Hisoka too?
Clearly they've been expecting a wedding for quite some time, you thought. Honestly it wasn't a surprise, after all Killua's father didn't care to hide his birthing agenda for you. It made you wonder whether anyone in this family actually saw you in a normal light.
Before you could even say a word to the guests though, you were ushered by maids into a room. A wedding dress and veil had been chosen by you a week ago, the one you were now currently dressed into. The wedding was to be quick, that much was obvious.
In around an hour you were ready to walk down the aisle, with none other than Killua's brother, Illumi. Illumi hadn't said anything, he just looked at you with an endearing smile and helped by brushing some of your hair behind your ear.
The large wooden doors were parted by servants to reveal a beautiful scenery outside. A beautiful floral stone decorated floor, filled with guests. There were many white clothed tables with food, gifts were already piled on one end of the area, and everything was all surrounded by the Zoldyck's lovely garden now decorated with ribbons, flowers, and stars.
You walked with Illumi down the soft creamy white carpet sprinkled with petals by Alluka, your chosen flower girl. You smiled as this was a celebratory occasion, albeit the pressure and the feeling of being trapped.
The wedding still turned out amazing. As when you had finally approached Killua he was already crying. It made your heart flutter, this was the man I love, you smiled at the thought, giggling slightly.
The hired priest went on and on for what felt like forever, while saying your vows your mind was in a haze. Killua could tell from your eyes how your mind had seemingly drifted off. Only to snap back into focus when Gon came holding the rings.
Killua trusted Gon with two roles that night, right hand man and ring bearer. He saw no other person quite as fit. Soon Killua grabbed your hand, softly slipping on the ring as you did the same.
The wedding was sealed with a kiss between you two, as you broke away and stared at Killua you couldn't help feeling joy. Maybe things were rushed but you genuinely loved him, you thought. You watched as Killua was hugged by Gon tightly, and as they both laughed.
The wedding went on fairly normal, music was played and a dance floor was set. Cake was served and champagne popped. You were introduced to many guests by Killuas father and you didn't fail to notice how he called you his daughter-in-law. It was quite heart warming seeing the whole Zoldyck family seem so ordinary.
Last on the agenda was a big feast, as you sat next to Killua with his family and later his friends. There was a lot on the menu with curry, to sushi, to baked goods, and drinks that were clearly all of high quality. It felt great to down one of your favorite drinks Killua passed to you, the Zoldyck's do consider my requests they're amazing, you thought in a frenzy to yourself.
As the wedding night came to a close guests were ushered off Zoldyck property. All the Zoldycks came to show them off. Killua had given Gon, Kurapika, and Leorio hugs as they smiled wishing him the best of luck. You thanked many of the guests who left through the large doors out front, taking care to show appreciation and waved Gon and the others away. The night had gone from festive to calm, which was a surprising mood for you as often the zoldyck family was quite serious. Especially when all in the same room, tension could be high and only small talk would be made. Today was clearly different as with a bright smile Silva Zoldyck had wished you both the most splendid tonight.
After taking his wife's hand as she giggled at his romantic gesture. Your in-laws left following soon, with Alluka giving you one last hug and Illumi giving Killua one small nod that you caught in the corner of your eye. Don't know what that's about, you thought.
You and Killua retired to your rooms soon after, changed and got comfortable. You just hopped onto your shared bed exhausted, stretching your arms out and yawning. "Great day yeah?" Killua asked, laying down beside you with a smile. You smiled back, nodding, "it was a wonderful day," you replied cupping his face with one hand, turning to fully face him. You took your time examining his face, those pretty white locks framed him so beautifully. The gentle shining in his sea blue eyes, and his little curve of a smile as your thumb brushed his bottom lip.
The night proceeded to be a blur, you remember initiating the kiss, your lips pressing against his as you both began to melt into one another. Then, you began to feel yourself grow semi-conscious. You felt yourself filled with pleasure, sounds falling from your lips as you chanted his name over and over. Your hands tightly wound the sheets beneath you but just as much let go to relax as your eye lids grew heavy for a moment before becoming aware again of the heat surrounding your body. Killua was above you, his hair now messy, kissing you and whispering how much he loved you, that this would be ideal for the future.
Tumblr media
Then you found yourself wide awake the next day, you weren't alarmed no. It was a lovely night, it's a shame I can't remember well, you thought. As the soreness began to hit you and you noticed how you still had some bruises from your love making session.
You felt like you'd finally gained peace, that nothing could be better than this moment. It was just right, but you hadn't really thought it through fully. It was all very suspicious, you just let it all fly under your brain because the night was going so positively well.
What you hadn't realized was what Killua's words truly meant, that he had planned everything previously, and that all Zoldyck's knew about it. No, you didn't connect the dots, it didn't even cross your mind until a month later when your period was much later than usual. When you were standing in the bathroom, in a state of shock as everything crashed down on you. Realization hit you like a brick, you were pregnant, but how? You'd took every precaution so far, and-- oh, but did you during that night when you weren't fully aware of what it was you were doing?
There was only one explanation, your first night with him. Everything began to fall into place, and you felt a shiver run down your spine as Killua knocked on the bathroom door. "Hmm? Y/n is something wrong? Open up! Come on!!" The drink. The nod. The bed. Talking about your boundaries. Everything you'd planned out for that night you'd forgotten about. Shaken by the previous night to your wedding, and you being unable to execute your rights the night of your wedding. It couldn't just be purely coincidence. It all fell into place as when you turned the door knob and revealed the test to Killua. He did not looked shocked at all, rather happily relieved and slightly sinister as he gave you as kiss. "This is going to be awesome! Don't worry y/n, I'll take care of you forever!" Killua said, his eyes glimmering albeit holding your now shaking hands.
Forgive me for taking so long. :,)

What about headcannons for aged up yandere alluka
Tumblr media
Aged!Up!Alluka Headcannons:
SFW:
• What a sweetheart, more so than Gon! But with all that sweetness comes a price, in this case it is that she is delusional.
• Alluka doesn’t see how horrible her actions are, she might have stolen you away but it was all for love!
• She’s practically touch starved.
• Hugs! Hugs everywhere! God Alluka loves hugs, and she LOVES giving you kisses everywhere on your face. Anytime, anywhere is hug and kissing time and you can’t tell her otherwise. Of course if you push her away she’ll pout and simply tackle you when you guys get back home.
• Nanika is more clingy, if that is possible, maybe because she is more relentless with their advances. They love your attention, and more than anything they love having you as a possession. God have mercy on anyone who dared to hurt you.
•No matter what Nanika will protect you and give you anything you want, for a price of course. She loves you, but will get pissy if you don’t give her the same affections back. She’ll give you the world if you give her you, and if not, then you will find yourself in a difficult position.
• Alluka will be more open to your dislike, sad obviously, but she’s too happy to have you around to care if you love her back. It would be a dream come true, but having you around is enough to make her happy. On the other hand, you will learn quickly to grit your teeth and give some of your feelings to them.
• Very clingy, both of them, just one is more enforcing than the other. And don’t think about running away, that will never happen, Nanika will make sure of that.
NSFW:
• I can’t see either of them to be too interested in sex, but Nanika is curious.
• Honestly, both of them wouldn’t mind serving any form of pleasure to you, I can easily see oral being a big thing in their relationship with you.
• Giving and receiving is the best and it’s something they will use often. You’ve been good? Guess someone gets a reward. Horny? Don’t worry, they got you covered. Have you been snappy? Someone needs to relieve some stress.
• Putting any fleshy thing in anywhere just doesn’t seem like a big thing, but toys are valid. Vibrators, dildos, other things that would get me demonetized, toys are a fun thing to add some flavor to sexy time!
• While Alluka is more inclined to serve you, focusing more on your pleasure, Nanika wants something in return. Let’s just say 69 is a normal position for you two.
• Nothingg too spicy to be honest, just a lot of tongue and finger action ;).

How do Alluka and Nanika behave towards their rivals?
Tumblr media
Alluka
She wouldn’t think much of it at first, simply brushing it off and moving on. Alluka’s darling was always really nice...especially towards her, so maybe that was what got so many people attached to them? Yet she couldn’t brush off how weird it felt, the way that one person was always trying to get her darling’s attention...was that normal?
Why- why were they so close to her darling? It almost looked like that person wanted to get them away from her.
But she didn’t need to worry, her darling would never leave her for someone else! Alluka would try reassuring herself, but it didn’t help. What if they did prefer that other person? Perhaps...it was because they wanted someone normal? Alluka would be much harsher on herself, comparing herself to whoever she was up against.
She, if possible would become much clingier than before, even isolating her darling if she could. It might’ve been selfish, but Alluka didn’t want to lose them...
The thought of someone taking her darling away from her was terrifying. They were basically all she had besides Killua.
Alluka didn’t care about the rival, she just wanted to keep her darling.
Tumblr media
Nanika
Nanika wouldn’t really understand anything at first, just observing. There was something about that new person— something that troubled Nanika greatly, but it couldn’t quite put its finger on what it was for a while.
It would started noticing the way they’d always get so close to it’s darling and that...irked Nanika, why were they always so close to Nanika’s darling? Wasn’t it clear who they belonged to?
Maybe...maybe Nanika should teach them a lesson?

Request: Can I request for Illumi, Pakunoda, Kurapika, Feitan, Pokkle from HXH and Aki and Makima from CSM with a tragic darling? Who was cursed to have a miserable and devastating existence? Who is forced to go through horrifying tragedies over and over again? And is destined to die a horrific and miserable death either by outside force, or the yandere themselves killing them and has no way to stop it?
Tw: Yandere themes, possessive behavior, obsession, delusional behavior, overprotective behavior, paranoia, isolation, abduction, violence, mentions of darling's death, suicidal behavior
Tags: @jamayah @chxxz @leveyani @shenryu-sama @maggiequinn59 @hyakki-yosai
S/o is cursed with a miserable life
Kurapika Kurta
Tumblr media
⛓️It is your curse that has bought you into the clutches of Kurapika but even as you are stuck with him, your life doesn't end up being safer or more peaceful. Tragedies and accidents haunt you no matter where you hide or run to and the curse bestowed upon your life pushes Kurapika's mind quickly over the edge. His own sanity deteriorates at a rate he would have never expected as he fails over and over again to protect you from the fate that is inevitable for you. He doesn't believe your words, doesn't believe that an early death is the only outcome for your life. His eyes glow a scarlet red whenever you even utter those words as he blames you for having given up far too easily. His hunt of the Phantom Troupe is joined by a desperate pursuit for an exorcise who can remove the curse that has been cast upon you yet he is plunged into dark despair whenever they fail to shatter the fate that gets closer every day. The paranoia festers into an untamable beast as his hold on you tightens, his fear growing that one day you will slip through his fingers and he will lose you forever. Hatred, desperation and fear burn his eyes red, a colour that will forever stay with them the moment your fate catches up with you.
Pokkle
Tumblr media
🏹It is obsession that ties Pokkle forever to you yet he has been hurt more times than he has experienced the bliss that he once daydreamed about would come with a life with just the two of you. Your fate is one of suffering and heartbreak, your time on this earth limited. Pokkle has been witness to so many horrifying accidents and tragedies you have gone through and has never left any of them without bruises and scars all because he always shields you with his body to ensure that nothing happens to you. Mentally and physically he is shot. His hair is tousled, heavy eyebags rest under his eyes and he is constantly covered in bruises and wounds all because he is more than just desperate to protect you. At night he is too terrified to even sleep, dreads that you will pass away if he allows himself even a minute of rest. His emotions are all over the place, his sleep-deprived brain unable to function. In one moment he is sobbing in your arms that you can't leave him, in the next he's chaining you up with a hysterical look in his eyes. The moment everything happens as you have always known, he will fall into a deep depression where he will neglect himself until his weak body gives up on him.
Illumi Zoldyck
Tumblr media
🤎Illumi is someone who believes himself to be in the right to own you and control you. It is the very curse of your existence that threatens this claim that he believes himself to have. You are kept separated from the rest of the clan much like Alluka as tragedies of yours should not befall the rest of the family. Only the butlers are there to protect you from yourself and only Illumi is the one who is allowed to converse with you at all. He denies you even the freedom of speaking that everything will be useless in the end as there is on force on earth that could save you, punishes you for speaking those words. He searches everywhere for an exorcist who will be able to release you of the curse you are in yet one after the other lets him down, their constant failures only being paid with their death in return as their existence is from that moment on of no worth for Illumi. Unable to control your life like he normally always does with his needles, Illumi finds himself filled with emotions that have his focus wavering, something that has never happened before. The moment you are no more he will move on with his life yet the memory of yours will be from that day on the curse haunting him.
Feitan Portor
Tumblr media
☠️There nothing to be gained from keeping you yet it is your defeated mindset that agitates him more than anything. It is clear that you have already given up and resigned yourself to your fate yet for Feitan this won't do. You are not allowed to wallow in self-pity whilst putting him through so much trouble. He will make you suffer somehow and if it is the last thing that he will do. Feitan refuses to give you over to your cursed fate, rebells against it as he hunts down everyone who may be able to break you free from the life that you are otherwise doomed to live. His patience is of no saint though as all threads snap whenever a failure happens and he lets out his growing frustration on those who failed his expectations. You are his. You are not allowed to die an early death that he has no control over. You aren't supposed to die already. The agitation, the helplessness, that he is put through as he slowly has to understand that there is indeed seemingly nothing he can do is guaranteed to drive him mad. Perhaps ending your life through his own hands is the only way for him to exhibit a semblance of control over your existence. It will not bring him any joy though. Only a memory to forever torment him.
Pakunoda
Tumblr media
💘Denial will not bring you very far nor will it bring Pakunoda very far. She is quick to understand that there is nothing she is able to do after trying and failing to figure out a way or to find a person who could ensure your survival. Even with all the connections and information that she has with her own Nen abilities as well as the Phantom Troupe there is nothing that she can do nor is there anyone else out there who could do anything to help you to lead a normal life. It is this knowledge that breaks her heart. The moment she accepts that though she decides that there is no reason for her to hold back with her own obsession. Time is ticking for you after all and it is ticking fast which leaves her with no time to take everything slow with you. Your own cursed fate leads Pakunoda to the decision to not hold anything back at all and to indulge in you as long as there is still time. She will not be denied the fleeting time that you have left on this earth. She herself comes to the conclusion that she will end your life at the end herself, giving you perhaps the most merciful death that you could have gotten. She will never be able to move on nor will she allow herself to do so though.
Hayakawa Aki
Tumblr media
💙Perhaps it is his own cursed fate that has led him to find you and has also guided him to fall in love with you. Aki's own life is marked with nothing but tragedies and failure so your fading existence seems to be the cherry on top of everything. What was he thinking, believing that he could do something right with the only person he has ever loved as intensely? Your past, your present and your future all shatter him as the facade he tries to put on so desperately around you shatters. Deep down Aki is after all still a boy who has never gotten over the pain of losing his entire family in one flashing moment. No words could describe what he is feeling as he sheds tears of frustration and fear, unable to breathe properly as he clings to you. Is this really it? Is this how your life is going to end? Is this how his life is going to end? Without a single memory that can be just happy without the stain of death and sorrow? Aki comes to genuinely hate his existence and curse whatever gods exist up there for putting him through so much, for the fact that they will even take you from him. The only thing he can do though is focus on his revenge after you are gone until he too will die full of misery and regret.
Makima
Tumblr media
⛓️What an anomaly you are. Makima is the Control Devil, the entire premise of her very existence is that she is the conductor who manipulates everyone. Yet she cannot control you. Your life is slipping right through her hands like sand as she can't hold on to it as you are cursed to die live and die in misery. In a way you are the very embodiment of everything she wants to get rid of as a world without pain, curses and death would be the ideal world for you. As of now she still hasn't achieved that goal of hers though and your time is ticking away. Still, she expresses no visible sorrow or grief even though she knows all about your fate. She doesn't know what it feels like after all, unable to react emotionally. Instead she searches for ways to keep you alive even if she has to use nonorthodox methods that might destroy the very core of your humanity. You will dangle within her chains one way or another and she doesn't care what methods and sorcery she has to resort to. She almost revels in the sensations she feels once you pass away though her goals aren still the same. She preserves your body, keeps it as she waits for a chance to bring you back. She will not tolerate her loss of control over you.

Yandere! Silva X Daughter Reader
⚠️warning⚠️ obsessive thoughts and mentions of death
Fandom: Hunter X Hunter. Character(s): Silva Zoldyck, Zeno Zoldyck, Illumi Zoldyck, Milluki Zoldyck
A/N: I DO NOT INTEND FOR THIS CHAPTER TO HAVE ANY RELATIONS TO INCEST!! I'm aware that some things written in this chapter might be mistaken as incest, but I promise I don't intend to make it seem that way.
Of course you can interpret my writing however you want to, I have no issues with that. Just please know I don't write stuff related to incest♡︎♡︎

Tumblr media

"Didn't I tell you to stop killing these poor butlers, father? How do you expect us to be taken care of if you take your rage out on our servents?" The young Assassin grumbled while putting her hands on her hips. Suddenly, the whole estate went silent. However, the rest of the lower butlers blinked and gulped in hope.
At the edge of the room, the young assassin can be seen. Her long H/C hair that shined under the moonlight can put any woman to shame. Her E/C eyes that they inherited from her father were sharp yet adorable. It could not be denied that with her looks and god-given talent for assassination that the girl belonged to the Zoldyck family.
With their sudden appearance, Silva lowered his guard and relaxed. It could be seen by his face that he adored the presence of his dearest daughter. With a soft tone, he asked, "Y/N, dear, what are you doing here? I thought you were out of the house."
The Lower butlers secretly beg the assassin to spare them from their death. By doing this, not only do they have a higher chance to survive, but they could also continue to contribute in caring for the Head's most adored daughter, Y/N Zoldyck.
One with no common sense would simply assume that Y/N was the glass child of the Zoldyck family, but behind closed doors they couldn't be any more wrong. Y/N was the glue that kept the family together. She was known to be cruel, sadistic, and outstanding in the art of assassination. However, there were people such as her siblings that could see the other side of her. Most of the time, Y/N was a kind and calm individual outside of work. And today just so happened to be a day where she felt generous.
Y/N thought for a bit before shaking her head, "I thought I told you our agreement about killing butlers in the mansion. Their screams can be heard from my room. It would be better if you killed them quickly or just let them free," she sighed as she turned her eyes to the poor butlers that had been severely tortured by electric shock.
Silva on the other hand glared sharply. Although it was subtle, his eyes went smaller, and clenched his hand.
He hated it.
He hated it when HIS daughter ignored him for Illumi.
He despised it when HIS daughter left him alone to play with Kalluto.
He loathed it when HIS daughter was playing video games with Milluki.
He felt sick to his stomach whenever he witnessed HIS daughter braiding Alluka's hair.
He detested it when HIS daughter is 'playing' outside with Killua and his pathetic excuses of friends.
And oh dear god did he want to smash a boulder across his head whenever he saw HIS daughter laughing with her mother and grandfather.
Silva loved his only daughter to death. Every inch of his daughter belonged to him and ONLY him alone. He hated sharing with others, family only being a small exception. If he could, he would lock her in his room and make her look at him and ONLY him alone.
Knowing that the entire family would riot against him if he were to bring harm to the assassin, he buried that plan deep within his heart and continued to be a 'good dad' for her. He forgot the agreement and decided to play it funny so that his daughter could let this case pass.
"I apologize, dear," Silva grumbled with a fake frown. "Unfortunately, these foolish butlers failed their mission and their penalty is nothing but death. I thought it would be great to punish them first but I overlooked an important part,"
Y/N kept her mouth shut and looked at her father. Somehow, Her emotions had stirred up from her father's response. She knew that her father loved her the most out of her brothers. He would remember every word she had said and did not dare to break any promises. Sadly, although she had been feeling generous, today has been a tiring day for her and all she wanted is a good night's rest.
"Just let them free for my sake. I couldn't hear them screaming any longer! Do you know how much their screams had disturbed me from my sleep?! This is a simple agreement and somehow you can't even remember my words. I'm so disappointed in you," Y/N spat in tiredness. As soon as she said that, she quickly turned her back and jumped to her room which is located on the outer side of the fortress.
Silva hid his rage and waved to her daughter's back. "I hope you'll have a nice dream, my sweet Y/N"
Soon after Y/N left the room, the temperature dropped. The butlers shivered as the waited for another wave of electricity to shoot through their bodies, but nothing came. They glanced up at their boss, only to see him with an expressionless face.
Without another word, he allowed the ball of electricity growing on his hand to explode, killing the butlers in an instant. With his eyes full of tenderness, he took a deep breath of air.
"I'll make it up to you, my daughter..."
⁂✧⁂
Zeno sighed tirelessly as he observed his sons actions. "When will he stop with this obsessive behaviour? Those butlers did nothing except make sure Y/N was taken care of, and yet he still killed them? In all my years I've never seen Silva express such madness before."
Illumi sighed in helplessness to his grandfathers words, "Even I'm starting to get a bit bored now, As her beloved eldest brother I must make sure that she is on the path to success. Father doesn't need to get involved when she has me by her side at all times."
"You're right," Milluki replied in annoyance, "Though Y/N is next in line to head the family, seems like dad is a little too eager for her to stay by his side, am I right?" He grumbled as he shoved a handful of chips into his mouth.
The 3 of them shared looks of confusion as Silva finally got up to exit his room.
All they could do is wait.

— Bound by Silk and Shadows. [II]
After all, a rare treasure should be kept safe—locked away, where no one else can touch.
tags. yandere ; kidnapping, manipulation ; friends to lovers ; eventual smut (will be tagged accordingly).

Tumblr media
The night was crisp, the scent of damp earth lingering in the air after an earlier drizzle. The village streets, lit only by sparse lanterns, cast flickering shadows that danced along the cobblestone path. The occasional rustling of leaves and distant chirps of nocturnal creatures were the only sounds that accompanied them. It was the kind of quiet that felt suffocating to most—but Ilumi found comfort in it. He wonders as well but, he just put the thought aside for now. Ilumi was not accustomed to uncertainty. Every action he took, every step he made, was calculated. And yet, when it came to the girl from the café, he found himself unable to predict what should have been the most obvious outcome—her reaction to him.
Would his presence in front of her change anything at all?
He did not like lingering questions. He sought answers. And so, tonight, he decided to step out from the shadows and confront his curiosity head-on.
Of course, he was not alone.
Hisoka, ever the opportunist, had decided to accompany him, much to Ilumi’s dismay.
“Oh, this is quite unlike you, Ilumi~,” Hisoka mused, strolling beside him with the kind of exaggerated leisure that made him seem out of place in the quiet village. “Approaching a woman directly? How bold.”
Ilumi did not react. Hisoka’s presence was an irritation, but not an obstacle. If anything, it would serve as an additional test.
By the time they arrived at the café, the warm glow of the lanterns outside flickered against the darkened streets. Through the window, the girl could be seen tidying up the empty tables, preparing to close for the night. The only remaining customers had already left, leaving the place nearly silent.
Ilumi stepped inside first, Hisoka following with a lazy gait. The door creaked slightly as it shut behind them, the sound breaking the quiet atmosphere. She looked up at the sound, her gaze meeting theirs directly.
Nothing.
No hesitation. No wariness. No immediate sense of fear.
Just quiet acknowledgment.
"Welcome," she said, a soft smile was plastered on her face, her voice light, unbothered. "You're just in time. I was about to close, but I can make an exception. What would you like?"
Hisoka chuckled, moving toward the counter with an amused gleam in his eyes. “Oh my, does that mean we’re intruding? How terribly rude of us.”
Ilumi ignored him. “We won’t be long.” Ilumi studied her. He had expected at least a flicker of unease, a moment of recognition that something about him was… different. But there was none. If anything, she regarded him with the same gentle attentiveness she had given to all her customers before him.
She regarded him for a moment before nodding, her soft smile didn’t faltered even for a second. “Take a seat. I’ll bring the both of you something warm.” Despite her knowing that most of the tea had already been kept in the small cabinet in the cafe, but she didn’t mind fetching them for the two gentlemen in the room. She then took a small chair for her to reach the cabinet where she put the tea a few minutes ago.
Hisoka leaned onto the counter, propping his chin against his palm as she moved behind it. “How sweet~ You must be used to strange men showing up at odd hours, hmm?”
She didn’t even glance at him. “Not particularly.” She answered, her soft voice sounds like music in Ilumi’s ear but he shook the thoughts away, taking a close look around the cafe. Analyzing the arrangement of the chairs, tables and small ornaments being put in the room. The soft light coming from the lantern itself glows quite nicely, putting out a comfortable vibe in the room despite their presence trying so hard to turn the room into an uncomfortable vibe and yet, the room refuses to answered to their intoxicating presence.
Hisoka’s smirk widened. “Yet you don’t seem the least bit nervous. How refreshing.”
She didn't paid him any mind and poured them tea, placing the cups in front of them with steady hands. Ilumi watched her closely, taking in every detail—the way she carried herself, the absence of hesitation, the way her eyes didn’t reflect even a sliver of fear. The soft smile on her face didn’t seem to faltered even just for a second.
The café had become eerily silent, save for the occasional clink of porcelain as the tea was set down. Outside, the wind whispered against the windows, carrying with it the distant sound of rustling branches. The lanterns’ glow painted warm hues on the wooden floors, creating an intimate yet unsettling ambiance.
“Do you live alone?” Hisoka continued, stirring his tea lazily. “Or does someone wait for you at home?”
Ilumi shot him a glance, a small warning perhaps—for him not to do anything towards her but the girl merely answered with the same soft tone, “I live with my grandparents.”
“Ah, a family girl.” Hisoka sighed dramatically. “How disappointing.”
She remained indifferent to his antics, simply wiping down the counter as they drank. Hisoka, however, wasn’t done playing. “Tell me, do you ever get scared?”
She finally looked at him, confusion was written across her face. She then tilted her head slightly. “Of what?” Ilumi could not help himself but to be amused over her obliviousness.
Hisoka grinned. “Of people like us.”
Silence filled the air between them. Then, she blinked once, her soft smile was still plastered on her lips before replying, “Should I be?”
Hisoka let out a delighted laugh. “Oh, I like you.”
She chuckled softly, shaking her head lightly before replying. “That makes one of us.”
Hisoka gasped dramatically, placing a hand over his heart. “Oh, what a cruel rejection! And here I thought we were forming such a lovely bond.”
She chuckled, simply shrugged. “You assumed wrong.” Ilumi simply sat, lifting the cup to his lips, tasting the tea but focusing on her. Waiting.
Would she fidget under his gaze? Would she avoid looking at him? Would she finally sense something was off about the man before her? But no. She merely continued cleaning, humming softly under her breath, unshaken by his scrutiny.
It was… strange.
For the first time in his life, Ilumi was the one feeling observed—except she wasn’t watching him with suspicion or fear. She was simply existing in the same space as him, treating him as if he was just another customer passing through.
Minutes passed in silence. She finished her cleaning, moving toward the front door to flip the sign to ‘Closed.’ When she turned back, she met his gaze again, tilting her head slightly in curiosity. "You don’t talk much, do you?" she mused.
He set his cup down, his fingers still resting lightly against the porcelain. "No."
She chuckled at his bluntness but said nothing more, allowing the silence to settle comfortably between them. Hisoka watches with a smirk on his face, amused by the scene collapsing between the two of them.
Ilumi finished his tea in silence, remembering the small exchange between her and Hisoka a few minutes ago with passive interest. There was something about the way she handled Hisoka—effortlessly deflecting his teasing without a hint of intimidation—that made her all the more unusual. Most people recoiled under Hisoka’s presence, yet she remained unchanged. The smile on her face never seem to faltered even a single bit, he found it quite amusing. And he never found anyone amusing before. Until he met her.
The tea had cooled slightly by the time Ilumi finished his cup. He set it down with a deliberate motion and pulled out the appropriate payment.
Ilumi remained for a moment longer, studying her, searching for any sign that she was pretending—forcing her ease around him. But there was nothing artificial about her. She was simply as she had always been.
Unchanged.
Indifferent.
As if his presence truly made no difference at all.
For reasons he could not explain, the thought unsettled him more than he had expected.
Rising to his feet, he placed the payment on the counter. As he placed the money on the counter, he studied her reaction—or rather, the lack of fear presenting on her face. Not even the slightest flicker of curiosity crossed her face. She then took a glanced at it and smiled for the last time that night. "Thank you. Please come again anytime."
Hisoka hummed in amusement, watching her as they prepared to leave. “We should visit again, Ilumi. She’s quite fun.”
Ilumi didn’t respond. Instead, he cast one last glance at the girl before stepping out into the night.
The cool air greeted them once more, the village feeling emptier than before. The faint sound of laughter and conversation from distant homes carried through the air, but Ilumi hardly paid attention. His thoughts were elsewhere.
His presence had made no difference to her demeanor. Not in fear, not in intrigue. Nothing.
And yet, despite that… he knew he would be back. Because for the first time in his life, he was curious.
And curiosity was dangerous.
He wanted to see how long it would take before something—anything—in her expression changed because of him.
Even if he had to force it.

Hi!! You write so good!! If requests are still open, I was wondering if you could write something about the reader living with the Zoldycks. How would they treat them? Are they protective of the reader, or do they not like them? Thank you!
Okay, this request confused me for a while because I wasn't quite sure what it meant.
There may be some formatting issues with this since I copied it and the copy seems to have come out strangely! Please forgive!
Here's the scenario I landed on eventually:
One member of the Zoldyck family has brought home the reader (who is autistic, because that's the point of this blog) for some part of a job or something, and while the rest of the family thinks they're an annoyance at first, they find themselves liking and growing protective of them over time.
I'm so sorry this request took so so long, I just couldn't find motivation for it for a long while!
Sorry if this wasn't quite what you were requesting, feel free to send in something more specific if it wasn't right! Hope you enjoy reading! -----
Zeno Zoldyck
Upon arrival
Seeing as he was the one who brought you to the mountain, he took it as his responsibility to keep you safe from the murderous intent of the other inhabitants
He introduces you to the rest of the family in a meeting, at which point they express their displeasure for your intrusion
He’s quick to shut them up, but also finds it quite amusing how hard you were trying to be respectful even in the face of terrifying assassins (whether you knew it or not)
Leaves the responsibility of choosing a butler for you to Illumi, since he’s the one who interacts with them most often
While you stay
Once you’re over the “Why have I been kidnapped am I gonna die” phase, he actually finds you quite a pleasure to talk to
One of the few places that you’re allowed to be (almost) completely alone with your thoughts is while you sit and read in his room
If you have any sort of fascination with any of the bespoke furniture that his room contains, he’s happy to tell you all about it, since he also enjoys reading up on such histories
Surprisingly doesn’t consider you weak immediately.
Well, obviously he knows that there’s no way you could ever beat him in a fight, but he also doesn’t immediately write you off as a weakling like most others who cross his path
You have a strength to your conviction, and he likes that in a person
Is definitely observant of the changes in behavior within his family, and smirks whenever he notices them warming up to you
He’ll begin taking his role as your main guardian more and more seriously over time, to the point where when he isn’t out on a job, he’ll be trailing quietly nearby to ensure nothing untoward happens to his dear charge
When you leave
Of course he didn’t think that you would stay forever, but he didn’t think that he would ever grow so fond of someone that wasn’t either family or physically strong
And yet here we are
As he gears up the dragon on which you will be flown back to a forest near your home, and left to find your own way back without guidance, he feels a moment of worry
Not just worry that he might die on a job or lose income from losing one of his children or grandchildren, but deep-seated, genuine worry for another person’s wellbeing
He had to do something about this feeling
No matter what, he knew that if you returned home safely and quietly, he may never have a reason to interact with you again
Remembering how the feelings of his family had changed, he also realized that they might be upset as well
Of course they’d never voice it once, such is the Zoldyck way, but such stress might cause a rift within the family, even bigger than it was now
So he knew that, in the end, there was no way that you could be allowed to leave Zoldyck grounds
Silva Zoldyck
Upon arrival
As I said before, he originally planned to have you held by the butlers, so when you first show up to stay in his actual house there is no end to his irritation
He won’t bemoan your presence, but you’ll feel personally victimised by his dead stare
While he initially dislikes you no matter what, if you’re polite and respectful of his status to some extent, he may feel slightly more lenient towards you at first
While you stay
He spends most of his time in his guarded room, and won’t allow you in for a long time
But when he does need to leave his room and speak with the family, he finds himself strangely fascinated by you
You certainly strike him as different than anyone else he has had to protect for a job (even though that isn’t often) and he wants to better understand why that is
(For educational reasons, of course)
Getting to his heart will take a long while, since it will be done entirely on his schedule
He takes to passively observing you quite often, at every family dinner, you’ll feel the eyes of this beast of a man on the side of your head as he ponders to himself why he feels so connected to you
It’s when he sees you getting along with his children that he decides that he now owns you, not wanting to let go of something that makes him feel such a way
When you leave
He is probably the least direct about wanting to keep you
He has an image to maintain, and while his eccentric father may have the guts to do whatever he sees fit, Silva doesn’t
Not to say he doesn’t have guts, just not in the sense of immediately resorting to kidnapping you without warning
He would be much more pleased if you choose to stay, but will never state it out loud
In the days leading up to your departure, the few times he speaks to you will be laced with thinly-veiled threats
“Those people who were after you might still be out there” “Will you really be able to handle yourself once we drop you off in the middle of nowhere?”
He’s not trying to scare you, but... that’s exactly what he’s doing
Kikyo Zoldyck
Upon arrival
Frankly, no one in the household is more furious than her
She dedicated her whole life to becoming and raising her children to be the best assassins on the planet, worthy of calling this mountain home, and some random fool is allowed to waltz in without even passing the testing gate??
Preposterous!
It’s made worse by the fact that you’ll be residing in close contact with her, if you were just staying with the butlers she likely couldn’t have cared less
On Zeno’s order, she won’t be cruel to you, but even the densest person on Earth would be able to feel her venomous glare underneath her visor the entire time
While you stay
Probably the most upset if you have positive interactions with her children, especially Killua
She thinks you’re trying to befriend them, which is obviously off limits
Her master plan to stop that from happening ends up backfiring on her immensely
She pulls you away by *kindly* offering to take walks with you around the estate, finding it a simple, yet effective method of drawing your time away from potentially befriending her children
She’ll also offer you a traditional tea time, where you both sip and eat snacks and “gossip” (as much as you can given the situation)
She didn’t account for enjoying her time with you
While she can be snappy, she holds etiquette and chivalry in very high regard, and would never be rude to a houseguest without immediate reason
Whether you’re talkative or quiet, or a mix of both, you’ll be a sharp contrast in company from the rest of the household, something she likely hasn’t experienced in years
Resulting in an odd connection that she really didn’t want to feel
Once she finally realises that she likes you, you’ll be allowed to speak with her children more freely, but she’ll expect to have her daily walk and tea time with you no matter what
When you leave
The most openly distraught, it took so long to accept that she liked your company, and here you are about to leave?
Preposterous!
Although, in true Zoldyck fashion she won’t mention her irritation once, she’ll be subtly (as subtly as she is capable of) speaking with Zeno and Silva about potentially keeping you around
Tries not so subtly giving you a “parting gift” that’s incredibly expensive and personal to guilt trip you into wanting to stay, at least to try and pay her back
Illumi Zoldyck
Upon arrival
On the surface, he’ll be as blank as ever, not expecting any real changes in the household with your presence
But he’ll have a watchful eye out for his sibling’s reactions to you, especially Killua’s
Probably more likely to confront his siblings than you if he notices anything he doesn’t like
But he’ll give you a cryptic warning to keep your distance if he considers you the problem
While you stay
Obviously he’ll have a watchful eye over any of your interactions with his siblings, but unlike his mother, he won’t pull you away directly
(I have a slight headcanon that Illumi is autistic or at least neurodivergent himself, so I’ll include some of that here)
Probably would notice the way you hold yourself at first, if you go to “raptor arms” instinctually when you’re anxious, he’ll feel an odd connection with you
He’s been trained over the years to avoid similar instincts when he’s upset, so he’ll almost start to try and live through you when you show autistic traits without really realising it
The moment that most massively changes his opinion of you is when you happen to be alone together
Up to that point, he believes that you are nothing more than an incredibly temporary nuisance on his family’s property
But a few moments alone with you gives him ample space to think about the ways in which you make him feel almost happy and content
And decides that since you’ve likely behaved well, you’re a good influence on him, and by extension, his family
When you leave
Certainly the most forward about the fact that he wants you to stay
“You don’t think you’re really leaving, do you?” All said with that creepy big smile
You’ll try to convince yourself that he’s trying to joke with you, or at least just being his usual weird self, but it’s so difficult to tell what tone he’s trying to take at the best of times, and you’ve never seen him like this before
You’ll brush him off and probably end up avoiding him, which will only end up inciting his worse stalker tendencies
Though when it comes to his grandfather getting ready to you home, he would never argue with actions of his superiors, so he’ll starting setting up a way to watch over you long after you’ve left
That is, should you ever leave at all
Milluki Zoldyck
Upon arrival
Likely to be the last one you meet, since he keeps himself isolated and wouldn't care for someone new
If I'm being completely honest, unless someone else on the property felt the need to mention your arrival to him, he wouldn't even know
When you do encounter him, on one of his few trips out of his room for some family dinner, he's going to be over-dramatic about it for sure
"Who's this weirdo you've just let into our house? What do you mean they're a guest?"
He'll probably give you an odd look, but as you're sat with him at the dinner table, he'll have to tolerate your presence civilly (lest he face the wrath of his mother)
The thing that will start any sort of relationship with him is expressing any sort of interest in something he enjoys
You don't even have to feel particularly strongly about it, but he's so excited to have interaction about his interests with someone who isn't online
While you stay
You showing interest in something he enjoys, for example one of the many shows that he obsesses over, is only the start of what he likes about you
He won't let you into his room, at least not straight away, but he'll give you some kind of communication as fast as possible
You probably won't be allowed a phone, but he can get you some sort of modified phone that only contacts family members
Your relationship with Milluki will be dictated by how much Kikyo likes you, but once you're on good terms with her, you'll have access to pretty much anything you want through either of them
They're pretty similar in many respects; they'll exchange spoiling you for time spent keeping them company
A major turning point in the household, whether good or bad, is when he steps out of his room exclusively to speak with you, something practically never-before-seen
You keep him happy by chatting with him about his shows, and if he is in charge of punishing his younger siblings often as the show suggests, they'll thank you for it, since he has a lot less pent-up rage than before
When you leave
He will not stand for this!
Much like his mother, he'll be buying all sorts of things to convince you to stay (most of which will contain hidden cameras that feed directly to the screens in his room at all times)
Unlike Illumi, he will directly talk to his parents and Zeno, trying to convince them to let you stay, but he'll be a tsundere about it
"I've already spent a bunch of money keeping them entertained! They need to stay to... to pay me back!"
Yeah we all believe that
Killua Zoldyck
Upon arrival
You'll struggle to get in any interaction with him, what with the watchful eyes of his mother and eldest brother on you like hawks the entire time
He has a similar attitude to Zeno, genuine excitement for time spent with someone other than his oppressive family
He knows he's not allowed to have friends, technically, but he's still a kid, and any unique experience or interaction is going to be appealing to him
While you stay
As you may guess, your ability to befriend him, or really have any interaction with him at all, is dependent at first on your relationship with his family, particularly his mother and brother
So you'll need some patience if you want to capture his heart
Once you have gained the trust of Kikyo and Illumi, a very strange shift will occur
They will actively encourage you to speak with him and give him positive interactions, thinking a connection between you and Killua could be a good excuse to keep you bound to Zoldyck grounds.
But any real relationship between the two of you won't develop from the pushing of his family
Instead, most of what he likes about you stems from his fascination with the outside world, as you teach him things about the world from a perspective that he had never been trained to think of
That is what will make him certain he wishes to keep you
When you leave
Takes a leaf from his father's book in these final days
Constantly bringing up the ever present danger you were hiding from, asking you in not so subtle tones if you really think you shouldn't be afraid anymore
There is so much training he must participate in, in addition to spending time with Alluka, that he usually only has mere moments to spare for you, even after he takes a liking to you
But in those final days, he'll try to take as much time as possible to appreciate your presence, since by this point, he's barely learned the concept of truly standing up to his superiors, and he truly thinks that you're going to disappear the next day
It saddens him deeply, to think that you will be lost, but he makes a silent oath to himself that he will find you again, the second that he gets himself some freedom from his annoying family
Alluka/Nanika Zoldyck
Upon Arrival
Depending on whether or not they've been locked in the basement by this point, you may not even know that they exist until you grow close with Killua
He'll be sure to tell them everything about you, since he likes to keep them updated when he can
They grow quite interested in meeting with you, but the other members of the family who may have already become protective of you will be strongly against it for a very long time
While you stay
You'll only meet Alluka near the end of your stay, as Killua decides that he wants you to meet his favorite siblings
They'll be happy for any company that isn't either Killua's, or some butler who couldn't even give their name's, so be prepared to be cuddled and sat with plushies for what feels like days on end
If you've gotten Killua to take a liking to you, these two will warm up immediately, and Nanika will even make a personal appearance to introduce themselves to you, though you needn't worry for the prospect of them forcing you into a wish
When you leave
Unfortunately, they can't really express any upset from their place deep underground when they first hear that you might be taken away
But if anyone wants to make a wish that might keep you nearby, they would charge no price
They would seek you out in your last days on the grounds, basically treating you to puppy eyes from both Alluka and Nanika, trying to convince you to stay
Kalluto Zoldyck
Upon arrival
Given that he clings to his mother's side quite often, he probably won't care too much for you when you first arrive
Since Kikyo doesn't like you at first, no matter the circumstances, she'll probably pull Kalluto away from you for a while, meaning that he won't have chance to interact with you for some time
Which leaves him with a childish curiosity to find out more before you leave
While you stay
While you're on your walks with Kikyo, you won't be able to notice his perfectly concealed presence trailing not too far behind
Before Kikyo decides she likes you, she won't mention his presence when she senses him, thinking he's just practicing his stealth
But once you've finally won her favor, she'll call out to him, inviting him to join you
He actually started liking you during the stalking phase, thinking you were such a sharp contrast from the horror of his family, but he'll only try to reach out to you once his mother has given permission
He can't really reach the same level of spoiling that Kikyo and Milluki can, but as a peaceful gesture, he'll give you personalised origami pieces
(hat allow him to spy on you with Nen)
You'll feel pretty safe around him, since he's the most harmless-seeming member of the family, but there will be an edge of fear should you ever happen to witness his training
When you leave
Another case of puppy dog eyes, but he's a bit more subtle about it
Where Alluka and Nanika will happily resort to tears and sniffling, Kalluto takes too much pride in his appearance to do that
Instead he'll guilt trip you with words
If you've witnessed his training, he'll use it against you
"You know how much they put me through :(. You're one of the only things I like nowadays :(. You can't just leave me :(."
If there's absolutely nothing he thinks he can do, he'll make sure you take one of his origami pieces with you when you leave
----- Thanks for reading!

Living with the Zoldycks Illumi Yandere edition
Silva
Although he doesn't approve of his older son's actions he's happy his son Illumi found love and will continue the Zoldyck bloodline. He ignores your begging and pleading to leave the mansion. He believes you will come around eventually
Kikyo
She doesn't think your good enough for her son anyways. Why would he choose you instead of someone who would actually appreciate him? Ungrateful brat. You and her get into many arguments which ends with illumi breaking up the fight and blaming you "y/n you should have ignored her". When you scream and cry she rolls her eyes "Tame your brat"
Milluki
Milluki could care less about you honestly. If Kikyo or Illumi ask Milluki to spy on you he will. Oh your trying to sneak out again? Illumi and Kikyo will found out faster than you can blink, Your trying to start a fire again don't worry Illumi will put it out. His technology is to advance for you. He seems like the pervert type so if he's spying on you don't be underdressed he will take pictures and videos..which illumi makes him delete.
Alluka
You may not ever meet her Illumi will make sure of it he doesn't want you to get hurt. From what Killua has told her. She likes you and really wishes to meet you. You will be the big sister she never had. " I wonder what type of piggyback rides she gives" "I want her to braid my hair".
Zeno
He cringes at what Illumi is doing but he doesn't get a say it's not his life. Of course he will have talks will Illumi and persuade him to let you go but Illumi is still adamant about you staying. So Zeno just side eyes him.
Kalluto
Kalluto minds his business he sees the way his mother treats you and feels sorry that maybe you aren't good enough for the family. He believes his mother is treating you this way for something you did and stop being so stubborn. Why don't you want to be part of the family anyways? ..ungrateful brat?
Killua
Ilumi will threaten Killua if he even thinks about taking you anywhere. Killua is a good person at heart despite being born into this family. He will tell you about Alluka and how she likes you, you and Kill make fun of the rest of the Zoldycks. He wants to get you out of the mansion but he can't Illumi and everyone else is watching. You assure him you understand and he is just a child, you hate him seeing you like this he is close to a little brother to you.
Illumi
Illumi doesn't understand why you are being so difficult. You are living a luxury life with him why can't you be happy? He prefers to keep you at arms length because you try to run away 24/7 and chasing you is a hassle. He can barley work because you decided to play a game of hide and seek or tag. Maybe when you are with child you'll finally understand that you and he are meant to be..you don't have a choice.

Could you write yandere Killua and Alluka (but like platonic for Alluka) sharing a darling?
Tumblr media
Of course! Sorry for the delay!
TW: Female pronouns for the reader
Tumblr media
Since Alluka was locked up for nearly her whole life, Killua will be the first to find you. He’s stray cat almost, slowly but surely, he will become attached you. Killua is not a social person so you will mean a lot to him, he doesn’t understand being open with people so easily because of how he was raised and just how he is as a person, so if you wanted to spend your time with your friends while still saying you like him more he won’t get it. The only way he knows how to express this is through jealousy so expect him to either cling to you or ignore you, it depends on which friends. As Killua’s girlfriend, he’s naturally territorial and prioritizes you.
Alluka isn’t like her other siblings, such as Illumi most noteably, however the two of them are the most confident out of their siblings. Alluka won’t be too worried about much when with you, Alluka cares for Nanika very much, she puts her above just about anything, so you’d have to like Nanika for Alluka to like you, though, Killua will not let you make wishes. Alluka’s obsessive feelings will begin when she sees how happy Killua is with you, Alluka is family oriented despite her parents and eldest brother disliking her. Out of her future in-laws, you’re definitely her favorite. She’s always expressing how grateful she is to you and how she loves you both.
This kind of situation isn’t something to worry about. You and Killua would just be braiding Alluka’s hair while he teases you. Killua would hum you both to sleep whenever he has the chance. Though, Alluka’s childish antics will result in a lot of sleepovers.
Though, the cute moments and their love for you, won’t change the fact that they are possessive and territorial of you. Alluka is the more welcoming of the two, if the three of you met someone Alluka would do the talking while Killua would hold you in a protective manner. Killua would be the one to end the conversation, taking you both away. Speaking of Killua’s possessiveness, it’s likely he’ll attempt to keep you away from Gon so you don’t get wrapped up in a dangerous scenario, though his attempts will undoubtedly fail and Gon will be far too friendly with you, much to Killua’s jealousy.
Killua wouldn’t let you leave until you kissed his cheek, no exceptions. Alluka will giggle and push you towards him, encouragingly.
When it comes to killing, Alluka wouldn’t want to your kill loved ones, but Killua and Nanika have a much different opinion. Nanika is from the Dark Continent, she’s analytical, straightforward, and protective, she’s the most merciless out of them. Killua might listen if you begged or bargained, however, Nanika wouldn’t.
Unlike Alluka, Killua won’t understand you want to be with your family. He’s used to not seeing his, so at times he assumes everyone avoids theirs. Gon didn’t see Mito for over a year, what’s the difference? Alluka, on the other hand, won’t mind. Unfortunately for this scenario, Killua is the one you spend the most time with out of them.
Do not underestimate Killua’s strength, a hundred pounds feels like holding a pencil to him, and you’ll see that when he’s reached his limit with you. Killua is clever too, he’ll notice if you paid less attention to him, he’s never jealous of Alluka and never will be, that’s how your dynamic is and that won’t change.
Nanika would love you the same as Alluka as being a part of her does mean they are close. When Killua and Alluka are in a disagreement they’ll rant to you seperately, Nanika wouldn’t pay much attention to the quarrel as she knows it will be short-lived, she’ll just wait it out. When Killua isn’t with you, he will have Alluka or Nanika collect information about you. You won’t be able to keep many secrets from him.
Killua doesn’t like communication barriers, considering all the manipulation still flashing through his mind, he hates keeping from you, but he will if he must. He’ll tell Alluka about his plans for your relationship while braiding her hair and giggles at the thought of being your sister-in-law, how pleasing.
He will want you away from his other family though, that is for the best. You will be their secret from them.

Analyzing Illumi Zoldyck's Character
Chrollo Analysis | Hisoka Analysis | Killua Analysis
What’s up y’all! Sorry for being away for the last few days. I needed a break from social media because I am so tired of seeing toxic, self-righteous people on my TL. Anyway, quite a lot of you liked my posts about analyzing HxH characters and somehow comparing them to VLD characters. Today, I’ll be talking about Illumi Zoldyck and I’ll try to compare him to a Voltron character. I know many people have already analyzed this character before, but it wouldn’t hurt to add to the discussion some years later. If you want me to write about anything else, send me an ask! The formatting of this post may be different than the one I wrote about Hisoka Morrow (click his name to view that post).
HERE WE GO!
In the first season, all of the characters are contestants for the Hunter’s Exam. I say contestants because this is a contest to see who can win without any injuries and can keep up with each host. I forget what number stage they were at, but I do know they were at the stage where each opponent has to fight each other. They are declared the winner if their opponent forfeits or gives up mid-match. (Off-topic, but) I am going, to be honest; Gon was my favorite character but his flaws began to show, annoyed me, and later led to his horrific downfall (based from YouTube clips). He didn’t know when to stop and kept pushing himself over the limit. Anyway, Killua and Gittarackur are set to fight. This is when things take a turn for the worse.
Gittarackur is a form of a disguise for Illumi to mask his identity. His face is long; nearly (and reminds me of) in the shape of a Tiki. His face also reminds me of the Witch Doctor mask from Scooby-Doo and Hell-raiser. He has several pins stuck in his face to maintain the facial features of Gittarackur. On the flip side, if he removes the pins, his biological form is revealed. Once he does this, Killua is nearly paralyzed; he cannot believe his eyes and I’m sure the trauma he endured at home hit him like a sack of rocks. Illumi then tells Killua that he wants him to return home, that he cannot maintain a friendship with Gon, stated that he was going to kill Gon, but realizes that if he does so he will be disqualified and will not obtain his Hunter’s license.
I’m assuming the cops aren’t a thing in this reality and the only way for them to “destroy” under the law is by obtaining the license. What do you think? I rarely see police officers; all I see are the Mafia and every they suck compared to the Zoldyck's and the Phantom Troupe. Shit, it seems like they’re the police but have twisted motives.
It doesn’t matter if you’re a fictional character or not, first impressions matter and he bombed this one...even for a villain.
But you did this for what?
How can you hypnotize (by using Nen) your own brother into killing another opponent because he doesn’t want to become an emotionless zombie like you? At least, that’s my perception. Telling your brother to run every time he faces an opponent that he knows he cannot win against is the sickest shit I’ve ever seen. I know I’m jumping around but another thought popped into my head. As the seasons go on, Illumi expresses an odd way of loving his younger brother and to him, that means to make him suffer in the same way he had to. It seems like Illumi is jealous of Gon in a way. (I’ve seen clips on YouTube) Killua takes Alluka to the hospital to heal Gon. Illumi has stated several times to Hisoka that Killua was hiding rules from him and that he still wanted to get rid of Alluka. Although it is clearly stated why he wanted Alluka gone, I still think that Illumi was jealous of Gon simply because his younger brother preferred to be with a friend instead of him. This is why he emphasizes “You cannot have friends. Either they will betray you or you’ll betray them.”
As I read and watched as the seasons went on, I noticed something about Illumi and his family. We all know that the children were raised by their parents. Specifically, their dad is a trained assassin. I can’t remember but I think Zeno is their grandfather who is also an assassin.
I view him as a character that has suffered from abuse and trauma in order to mold him into an assassin. He is emotionless, doesn’t really care for others, has an odd relationship with Killua that he doesn’t have for his other siblings, and is a hypocrite. Killua can’t be friends with Gon but every time the show cuts to him, he’s with Hisoka? Something is fishy there. Are they more than friends? OK, thanks for coming to my Ted Talk. Here's the physical analysis below.
Face
When masquerading as Gittarackur, his face has several pins in them and his hair is in a rock star form of Mohawk that is purple. I’ll give him 10/10 for uniqueness, yet it still reminded me of Hell Raiser.
Tumblr media
I’ve noticed that when he is in public he is in costume. Why doesn’t he reveal himself in public? I’ve researched this and no one could answer this question. My guess is that he is a verified hunter and assassin. How can you carry out your missions if everyone knows what you look like? Without the pins in his face, it reverts back to his natural state. To me, his large eyes and long, shiny black hair are his distinguished features. Although he may be my least favorite character, he does have pretty eyes. Haven’t you all heard of “I got lost in his/her eyes”?
Tumblr media
Yeah, that can be said about him. Most definitely. He rarely smiles and when he does, something BAD is going to happen. I saw him laugh crazily once Alluka began the healing process, the Nen (I guess) rose from the hospital and got on him. This scene reminds me of how Haggar reacted once the Komar’s quintessence bounced from Voltron and bounced onto her. Wow, these supernatural abilities make y’all feel that good?
Clothes
Gittarackur and Illumi wear the same clothes, which should be a clear giveaway that they are the same. Illumi wears a neural green short jacket that has yellow pins in them, a light green shirt underneath, and green pants. His shoes remind me of loafers with a heel on them, something my grandmother would wear.
Tumblr media
I’ve said this before and I’ll say again, these bad-ass men in this show are very stylish and seem to be in shape more than I am. Although Illumi irks me, his fashion is great and this is why people prefer him to be their favorite character. Shows should always produce characters that are memorable; that is the key to a long-lasting fan base.
In conclusion, this anime (for the most part) has well-rounded characters that make the plot interesting and wanting more.
Illumi and Lotor are somewhat similar. They both grew up in abusive households and lost some sense of sensitivity, common sense, and were often “misguided” by their own selfishness. Illumi wants a better life for Killua by constantly brainwashing him into thinking that he cannot have friends and his can only find happiness through killing. Zarkon raises Lotor to be a prince that shouldn't work with planets and should destroy them. This explains why he used deceased Alteans from the colony, drained their quintessence, and didn't give them a proper burial. Lotor IS just like his father but Killua IS NOT like Illumi. Ironic, huh? As we all know by now, Lotor is the son of Honerva (Haggar) and Zarkon. After the rift accident, he became an emotionless, ruthless monster that colonized and destroyed planets just to gain their quintessence. He taught this to his son and once he was old enough to think for himself, he refused to act in such a way. Although he was exiled and said he wasn’t like Zarkon, he was; but worse. Lotor studied and gained knowledge about Altea and its people while using Allura to gain the secrets of Oriande. I say he used her because he knew from the moment he met her that he was harvesting Altean quintessence. While fighting the white lion, he yelled “Victory or Death” which is a common catchphrase the Galra use when they are in battle. In fact, the Galra have been victims of trauma from Zarkon. Zarkon’s ruthless ways of ruling had no other motive except for obtaining quintessence so he could live forever. Silva’s way of raising his children was done to mold them into assassins. Since he was taught this way he did the same thing to his children. Zarkon, Silva, and Zeno think that their ways of parenting are necessary for survive in life when it doesn’t have to be that way. Illumi and Lotor have experienced this horrific parenting and deal with it in different ways. Illumi is oddly obsessive of his younger brother and Lotor is a fucking liar.
This analysis was fun! Next, I’ll be analyzing Killua and Keith Kogane.
