Full Review: "If you’re thinking of investing in a home pole, go for an X-pole! It was easy to assemble and install without any extra help – I got it up and ready to dance all by myself. While the pole does adjust from the bottom, note that you will need a ladder to find the most secure place to install the pole on your ceiling. I used a stud finder to locate the best ceiling area but you can also do it just by knocking on the ceiling surface with your hand. It feels even more secure and stable than the permanent poles I’ve used at dance studios and it’s super easy to switch from static to spin. The Pole Fitness Dance Shop customer service was amazing when I had a shipping question and the access to their beginner videos is a great bonus – I took them up on their offer to upgrade to the full video library at checkout and it’s been a great resource!" Full Review: "Easy to install and the size is perfect for me! The finish is actually quite a bit grippier than chrome – I find it a lot easier to use but some it almost seems to have too much grip, particularly with leg holds. The pain lessens with time, as always in pole. The free lessons were great. I’m not a total beginner so I didn’t use too many but they were very comprehensive and would be helpful for those who are just starting out. It also serves as a good reminder on proper technique. I also purchased Home Pole Dancing Course For EveryDay Women which has a lot more videos and it was more useful for me than the beginner videos."
