メリークリスマス🎄🎄

体調が良くないのと、材料が揃わないなどもありまして

遅ればせながらのクリスマスを我が家で。

ワクワクしているこどものために、今年はとくに食材も高くなっておりますのと、どこのお店も商品入荷数を減らしているので、見送りでもいいのでは？

となっておりましたが買い物は、主人とこどもが行くことで

こんなクリスマス料理になりました。

国産チキンは品質の良いものを仕入れることができ、ポークももちろん国産です。ですのでこれ以外の料理もありますが。

こんな仕上がりに。

パスタをあさりたっぷり生牡蠣も加えたボンゴレに致しました。

ガーリックトーストなども大変人気で、

チキンはオレンジ風味に仕上げ、他2種類を。

ポークはペッパーマスタードクリーム仕上げ。ソースもやみ��きだったみたいです。

エッグのフィンガーフードはふんわりソースの中に隠し味を。これも大好評。

サラダは自家製ドレッシング。酸味あるドレッシングがおいしいと味のリセットの役割。

そのほかはハーブポテトはこどもがすべて（笑）

こどもリクエストのスープ。これもふた皿は食べておりました（笑）

ケーキはこどもが仕上げました。

マンゴーのピューレ漬けを盛りつけておりました。

いちごは入荷数が激減していたので、手に入らなかった状況です。品質が悪いものはあるのですが、味と仕上がりに影響するので今回はこんな仕上がりです。

いただいてみると非常においしい。

どれもこれも満足で、家族がぺろっと食べておりました。

嬉しそうにしている姿は、重い腰をあげた甲斐があったと

思うものです。

料理とは即興で仕上げなければならないものが、私にとって多すぎるので臨機応変に作り上げております。

なんとかクリスマス（日はすでに平日でしたが（苦笑））

乗り切ることができました。
