Quick ride out with the hardtail last Saturday, mostly fire roads and gravel, trying out a bit of bike packing rig.
Needs a bit of a longer stem, like 50mm and 31.8 handlebars (currently running with 35mm and a 30mm stem) cut shorter than the 80 cm i am currently riding. But great fun!

HUTCHINSON PRESENTA A SUS CUATRO EMBAJADORES 3.0 PARA ESPAÑA
Tumblr media
Read the full article

The first one is done!! It was great to finally see the type of terrain & trails we are dealing with this week. And it was awesome! Tough climbs but the descents were worth it. I thought the bikes were going to stay clean because it was dry, but right at the end we got ‘em dirty with a muddy section. In total today we climbed 1550m over 42km in just under 4h.

First XC race of the season. Top 5 baby!! I was close to podium just need to intensify my fitness program and be able to push myself longer. I started strong in 1st and fell back to 7th because I burnt a match to early. Pushed through and was able to catch two more positions which set me into 5th for my first mbaa series race.
