So bagels. Love em or hate em. We just started carrying them due to demand at my indie story, however, if someone wants cream cheese we're supposed to give them the packet and a knife in a little tray so they can do it how they like it. I'm all for it cause we all eat bagels differently. I had a woman blow up at me because I couldn't do it for her. My hands are clean but not that clean, so it's a huge red flag for me personally.. sure it's the age of do-everything-for-me but still..
