The Apollo Boilerplate (BP-06) being prepared for Pad Abort Test 1 (PA-1) at the White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), New Mexico. This was the first abort test of the Apollo spacecraft, launched on November 7, 1963.
“A test version of the Apollo moon capsule will be fired 5,000 feet into the air Thursday at the White Sands (New Mexico) missile range. The escape tower rockets will lift the capsule from the pad. After reaching the desired altitude, three parachutes will return the capsule to earth.

Lower Tier Air and Missile Defense Sensor (LTAMDS) Excels During US Army Testing
The Lower Tier Air and Missile Defense Sensor (LTAMDS), developed by Raytheon, an RTX business, achieved significant technical and performance milestones while completing Contractor Verification Testing at the U.S. Army's White Sands Missile Range. Meeting defined objectives, the tests demonstrated the effectiveness of the radar's design and performance against real and simulated threats. Multiple radars were used at WSMR for a series of tests. Executed in phased increments, the Contractor Verification Tests increase in complexity, stressing the advanced features and capabilities of LTAMDS. Throughout testing, LTAMDS was connected to the Army's Integrated Air and Missile Defense Battle Command System, IBCS.

Garden Soundtracking: What's playing in our Garden this morning: Classical WSMR ( click here to listen online: https://wusfnews.wusf.usf.edu/classical )
My Sister & Brother inlaw a few Christmases ago got me one of these Wonderboom Bluetooth speakers, which I can take out into the garden while I work.
The Bees are out in force pollinating going from flower to flower this morning and have been at hard as we have so many Loofah fruits hanging. And lots and lots of their bright yellow flowers.
I had planted Okra 2 mornings ago and they are emerging this morning.
Peas and Chinese Red Yard Long Beans are all growing up and away. I Built a table for inside the garden, under the Loofah Vines and added a couple of chairs. It's always nice to have a table when you need it and it's really nice to be able to sit in the high (bar height) chairs while you work in the raised beds, they are just the right height.
On our walk last night someone was throwing out a big rectangle sun shade which my initial thought was to use it for our sweet potato patch as a weed blocker. I was thinking to cut holes, or slits into it and put the sweet potato slips into the ground through those. The Shade will let most of the water through and my thinking is keep the weeds down. But the shade seems to be in decent shape. So I might just put it up somewhere as it was intended. Still thinking on it.

Boeing, NASA, and U.S. Army personnel work around the Boeing CST-100 Starliner spacecraft shortly after it landed in White Sands, New Mexico, Sunday, Dec. 22, 2019. The landing completes an abbreviated Orbital Flight Test for the company that still meets several mission objectives for NASA’s Commercial Crew program. The Starliner spacecraft launched on a United Launch Alliance Atlas V rocket at 6:36 a.m. Friday, Dec. 20 from Space Launch Complex 41 at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in Florida. "I can't see the past, only the present. i do see what you are going through at the moment though which is even more reasons for me to be concerned over you. You seem to be a good asset for the church which means he will go harder on you, though you haven't gotten on any shit lists or been involved in any drama so at the moment I can sleep at least somewhat okay knowing that you will not be at risk of being shattered any time soon."
...So you don't know then. I assumed with your powers that you would.
...
...I don't know if I want to explain, at least out here, but... It's alright. What I'm dealing with right now... My own actions led me here, so it's nothing less than I deserve.
I guess it's true that I don't want to start drama though. I've already done enough as it is.
