Starting at Crowley’s jawline, Aziraphale lays a chain of kisses down the column of his neck, ending at the pair of dark red marks the precise shape of Aziraphale’s pursed mouth in the groove above Crowley’s collarbone.

“I do hope you keep these for a good long while,” Aziraphale says as he gently prods the marks with his nose.

Crowley’s breath streams in a drawn-out hiss of pleasure. A plaintive whimper clambers up and out of his mouth as Aziraphale smiles broadly against his throat.

“If you want me… want me to wear a turtleneck more often, you can ask,” Crowley whines. Aziraphale’s tongue has poked out to skirt around the borders of the love bites.

It’s still a delightful novelty—the asking and the answering.

“I do adore your turtlenecks, so handsome…” Aziraphale nudges the neckline of Crowley’s dressing gown aside to bare more skin, marking a path with kisses as he goes. “Though, it might also be great fun to flaunt a bit, see the looks on everyone’s faces at the Christmas market grand opening.”

Instead of taking a nibble of the strawberry himself, Aziraphale shifts closer to Crowley so they’re snug together hip to hip, solid against slight, and brings it to Crowley's mouth.

“Fruits are an important part of a well-rounded charcuterie board—they refresh the palate,” says Aziraphale softly, encouragingly.

Aziraphale rolls the strawberry against Crowley’s bottom lip, leaving a stain. He nudges it into Crowley’s waiting mouth; the strawberry settles heavily on his tongue.

When Crowley remains open-mouthed and slack-jawed for several beats, Aziraphale taps him under his chin. Crowley’s mouth snaps shut with an audible click.

eight chapters, eight dividers! it was an absolute pleasure and honour beta reading and making these little (and then not so little lmao) drawings for @quitequaintrelle's incredible (recently completed) Good Omens fic, we shall have the world forever for our own.

My elderly neighbor joked the other day that he needed a lawn flamingo like the ones in my yard. Little did he know my housemate and I would buy a matching pair of very large flamingos for both our lawns.

I'm gonna put one on his lawn and see how long it takes him to notice.
